My absolute favorite was the Wild Mushroom Pappardelle but honestly, every pasta was delicious. Portions were generous and leftovers were promptly boxed up to take home. Every meal was exceptional, and the service was consistently outstanding. From the moment we walked in, Daniel welcomed us with a warm smile that made us feel right at home. On our second breakfast visit, Sandra took wonderful care of us. She is such an asset to Craft House--knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely welcoming. I expected the angel hair on the side but actually stuffing it in the eggplant, gave it such a depth of flavor, it made me a fan of angel hair. The Salsiccie, oven roasted sausage that comes with 3 was a bit salty for me since it's just over cannellini beans. Having some pasta on the side may cut down on the saltiness.
