Rather than anyone proactively asking "how may I help you?", you have to get their attention by interrupting their pattern of ignoring their customers or you would likely be standing there all day like you are invisible. On the receipt they give you, there is a survey that you can fill out to receive a free burger with the purchase of another burger. I filled it out and when we were there today, there was nowhere to add it to our order in the kiosk (and that's the only way to order food there). I had to choose the pay at the counter option and then had to wait again trying to get someone's attention to help me, because no one mans the counter! When I finally did, he said that he couldn't help me because to use the BOGO code they gave me from the survey, I needed a manager. He went to tell the manager what I needed and all I heard her say loudly was "he'll have to wait, I'm busy right now!". So I waited some more and finally she came over and helped me but she acted like I was an inconvenience and that she was doing me a favor. I'm guessing my order didn't actually start until after I paid because we had to wait even longer despite ordering from the kiosk 10 minutes prior.
