What a terrible experience that ended in my 5 year old in tears. It was late in the day so I called ahead to see if I could come in. The man assured me I could come right then and it would be fine. My daughters and I came in and we were told to pick a color and sit and wait. So I asked if we could get ice cream instead of just sitting in a chair and were told yes. So 10 minutes, we were back, we were told we still had to wait to pick a color and sit down. So we did, 15 minutes later, after we had been sitting some random lady turns around and tells me she's sorry but they are closed and they can't help us! Please come back tomorrow! Are you freaking kidding me! We had been there for almost 30 minutes total from arrival to being booted and being told they couldn't help us! Shoes off, in chairs, colors picked out, just waiting! I told them I would not be back tomorrow or any other day for that matter and that this is why they have BAD reviews on Yelp! I should have known better. They sat me down and the lady that was doing my nails must have been having a bad day. She was pushing and pulling my hand everywhere. She was just rude. Then she took me to get my eyebrows waxed. The women talked me into a shellac polish, a day later my toes broke out into a rash and it got worse., I had to make a Drs appt. I had a horrible experience, I asked for a powder full set and asked if she was able to make them narrow and she assured me she could. Once she got started she seemed to be struggling a lot with applying the acrylic and put it over my skin on several fingers. I pointed it out and she tried to file it down AFTER she continued to apply it the same way on the rest. She wasn't cautious at all and filed onto my skin. After I asked her to fix certain details she simply said yes and passed the filer once and moved on. Overall she was too busy talking to the lady next to her and didn't put any effort in fixing anything I asked her to. In the end she charged me a higher price because my nails were "too long", I was too frustrated to even argue so I paid and left even though the outcome wasn't worth the time nor the money. Don't think I'll be back, despite her trying to make me feel better about the cuts on my skin by giving me some hand cream. read more

I really wish I could write a great review on this place, but after today I can't do that. I didn't have to wait for service, but I asked for regular powder nail color. The woman kept urging me to buy the fake nails to add on. I had to refuse this like 4 times and she still pulled out the kit with all the extra nails and wanted to size them to my hands. Finally she started the job but she applied the gel instead of powder? Whatever it was looked fine, but my nails baked too long in the cooker and now my nails are extremely thick and hurt. I've been here a handful of times and it's a gamble. Yesterday I took my daughters and when we walked in I explained that I needed a refill and a pedicure, my daughter needed a pedicure, and the other needed a refill and just a polish change on her toes. The lady in the front replies, how many? I say three - she starts 'talking' to the other people - I have no idea what's going on. We are just standing in the front with everyone jabbering - so contemplated walking out at this moment! Then my two daughters disappear to the pedicure chairs and I take a seat with a lady in the front. Every time I go, it seems I need a new set ... Okay, I'm down. She starts clipping my nails and sliding a nail between the solar power and my nails. With each nail I'm wincing and yep it happened! I'm bleeding and she says sorry. Just a minor set back .. My first daughter ended up soaking her nails off while the gentleman changed her toe polish and got shellac on her nails. They looked great and no blood. My second daughter ended up with short, butchered toes. She said her pedicure hurt so bad! She asked to get the polish changed on her nails .. The lady was rude to her and did a crummy job on painting her nails. My daughter pointed out where her nails looked bad and the lady was not happy about fixing them. My daughter's nails still have flaws in them. FYI .. This lady made my toes sore two weeks ago! We will avoid this lady in future visits. In the end, two of us left with perfect nails and great toes. My other daughter was very unhappy with her butchered toes and flawed nails. Some of the people are nice and the others come off as being rude! The place doesn't have the best reviews as it is but I've used them in a pinch before. Not again after today (actually about 3 weeks ago, forgot to post this). I couldn't make it to SL to see my normal nail girl so I popped in here for a refill. The girl made me feel so unwelcome after I said I didn't want shellac and rushed through the job as quick as possible. By the time it was too late I realized she had no intention of cutting my nails and being pregnant we all know how fast nails grow! She did a horrific paint job that I think my 3 yr old niece could have done better at and really just all around didn't try. The sad part is she did a really nice shape to my nails but the rest is just ugh. This place is always busy, and I know it's because people like me say "ok just this once because it's an emergency." But I'm not doing that anymore and neither should any of us! We're just rewarding bad behavior and that's not acceptable. I highly recommend Melissa here. Been coming here for 4 years now and she never disappoints. She knows exactly what I want! I get the deluxe pedicure with French tip polish for $34. Not the cheapest. But definitely worth every penny in my opinion! I've tried several places that were cheaper and it is true what they say! You get what you pay for! They were able to take us right away which warrants 1 star. I looked over the services menu and decided on the deluxe pedicure, listed as being a 45 minute service. Ha! Start to finish, I was in the chair maybe 20-25 minutes. The deluxe also includes a paraffin treatment... This is really liquid hot magma. My sister and I both winced when applied and the lady says "it'll pass". So the excessive heat is common place, lucky us. I examined the craftsmanship after we left and I realized she never buffed my nail bed.. There was an obvious dent in my nail from my previous pedicure. I always come to image nails once in a while when I need something done when I am in town but this time i didn't leave to happy . Don't get me wrong my nails and toes look nice but the service I received was horrible . There was this lady doing my toes and I had asked for a pedicure and a full set so they sat me down for my pedicure and she set the water and everything so i dipped my feet in and she said " are you sure you don't wanna just change the nail polish " she seemed like she didn't even wanna do the pedicure so I told her it was fine and so then the other lady for my full set was just rushing the whole process as she glued my nails they were loose but then she fixed them and i asked her to do matte on my nails and she said it was going to look " dirty" so i just told her to go ahead and do clear over them . i recommend not coming here , the place was pretty empty so im not sure what was the rush but i had a BAD EXPERIENCE!!! read more

I only go to Traci when I get my nails done here. She is awesome and super friendly. If I'm not happy with something she always fixes it for me. My 5 1/2 year old daughter also loves Traci and only wants her to do her nails and toes. If you show Traci or any other girls a design you want they will do it to their best of their ability and it's usually pretty good! Avoid this place. They are rude and unprofessional jerks. They treat some of their customers like they are beneath them. If a potential customer knocks over a nail polish on accident- it is NOT the customer's job to clean it up. That's part of the nail tech's job description. Like it or not! I went in for a polish change that's it and was charged $25. I thought that was crazy.

All I needed was a quick toe polish change. Terrible job. I had to ask her to redo one of my big toes that so obviously looked bad, then she messed up another nail, "fixed" them both and didn't put clear coat on them and rushed me out. First and last time I'll ever go here. Awful. read more

This is the worst nailshop that I have ever been to. I came to get individual eyelashes and it was a huge mistake. The lady taped my eyes with heavy masking tape for no apparent reason. She glued the lashes so tightly that I couldn't open my eyes. And had glue all over my eyelids. Went to image nails on April 7, 2017 and been going there since they opened. The lady that served me was rushing and got upset because I did not want her to put shellac on my toes or nails. More so, I told them just a medi and pedi because I was letting my real nails grow out. The staff did not put any clear coat on my nails when I turned around she was alrady at the payment counter looking at me crazy. First time using this company for a mani/pedi. I have natural nails and paid extra for their upsale of services, I don't mind spending extra if I get good service. Well that was 5 days ago and every single one of my fingernails have chipped polish on them. It didn't even last 1 week and I made sure not to do any heavy scrubbing around the house. Why spend $40 if it doesn't even last a week? Cheap product or shoddy work, probably both. The last time I had a mani/pedi it lasted over 3 weeks. I asked that my nails be trimmed so they were all one length, nope, no comprende at this place. I'll spend more and go to Salon Indulgence, I suggest you do the same. Learned my lesson. read more

This place was absolutely the worst place I have gotten a pedicure at. The workers are so rude and talk to you as if you are not anything. The man who did my toes kept trying to add more things to make my price go up when all I needed was a simple pedicure. My usual lady works in sugarland and I was in a rush so wasn't able to go out there in short timing. They charged me $35 for a simple pedicure. Just regular nail polish, not shilac. 35$ is what I pay for a full set so this was ridiculous to me. Mind you my toes are all unevenly cut. Nail polish is missing from one corner of my toe, not that I messed it up he just didn't coat correctly. Also he cut me twice. Lesson learned, just drive to your regular nail place. read more

I found this place about two weeks ago while looking for a different place to get my nails done. I did not read any reviews prior to going in. They're a little higher priced than my previous salon but they were willing to do my acrylic refill for the same price I have been paying. I'm a huge Green Bay Packers fan and I wanted a specific design on my nails and they did a great job. It was a gentleman that did my nails although I can't remember his name. The salon is very clean and all the staff were nice. I will be going back for another refill today. Hope I have another great visit. read more

I've been a customer for years and have even recommended them to friends and family. But the last few times I've gone in the service has been less than expected. The Shelac nails that I normally get would normally last 2-3 weeks without chipping and I would need to redo more for growth than for chipping. But recently within a week they are chipped and dull. I tried another saloon in Sugar Land with good results and came back because of convenience of location. Again within 2 days my nails need to be redone. read more
