I came over the weekend and was lucky enough to snag some of the manchego stuffed dates with a few bottles of wine for our group. Came in on a Monday as we heard that is their "Cajun Night" as they have a Lousiana trained chef. (She was off that night, so our meal was prepared by the sous chef). He did a good job as the food was excellent and we had recently returned from a trip to New Orleans. The red beans and rice with sausage was on point -- and the g/f loved her shrimp creole. We had the dog with us so were the only ones sitting outside. The heat lamps were acting up but the fireplace worked so that saved the day. Only complaint is that they were playing loud mostly heavy metal music -- when nice cajun tunes or New Orleans jazz would have made the night perfect.
