Promotions are meant to attract and retain customers, but they lose their purpose if they are not properly communicated or applied. Staff should be trained to recognize when a customer's order qualifies for an existing offer and proactively mention it. Even if the savings are small, that level of attention makes a big difference and creates a more positive and memorable experience. Unfortunately, because of this, I am giving a one-star rating--not due to the food, but due to the service. With better training and a more customer-focused approach, this place has the potential to stand out.
