First I would like to say Thank you to Luz who is one of the nicest waitress. She was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. When we told her the side of fruits were extremely sour, she announced it to the chefs right away! LOVE that! She's making sure what comes out of the kitchen is good for her customers. I wanted to try something new so I ordered the Bananas Foster Brioche French Toast and I LOVED it! Overall this IHOP is very clean and a great place to have a traditional breakfast with family, friends, or alone (which is okay too). read more

Don't bother ordering online if you want your food any time soon. Out of the five times I have ordered online at this location I have received my food on time once. Today when I ordered they hadn't even started my order when I went in to pick up my food. And the time before that I got the wrong order and had to turn back around and get the right one. read more

We went her this morning and we had the best waitress every her name was "Tracy". She was so nice and she made sure we were taken care off. The breakfast was good my husband had country fried steak w/ eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. I had steak tips w/ eggs, hash browns, and blueberry pancakes. My daughter and I had a great experience! The pancakes where delicious. Santeria was our server and she was fantastic.

The food was great per usual however the service was not. The server was very rude and inattentive. Took a while to take the order while she just picked up a table.. she only had one other table in the store besides us at the time. When she took our order I asked for coffee and had to ask for coffee again after I received my food as I guess she forgot. When she came back with the coffee she put the check on the table. Today, around noon I went with my husband to have breakfast at I Hop in Sait Cloud, a place we frequently visit. At the moment we began to hear screams, a discussion in which a woman shouted expletives to the people who were at the next table because of the fact that among them, they spoke Spanish. For all those present, this event constituted an offense against the fact that In the United States there is no official language and is a land of immigrants, except for the American Indian and main industry is tourism. The saddest part of all was that the family who spoke Spanish among them but who spoke perfect English were taken off the table by the staff of the restaurant, a fact that made everyone who spoke more than one language begin to speak in our language originally. Meanwhile, the lady who demanded that they speak in English only remained at the victorious table. For our part, this will be the last time we will sponsor place. We will not sponsor businesses that allow racial discrimination and hatred to unfold. If someone had to leave the place was who destroyed an intimate family moment and ended with the healthy coexistence of all. In fact. today I started there my birthday celebration. We ate here for a late dinner at around 8:45. Party of 5 (3 adults 2kids). Kids eat free from 4-10pm. Everyone had breakfast except my daughter and I. Her Mac n cheese came out first. (She's 11 mths so I was thankful for that!) Its nothing fancy just kraft easy Mac. But its free! She also got a side of fruit with it. I got the pot roast melt. It was delicious! I will start making those at home. We also got an orange juice strawberry drink. Fresh strawberries on bottom and free refills! Ticket had kids meals on it but was quickly fixed. Great standard Ihop fare. Very friendly waitress who was talented at remembering our lengthy order, without writing anything down! She was quite friendly and considerate as well - great service. The bacon and potato soup was excellent and very cheesy, as well as the stuffed cream cheese crepes - you can get those with blueberries, peaches, raspberries or strawberries. One thing to note though was that I got the ham and egg melt sandwich and those are usually served on thick sourdough bread. This Ihop served it on normal white bread which wasn't as good...other than that though, great! read more

Who doesn't love IHOP! Ok so it's not super fancy or anything but the food is good and they have great prices. It's one of the rare places that I can go to an my son will eat everything! I have enjoyed everything that I have tried. The turkey sandwich is really good and any variety of pancake is so yummy. The staff is always friendly and we had a small issue this last time we went and they took care of it right away and took something off the bill to compensate for the error. The worst service you can imagine. This location never fails to set the bar lower and lower. It took forever just to get a server to come to my table and they showed up only after someone seen how frustrated I was. I finally was able to order and while waiting for my drinks a family of 5 came in. The family got their drinks and food before I even received a drink. If you have plenty of time to waste then this is the place for you. The few times I was actually able to eat here the food isn't great but it's ihop. Save your money and go up the road a little more to Village inn. Same style food with better quality and service. read more

We ate here today and had THE BEST SERVICE we have had in Saint Cloud (out of all restaurants)! The food was great and the waitress caught one mistake and had it fixed before bringing out the food. If you want excellent service, go in and ask for "Shay"-she is awesome! Good service is hard to find in Saint Cloud (except Chick Fil-a), and we highly recommend having her be your server! read more

It is typical IHOP. Ok food, value, cleanliness and service. Steak is little tuff and not cook as ordered. Not promising to be back.

We got there was a little busy this morning 3/25/12 and requested a table. We were told all the tables were full which was no problem that we did not mind waiting. Several people came in that were seated in booths which was still no problem. But when a big group came in after us were seated a 2tables before us. I do have a problem with this as being unfair. Our food was great when we were finally seated and the service was great. Need to improve on their seating. read more

Been waiting for almost 25 minutes and the customers came just 5 minutes ago were attended but I'm still waiting :(

When we went for breakfast the hostess seated us after a few minutes of waiting. We then sat for 45 minutes without even being offered a coffee. Many waitresses passed by not even looking at us and the restaurant had probably 12 people in it. At another table a family was complaining about the food. We decided to get up and leave. The iHop in Kissimmee is the exact opposite of this one. read more

Ive never wrote anything on here but I thought I had to this time because it was just unbelievable. So it's my First time coming to an IHOP in St. Cloud , bringing a friend for who's never been to an ihop EVER, everything was so exciting yummy sprinkle pancakes with sweet icing , and she ordered herself some good strawberry pancakes that she was very excited to eat, until when she picks up the syrup and finds a BUG laying there that was still moving almost dead, on our table. ew. Look, I dont care where it came from . its a bug on my table, where im eating that shouldn't have been there, thats disgusting , BUTTTTT THEN I told my server of course, who's name was Ricky & he kindly said "sorry about that, let me call the manager" , the manager comes, & he says "OH, you found a bug on your table, im sorry about that." ...and he just walked away.... how many many stars you want for that?!
