It was pouring outside on Tuesday evening and I had originally wanted to go to Chicken Salad Chick, but because of the rain, I decided to go to Chick-Fil-A instead! It's right next to the Shake Shack and in the middle of outlets and hotels. When I got to the drive-thru, a team member was there taking orders. Looking through their menu, the menu had a wide variety options such as Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich Chick-fil-A Nuggets Salads Frosted Sodas Frosted Lemonades Milkshakes Ice cream and so much more! I ended up ordering the Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich with no sauce, no tomato, or lettuce with mac n cheese and a Sprite. I normally get their waffle fries, but I wanted to try out their mac n cheese instead! I don't normally eat my meals in the car, but since I was in Orlando Florida for a conference and it was raining heavily out on the Tuesday evening, I ended up eating in the parking lot at the Chick-fil-A. The chicken sandwich was good, but I did have to reassemble the sandwich. The chicken was juicy and tender. The Mac n cheese was okay. It was slightly cold, but there was a lot of flavor in the cheese. Service was fast and the meal was inexpensive! The order was accurate and the food was good. If I needed a quick meal again and was in the Orlando area, this Chick-fil-A is a great option! read more

I don't know how they do it, but this is the most efficient Chick-fil-A I've ever experienced. The drivethru is always quick and the service is always friendly. I don't often sit inside the restaurant, but this location is big and always clean. They really take their service to the next level at this location and I go out of my way to come here! read more

I was starving after leaving Disney and a chicken sandwich sounded SO good. I don't frequent Chick-fil-A, but this one was located near my hotel, was open late, and I could use the app to order so I didn't have to wait a long time for my food. I ate here mostly because of convenience. It's a standard branch of the chain, but surprisingly small considering it's in a tourist area. I got a chicken sandwich with fries and an unsweeted iced tea and dined inside. The prices seemed fair, and the dine-in process was so easy: I placed and paid for my order in the app then went inside, found a table, scanned the QR code on the table, and within about 2 minutes, a very cheerful employee came out and delivered my food to my table! Now, the attention to detail wasn't great. My order was correct, but he didn't bring me napkins or ketchup. No biggie, they had a self-service stand for condiments. I like that until I grabbed a few packets of ketchup and they were all super sticky like they'd be touched by somebody who was covered in honey. Ewww. I also noticed a bowl that said "unused sauces" on the counter where people could put extra sauces they didn't open or use so they can be reused. I like that in theory, but that may be where the sticky ketchup packets came from, and that just grossed me out. I didn't think this location was as clean as it could've and should've been, especially since the restaurant was very well-staffed. There were smiling employees buzzing all over. Note that they offer free refills on your sodas, iced tea and lemonade, but you have to go up to the counter and have an employee refill them for you (no self service for the beverages). I went up twice, and they were fast and eager to please. So a bonus star for that! My food was tasty and hot and fresh, so I have zero complaints about the quality. The parking lot was a little cramped but the drive-thru didn't have a line at all (which is never the case where I live)! This is a good, solid, crowd pleasing option. One of my favorite places to eat for breakfast I highly recommend the scramble bowl meal with the berry parfait. Three stars because the food was delicious and the host was kind and attentive. However, the FOH team was a mess. We sat and placed a mobile order from our table. When our food arrived (it was prompt), we were missing about a third of our order. I walked up to the counter and was hoping just to get what we needed from the side, but was ignored so I had to wait in line to get the rest of our food and sauces. While I was waiting, I watched the cashier run his hands all through his hair, and the DT bagger put her foot up on the cabinet to tie her shoe and return to bagging (without hand washing). I was in town for the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend. I stopped here to pick up dinner. Per the usual with any Chick-fil-A, I ordered ahead of time via their mobile app. I have found that that usually cuts down on mistakes. When I arrived, I queued up in the drive-thru lane. It was a well-oiled operation. I got my food and was on my way in no time. I ordered their market salad with grilled nuggets, Greek yogurt parfait with granola, and a cup of chicken tortilla soup. We visited this location today for lunch. They just opened last Thursday. The food was actually delicious. However, we had a couple of kinks. We wanted to bring to your attention before you visit. My wife ordered a grilled deluxe with no bun and indicated a gluten allergy. We did not realize it until we got home that the grilled chicken deluxe was actually breaded and had American cheese on it. Just be sure that if somebody is taking your order outside with the tablet, that you have them repeat back and verify the order taken. We will definitely give them another chance however my wife was not able to eat her meal. read more

Every time I visit this location I am very satisfied with the service. The drive through line is usually very short and the employees are very nice. I have never had issues with the food I have ordered. It is 10/10 quality Chcik-fil-A food. I have dined in, mobile-order pickup, and drive through and everything has always gone smoothly. Ok. Another fast food review!!' I'm so tired of the Covid excuse. Chick Fil A is usually decent though I do not care for their anti LGBTQ stance. So this time I pull up to the drive thru. Since they now have order takers outside you do talk to a human....However. I roll down the window to a guy asking "what do you want?" I said well I would like to see the menu. As the menu board as about 30 feet further up than where he is standing. So he follows me up to the menu board. I order 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese, NO PICKLES, tenders and waffle fry's. I have a partner that is allergic to pickles. So get my order and drive 20 min home. I get in the house, open the boxes and damn if there are not PICKLES on both sandwiches. The receipt was correct and said no pickles. So this tells me that they do not pay attention to the tickets or they just don't care. I called the store number on the ticket and you get in a phone loop and they say if there is a problem with your order and you are nearby, come back so we can correct. If your not nearby, call the corporate "care number". Sooo I call the "care" number and guess what. It's 9:50 pm on a Saturday night and to call back on Monday during normal business hours. Ugh I call the store number again and just buttons and get a manager. I tell him the story and that I'm very upset and that all I can do is throw the sandwiches away. He can't offer any assistance as it's late and they are closed on Sunday. Doesn't do me any good. The manage Nate said well mistakes happen. That's all he could say. The girl who took my order was extremely rude, I was redeeming my reward for a free iced tea which she watched me select. When I asked for a sweet tea she just kept repeating the price $2.97 when the tea was supposed to be free. The two options to select either unsweetened or sweetened are right next to each other and once selected you cannot reverse it. Seeing as they are the same thing with the same price I did not think this would be the huge issue that she made it. She rudely said "Well I fixed it it's going to be unsweet." When I clearly did not want unsweet. It's really not that difficult to just let the people know in the order notes to make it sweet. I decided since she was obviously not helping I would take it up with the people working the window. When I got to the window I was greeted with "Are you the lady that wanted sweet tea?" and then asked to explain AGAIN.... if the girl was able to communicate that there was a "situation" why could she not just say "Hey can we make this tea sweet?" rather than rudely repeating the price over and over like a robot.... Clean and fast...food is the same as any other restaurants in their chain in my local area. My wife tells me to get the sauce but she's a vegan and doesn't realize the spicy chicken need no sauce.
