The food itself was tasty and what I expected. I ordered the Wake Up BLT Bagel Stack, which is not currently being served with arugula. I'm not sure whether that was due to a product issue or simply being out of stock, as no explanation was provided in the mobile app. It was still good without it, although I would have preferred the arugula. I ordered through the app for Rapid Pick-Up and selected in-café pickup. Based on that description, I expected my order to be available at the pickup counter. When the app showed that it was ready, however, it never appeared in the pickup window. After waiting at my table and then standing near the counter for a couple of minutes, someone finally asked what I needed. My order had been placed with the DoorDash deliveries. It was a minor inconvenience, but the pickup process was unnecessarily confusing. The dining room looked generally tidy, but several booths had not been wiped down. The music was also blasting through the speakers. I had to move because I was seated directly beneath one, and it was uncomfortably loud. Panera will continue to be one of my go-to breakfast spots because I like its seemingly healthier options, I mean, it has vegetables on it right? lol Unfortunately, this particular visit was a bit of a miss for me. read more

We frequently visit Panera, almost an embarrassing amount, but the food is so consistently delicious, and their sip club is too good to pass up! This was our first visit to this location, and it was a great experience. Our order taker was friendly and helpful, and despite the busy time, our meals were prepared promptly and accurately. I ordered my usual green goddess salad and my friend ordered their autumn squash soup with 1/2 of the same salad. The soup is amazing, it's unfortunate it's a limited time item so it will be gone soon, but it gives something more than pumpkin to look forward to next fall! The salad is reliably delicious, and keeps me coming back again & again! This location was comfortable and clean, including the drink stations and restroom. After a long international flight, my family of **nine** members visited your restaurant for breakfast, expecting a welcoming atmosphere and the quality of service that Panera Bread is known for. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered egg and cheese with sourdough bread on a whole bun, but the sandwich contained only **two tiny bread slices with egg**, which were clearly insufficient even for a single serving. We politely approached the female manager and requested that the order be corrected or replaced. Instead of listening to our concern or trying to resolve the issue, the manager responded in a rude, dismissive, and confrontational manner. She refused to replace the order and ultimately **refused to serve our entire family**. Her attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. As international visitors, this was a very upsetting first experience after arriving in Orlando. We came to your restaurant expecting hospitality, but instead we were left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed. A manager should be trained enough to know how to handle customer concerns with respect and professionalism. Instead, this manager chose confrontation over customer service, leaving our family with a very negative impression of Panera Bread. I request that Panera Bread conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, review any available CCTV footage, and take appropriate action. I would also appreciate a written response explaining how this matter will be addressed to ensure no other customers are treated in such a disrespectful manner. In the mood for a healthy dinner, I came here for (what turned out to be) their Italian Market Salad. Greens, soppressata (think salami), shredded asiago, croutons, chickpeas, Italian dressing. Fresh and tasty. Side of bag of chips (though the web site says French baguette?) It's been an extremely long time since I've eaten at a Panera bread. My diet has changed so much in the last 10 years and for a long time I couldn't eat anything on their menu. Things have changed now and I was close to this one around dinner time. I stopped in and placed an order through the drive-through. The weight wasn't too long and I paid and got my food. I ordered a chicken Toasted Italiano and customized it to my liking. I ended up ordering the whole sandwich and got chips and a drink with it. I forgot how big the sandwiches can be. I ate half the sandwich and drank my Sprite, and save the other half and chips for lunch the next day. I really enjoyed the sandwich Both fresh and reheated. I'm not exactly sure what happened here, but I ordered three sandwiches. The chicken bacon avocado had absolutely no chicken on it. Just some bacon, bits and avocado. The chicken avocado chipotle had no chipotle, and the chicken was on one section of the bread with the avocado on the other, not layered. The Philly steak barely had meat. I feel like they were runningout of meat. I ordered this through the drive-through so unfortunately I didn't see any of it until I got home which was too late to drive back over there to return everything. I spent over $50 for three sandwiches and two drinks which worth five dollars.. I normally love Panera, but this was a very bad experience. Love Panera and have been coming here for years! Usually come in on Sunday's for a breakfast here and there and tend to try out all the new sandwiches and meals they have. They are more on the expensive side for the actual meals and drinks you get, but overall love it. Today I ordered a Avocado, Egg White & Spinach on Sprouted Grain Bagel Flat and a lemonade. This was considered chefs choice and then I ordered a rose cookie since I love my sweets. Came up to about $14 , but I enjoyed it and definitely love the quiet and relaxing vibes. Panera is one of our regular breakfast and lunch spots. We like the convenience of a fast meal that's not fast food. Of course the food is fresh and good, there are lots of healthy, vegetarian options. Their fresh baked bread and butter is amazing. Lately though it seems the prices are higher and the portions are smaller. Occasionally we have had very skimpy food like sandwich filling only on one half of the bread but they are always open to fixing it. Keep working on better Panera. read more

Panera is a staple in our family. We used to come every other Sunday plus some, but now limit it to 1-2 trips per month. Since we're regulars, they know us. They know we have a Panera card and that we always get a chocolate chip cookie with our meal. They have breakfast & lunch/dinner options, full coffee options, smoothies, bagels and pastries and a rotating soup menu. Our favorites, macaroni and cheese, bacon turkey bravo, chicken Caesar salad, roasted turkey apple sandwich, mango smoothie, green tea, cinnamon crunch bagel, chocolate chip muffie, lemonade and the chocolate chip cookie. My friend and I was coming here consistently to study for our board exam and we both had the MyPanera+ Coffee subscription so it was the perfect study spot. This place is a lot more spacious than the Panera at the Loop. I prefer this location a lot more as it is quieter and not too cold. Outlets are limited here, I think there was only a few booths with an outlet next to it and they are the smaller booths. Staff is super friendly. Plenty of parking available as there is extra parking behind the Panera building and there is the back door entrance too. They never messed up on my orders so I have no complaints. My soup was the always delicious Clam Chowder, while he opted for the Black Bean, with sliced, red onions on top. I got a fountain drink; and, tried the Prickly Pear Hibiscus and the Agave Lemonade. Both were delicious; and, made the stop all the more worthwhile. Service was fast and friendly, with a to-go bag for leftovers. This is not the first Panera I've been to in the past, however this one in particular I had never visited. I have to say that the staff was very friendly and the location was clean and organized. That being said, the pastries were not as fresh as expected. I purchased 3 bear claws and they seemed pretty stale. The croissants were extremely toasted almost burnt. This is probably the best service I've had at any chain restaurant. Eileen and the rest of the staff were the sweetest. In the few minutes we were there, they were so attentive to anything we needed. The coffee bar was out of hazelnut coffee and 2 staff members got on it immediately to get us it and even offered to take the spare coffee as well. Food came out speedy and everything was delicious. I am not sure what is going on with them. I live in Orlando and I work in Kissimmee. I take the turnpike to get to work in the morning. I go by the Panera Bread and stop in about 3 to 4 times a week. I joined their sip club and not a fan of their lemonade. I do like the apple or the strawberry drink. Once a week or maybe 2 times a week I get 2 of their asiago bagel. On this Monday I got the 2 bagels and they were so over cooked that they were a dark brown in color. I did call and spoke to a manager to let them know and maybe take a look to make sure there are not more over cooked ones given out. All she said to me do I want a refund? I was at work and not like I could drive back. I don't like when something goes wrong and they ask you if you want a refund. I would think if I took the time to cell them that she would say the next time your in we will give you 2 free bagels.
