Tasteless and dry. Would never order from here again. Its not Indo and not Chinese. So, I don't know what they're serving.

Ordered Chicken 65, and Veg Manchurian. Stale food with horrible spice levels that don't hide the bad quality of food.

We walked right in with four people and immediately found prime real estate. Everyone knows that having four diners in a party allows for optimized sharing, along as everyone is down to clown. So we all picked a dish that spoke to us at a personal level. That's when we were floored by the level of service that Maharaja has to offer. Once our designated spokesperson relayed the dishes to the waitress, she paused and then made a counter offer... What if we could give you all of these and more at a discount? The gang was intrigued. We had inadvertently ordered some sort of party platter but in an a la carte fashion. The waitress took money out of her pocket to give us more food. A truly unparalleled opportunity to do right by the customer. Major applause to you (I hope this doesn't get you fired, and instead leads to increased business). These are the moments that you do not forget about as an enthusiast and avid promoter of the Seattle restaurant scene. I was blown away by the food as well. My experience with tandoori chicken in the past was that it can be dry and not pack the seasoning punch that you would expect from such a vibrant color. But this was quite the opposite, tender and juicy chicken that was exploding with flavor. The curries were also rich and deep in taste, with much more chicken than you get at many other establishments these days. I will 100% be back when I'm in West Seattle, and I would implore others to do so as well.

Service was excellent Food came out quite quick We had chicken tika masala and dal with garlic naan The dal was not as flavorful or spicy as we hoped but the chicken was good. Spice Level is not strong here but it was tasty. Would come back but likely not order the dal though

The ambience is warm and inviting, with a cozy decor that perfectly complements the lively atmosphere of the area. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal, whether you're with friends or on a casual date. The food is a true highlight, featuring a diverse menu that caters to various tastes. Each dish is crafted with care and bursting with flavor. One standout item is the mango lassi, which is a must-try! It's refreshingly sweet and creamy, making it the perfect complement to the spicy dishes. Service here is top-notch as well. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring that your dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, this spot in Columbia City is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food in a welcoming setting!

It's a small window you can order or place an order online and some covered seating. Definitely somewhere I would go on a sunny day. Staff: (4/5) Sanitation: (3/5) Lychee Soft Serve (3/5) The lychee flavor in this was stronger than I thought it would be but also a lot sweeter than I thought it would be. It was still creamy and kinda tasted like they combined milk with the syrup that the canned lychees soak in. You get a decent amount for 1 order and I think the sweetness is enough to cover 2 people.

I decided to take the menu to the side and use yelp to decide. Since I knew I wasn't saying the items correctly, I pointed. I ordered the DahvPuri or something, I pointed to it. Then I wanted to order garlic naan, again I pointed. She told me that I couldn't get the garlic naan because the other order was an appetizer. I explained that I wanted to ORDER it. In any case the woman's face was so stink, I told her never mind I was leaving. As I walked out she was shouting at me over her screen to come back. She can't even come outside to ask me to come back. If she had a better customer service attitude, and explained things it would have been different The restaurant is very bright but looks a bit dirty. The menus definitely have not been cleaned in a while

Mixed Experience - Some Hits, Some Misses I ordered takeout…read morebased on the positive reviews here, and had a mixed experience overall. Aalu tikki Burger - this is good, love the crispy aalu patti and overall burger. The chips was mediocre, it didn't feel fresh or crispy as you expect from potato chips! Chicken Masala burger - this isn't made with Patty but julienned chicken which makes the bun soggy for a take out order. It feels like the same chicken used in the chicken jungli roll. Chicken jungli roll - while the chicken was spicy and juicy, the roll was seeping of oil in the end. Chole batura - the baturas were small 3 baturas which were ok but the channa masala had 4 tsp of oil which i had to throw before even I tried to taste. Chicken biryani - this was a let down, the biryani has a rose water or a different unusual flavor that was making this biryani different than other biryani I have eaten. The chicken wasn't that tender either. The raita was overpowered with chat masala. Peri Peri fries were ok, the masala was different than what I have eaten before but the overall fries could have been better. Overall, the food is decent but each dish seemed to be missing something to make it really shine.

Pakoras are so dry and lack flavor. The chutneys that came with them are not bad but not what I expect when I'm getting chutney from an Indian restaurant. Malai Kofta was an unusual color and has kind of chicken noodle soup kind of flavor to it? It's not giving me the flavors I know and love from this dish. The garlic naan is so tough and almost flat bread like leaving a greasy film in my mouth with each bite. Kheer tastes nice but is not quite the flavor and texture you would expect from this dish. Mango Lassi was nice, but no additional notes because it's not something I'm used to ordering. I was planning on portioning this out for dinner tonight and lunch at work tomorrow but just after tasting each dish I really don't want to eat more. I am going to try so I didn't just waste my money. Uber eats doesn't offer refunds for poor quality food

What surprised us was the quantity, we easily got double the quantity of food as other places for the same price. We will be back soon.
