Very dissatisfied with the results of the "Cool Sculping" treatment that I received at Image Rx. It was a waste of over $2,000.00 - with no discernible results. My recommendation is to not waste your time and resources on this procedure at Image Rx. Don't trust them with botox. They did a terrible job. They injected so much, and in the wrong spot so that my upper eyelids (right under my brows) drooped, making it look like I needed an eye lift. I called to ask whether or not they offered Erbium skin resurfacing and the receptionist, aside from sounding like a 13 year old kid, was completely clueless. Her response to me was, "Huh? Ummm. . . I. . .don't. . . know. I don't think so. Ummm. . . I'd have to say no, we don't offer. . . whatever it is you just asked for." Look, if you don't offer a specific service that's fine, just say that you don't offer it. Or if you're unfamiliar with the treatment then put me on hold, check with someone else and get back to me, but don't act like I'm from another freakin' planet when I ask about a laser treatment. Permanent Hair Removal is Guaranteed. I had facial hair, but after just two treatments, my hair has just vanished.
