Every time it gets better and better. Everything we have had has been amazing. Today's menu for us was 4 different slices of pizza. While the Margherita is always our fav the other 3 were also sooo delicious. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Service is always so lovely and great. And the restaurant is so cute with simple elegant details. Pizzas pictured: Chanterelle Margherita Scarpetta Montanara

Fabulous pizza and great service too! Tried a few different types of pizza and they were all delicious! Crust is perfect and flavors are amazingly good! Authentic Italian and worth the price.

My mom asked if I wanted to try some pizza from Stica. It was an easy question! When arrived early afternoon during the week. In a glass display, all of the pizza options available were on display which made it easier to come to a decision. I opted for a margherita flavor. Whilst waiting, my mom and I took a look around the store. They had various things for sale including ingredients and some food in the freezer. It happened to be a hot day so I ended up buying a small chocolate gelato to enjoy while I waited. It was the perfect size, sweet, and delicious! After a few short minutes, the food was ready to go. We brought it back to the apartment and dug in. Everything was delicious! The pizza had a crispy texture and a wonderful flavor. Definitely a finding that stands on its own in the Valley. Overall, I had a very good experience at Stica! My mom and I spotted this chicken ragu in the freezer that we want to go back to try at some point. Definitely recommend!

They are specialized in pizza and pasta. They are deliciously made and taken care of. The shop is super chill and cozy and beautifully decorated!

Stica came through again. I had a late class and was hungry, so I stopped in before driving to SB. The pizza was top-notch as always, and the roast beef salad had such a perfect blend of flavors that it completely hit the spot.

The Caesar salad had the dressing on the side (not a problem).. but when I came to eat it the lettuce (no dressing on it) was beyond salty.. it was as if someone had poured salt instead of Parmesan on it. It was so bad that I threw it out and didn't continue to eat it. The sandwich was ok... but the bread was stale... and it honestly wasn't the fresh lunch I was expecting to have. It also took around 30min to get my order even though the place was almost empty. I think they can do better... felt like many careless mistakes.

My husband went inside to order and I waited outside with our dogs but they told me I could come inside with them. I ordered the tuna sandwich and my husband got the turkey sandwich. I almost ordered a small charcuterie board for us to share but then thought it'd be too much food so I held off. The sandwiches were unique and not your typical tuna or turkey sandwiches. We were impressed with the taste and quality of the food in addition to the customer service. We ended up coming back a second time 30 minutes before they closed at 3pm. I got the tri-tip sandwich while my husband got the meatloaf sandwich. The owner even came out to meet all 3 of our Shih Tzu. We will definitely have to come back the next time we're in the area.

We popped in today and were impressed by the huge selection of sandwich options. You can choose from several breads including focaccia, sourdough, baguette, or whole wheat, and then build from a really interesting variety of meats, cheeses, and vegetarian toppings. The cheese selection alone was worth the visit. They offer unique choices like Stilton, horseradish cheddar, and several English cheeses (plus plenty of brie options that work beautifully on their sandwiches). It's not your typical deli lineup, which makes the menu fun to explore. We ordered the half sandwich and half salad combo, which was the perfect portion for lunch. You can also order full sandwiches or full salads, and they offer chips on the side if you want a little crunch with your meal. For dessert we split an ice cream sandwich called "Monkey in the Middle." It had banana ice cream between two soft cinnamon cookies with chocolate hazelnut spread. We shared it four ways and it was the perfect little sweet ending. They also have a nice selection of canned beverages, and there's a water station out front if you just want something simple. Best of all, sitting outside in Los Olivos is such a treat. Great food, lots of creative options, and a relaxed wine-country atmosphere. We'll definitely stop again next time we're in town.

There's a cute sticker machine at the wait area, for a dollar you can get a random sticker in either the peasants farm/feast brand, or what I think are local brands and artists? We chose the local brands and the slight disappointment when a sole Enegren sticker was revealed, washed over us (none of us drink). But I enjoy it being there. Despite the chill there's plenty of heaters around that make the meal plenty enjoyable. The food is around $20-30 per person if you're being stingy like us and not ordering extras like drinks or starters. And the menu rotates daily I think, everything that was recommended to me by friends wasn't on the menu. But I felt pretty full with just half the fig grilled cheese for a meal and snaking on the rest later in the day. It was the perfect blend of savory sweet, like a cheesy geode with a rock exterior of Parmesan crispy bits flaking off and rich bread but inside was gooey soft cheese that was elevated with a satisfyingly sweet fig jam. The dipping sauce the potatoes were given is kind of boring, it looked colorful but felt like just a spicy mayo. The soup was a zappy blend of carrot, ginger, and turmeric? It felt like one of those health shots subdued down smooth with cream. Our server offered bread with it and we did assume it would be $5+ but it isn't listed in the menu to my knowledge. The hot chicken was really good though, there's a multifaceted layer where you can taste the sweetness of the bread, the kick of the pickles, the crunch of the breading, and finally the succulent chicken. It's quite good! Patio is dog friendly, we were seated next to a very polite, and very excited dog. So far my favorite place to eat in Solvang!

I kept coming across peasants FEAST and knew my family and I had to add it to our list. They were Michelin recognized in 2024! We decided to check them out for lunch on a Saturday, we showed up right when they opened and got a nice seat outside on their patio. The restaurant slowly started filling up more and more after we got there so glad we arrived when we did! They do not take reservations so it is first come, first served. We ordered the Kids Orecchiette with Butter, Lil McFeast Burger and the Solvang Hot Chicken. We got some drinks on the side as well including the Fresh Squeezed Lemonade which my daughter was obsessed with. I really enjoyed the food - it was fresh and well seasoned throughout. I asked for less spice on my Hot Chicken, but it was still spicy and tasty! Overall, it was a good meal, not my favorite of the trip, but still worth checking out for sure! Service was also spot on and she gave great recommendations! We would definitely give them another shot next time we're in Solvang! I really want to check out the Pastrami Smoked Salmon Sandwich and the Nannie's Frozen Lime Pie next time! Check them out!

Inside was equally charming, and the menu more extensive than we imagined, including some vegetarian options. Three vegan chorizo breakfast burritos and one Farmer's Market Roasted Veggie Tartine were ordered. The burritos were more expensive than we are used to from other places we've eaten ($19.00 each), but my husband, who grew up eating non-vegetarian chorizo, insists that this was the best vegan chorizo that he has ever had - it was spicy, oily, and delicious! The kids agreed that their burritos were well-made. My tartine was also delicious and well-made, with quality, fresh ingredients, including the salad greens on the side to absorb the balsamic vinegar. Oh, and we also shared a thick slice of their carrot cake, which was moist, well-spiced, and generous with icing! The staff was very friendly, and it should be noted that we came in at 1:00 and they generously said "we can do breakfast" when we asked about the burritos. :-) Overall, I know that we'll be back again, definitely to try out more of that carrot cake and some of their other pastries!
