We are in town for a wedding. We don't have an IHOP fairly close to us so whenever we travel I always search one out for breakfast if possible. Luckily this one was 6 minutes away! We were immediately seated, immediately greeted, brought our drinks right away, and our order was taken in the perfect amount of time. Our food came out in a flash and was really good. Staff was friendly and was even told to have a nice day by other waitresses. We were even offered sodas to go! We've NEVER been offered that before. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes and this place was packed. Now that's amazing. read more

This is the first time I placed an order online, I was not sure if I would like it. Food was warm when I picked it up, everything was packaged nicely. Toppings where on the side I prepped them when we got home. Food was delicious, the staff was very friendly from the minute I arrived. I wish I remembered the name of the guy that helped me. They have a miniature train that circles between both rooms and you get a great view of the metrolink train as it passes on by. Service was slow but it was extremely busy. Food was good but price was a bit over what I would have thought it should be. Ideally the price of drinks should be a dollar less or the meals should be plated with a bit more care. Be sure that you are not super hungry when you arrive, as they tell everyone that it's a 25 min wait which turns into another 25 minutes. This seems to be the norm. read more

We went for breakfast last Friday. Food was good as always, but the service was slow. Our server Sonia took too long to take our order, and we asked her for some boxes to go and she forgot, somebody else got them for us. So disappointed. I just gave them 3 stars because I love the food. read more

I'm not a big fan of IHOP as I prefer not to go to chains, but this worked in a pinch while waiting for an appointment. My Dad had some crepes, Mom had a coffee drink of some type (Carmel Mocha Something Something). Crepe (cinnamon apple filled) were really good...maybe a bit rich. Coffee drink was also very nice. The thermos of regular coffee was checked frequently (Thanks Ida!!) and was not too strong, but good enough. This IHOP looked pretty clean (incl bathroom). The staff was very nice. Overall, it was a really nice quiet breakfast for a Monday morning. I'd definitely return if I'm in the area. THE WORSE The service is beyond slow, we had to call the manager to get us our waitress and he said "they haven't taken your order" its sad to see that he is aware of the bad service and he still doesn't do anything about it. Aside from that our order was wrong, the waitress for our table only showed up once and it was to give us the bill. Quick to charge, but slow to give service. The orange juice is like kid size and super expensive $5 bucks for a cup For $5 I can go to mcdonals and get a full meal and some change back or go to the grocery store and buy me a full orange juice for less. I love this IHOP! I've been coming here for years with my family. It's always clean and the staff is super friendly. I love how they keep things interesting by adding fresh and new menu items. People don't always think about coming here for lunch or dinner, but I think the food is just as tasty and it's a lot less crowded. read more

#1 breakfast place in town. I have 2 ihops near me; I'm in Ontario, but we insist in driving the almost 5 mile drive to THIS location for Sunday breakfast. (My family does too) service is great, food quality is delicious (my husband insists the cooks are bad ass-excuse my French !!) Manager is always very tentative, we see them walking around and asking us how everything is doing and the waiters doing the same! Their train for the kiddos is the highlight of the morning besides the pancakes. read more

This place is amazing, great service and wonderful food at a great price! Our hostess greeted us with a warm smile and friendly hello! Our waitress, Sonia was very helpful and wonderful, we were very well taken care of and while the other passing waitresses saw us they also stopped to ask us how we were, our food was brought out in a timely manner and was wonderful! I ordered the Red Velvet Crepe combo with bacon, sausage and eggs, it was just great. We came here after a late night at my son's school fundraiser. We were seated quickly and Melissa our waitress took our drinks. She was so sweet! She checked on us often, and when my boys asked her to turn on the train, she did so obligingly despite the fact that they were close to closing. She took off the discount for our boys without us even asking. The food was hot, and the Swedish crepes were delicious! Way better than the ones at the Fontana branch which were rubbery and cold. This is my favorite IHOP in the Inland Empire. We go there at least once a week and love the Manager, Art, and the servers and hostesses, and other helpers. Was a satisfactory experience. I'm usually not a hard critic, but one of the workers was extremely rude. The rest of the staff was polite, but a lady with glasses (not the older lady) ignored our table and refused to help us. I said excuse me and she replied with "wait" and walked away with no eye contact. Fifteen minutes passed and i watched her do absolutely nothing in the back but talk. All we needed was a box and we were on our way but she never even bothered to stop and listen to a simple request and even after making eye contact several times after all she would do is give me glares and continue on with doing nothing but talking to coworkers. Very unprofessional. Maybe if this lady weren't as ugly as her personality, this store wouldn't be getting a one star :) read more

This is my second visit to iHop in Upland (off Euclid) and I'm pleasantly surprised that the 3 stars I initially saw falls short of my experience, which is a full 5 stars. The staff at this location has been highly attentive, friendly and prompt with service. The quality of the food is fresh and edible and the staff ensures you receive it how you ordered it (i.e. crunchy bacon, etc.). Upland iHop is definitely a place I'll frequent more often! Just had the best experience. Although I live in Fontana, my family and I went to the Ihop in Upland for the Be Perfect Foundation Fundraiser. When my 7 year old asked me why we were going to an Ihop so far away from our house, I explained to her that we were going to the event to support this cause that does great work teaching people with spinal cord injuries live outside of their wheel chairs. She then asked "so what are we gonna do there" "Eat" I said. "That's it"?! Lol. The staff was so friendly. We were seated right away. They got our food out in a timely manner and was warm and delicious. My daughter even said "Mom, this Ihop makes the most delicious French Toast". This was the surprise I never expected! What a great experience. I am allergic to soybean oil and all soy products including margarine. I was able to eat here as they use butter and not margarine. The food was excellent and generous in portion. The value for the money is outstanding. Our server was very attentive and gave excellent service. But should we have to be? We could have eaten at a nearby high-quality restaurant, same amount of food, for half the price. We went there first but they were closed (New Year's Day). Normally we love this ihop, but today was a whole nuther experience. We walked in after spending the day in record heat haVing a yard sale expecting a nice chilly restaurant but it was hotter in there than outside. We mentioned it to the waitress and she just kinda giggled and said ya it's stuffy. I'm 9 months pregnant and let me say that was way more than stuffy. So my fiance asked her if she could please turn the air on. She just brushed it off and said she could see what she could do. Apparently it was broken or something so we decided to leave. We saw the manager on the way out and said it was just to uncomfortable in there too stay. He just looked at us with s blank stare and said oh ok. No apology, no explanation.
