a display of a variety of salads
Kyle B.

Love the healthy options. They make very attractive salads. A little pricy, but I honestly need to be eating more like that. 3 stars because the service was dreadfully slow. But the Antioxidant Berry smoothie was maybe the best I've had in life. It was excellent. I'm going to try to stop back for another.

This was a fresh, surprising choice from a mall food court! The service was friendly, fast, and sanitary. They offered plenty of gluten free choices and had no cross contamination issues. I had a delicious bowl amd was able to point to what I wanted and see if there were gluten items next to ones I was choosing but no problems there. It tasted like it was picked that morning. Delicious surprise!!

Salad and Hummus
Nishant N.

After a day of shopping at the premium outlets I was looking for a salad place for the dinner and decided to have dinner from Greenbeat. From the greenbeat I ordered salad with the hummus and chips. The salad options contains different options and sauce from which one can select. The different options available can help everyone to select according to their taste. So this was the best option and i loved the salad as it was healthy and different options provided help me to select according to my taste. It was full filling and amazing taste. The chips were also nice. Regarding the hummus i believe hummus can be improved. Else everything was tasty and delicious.

Super salad at Greenbeat. They have several to choose from or you can build your own. I made my own and added both chicken (delicious seasoning) and shrimp. Highly recommended.

Poor service, the guy got mad at me for getting the small salad instead of the big, it was just a dollar difference but I was not that hungry. It was just not the right experience for a $13 salad

Tasty little spot in the outlets food court. The salad was good but I wish there were more options to choose from, or maybe I need to eat more healthy hmmmm. Anyhoo the food was good and fresh, prepared right in front of you. Great option if you're trying to avoid the typical fast food offerings of the food court

Cilantro and shrimp salad

Found this place in the food court at the Vineland premium outlets. I would probably eat here again. Not usually a fan of food court food. I was about to build my own salad. But I decided to go with the shrimp and cilantro salad. It had arugula in it. They put a decent amount of shrimp which was good. Everything is mixed in front of you. 12 bucks for a shrimp salad isn't bad. My tummy was full.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!…read more My family and I had the pleasure of celebrating Father's Day brunch at Summer House on the Lake, and it was the perfect way to spend the holiday. While we're already familiar with their incredible cookie and bakery counter, this was our first time experiencing brunch, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere that feels both relaxing and upscale. Our server, Andrew, provided excellent service throughout the meal and helped make the experience even more enjoyable. I started with a Mexican Mocha, which was fantastic and exactly what I needed to kick off the morning. One thing I really appreciated was that our son's food arrived first, allowing him to dig into his blueberry pancakes topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries right away. My wife loved her strawberry waffles, and I enjoyed the brunch special featuring banana pancakes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. As a dad, being able to celebrate Father's Day with my wife and son is something I never take for granted, and Summer House on the Lake provided the perfect setting for making those memories together. We also discovered the rewards program for the Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants family of restaurants, which was an added bonus. Between the delicious brunch, amazing cookies, and outstanding service, we'll definitely be back. Next time, we'll have to experience the dinner menu. An extra perk was visiting Disney Springs in the morning before the crowds arrived. It made for a much more relaxed experience. Here's a toast to all the dads out there--and to Summer House on the Lake for helping make Father's Day a memorable one. This Yelp Elite dad definitely approves!

Summer House on the Lake is a waterfront restaurant in Disney Springs that focuses on a bright,…read morecoastal-inspired atmosphere with a mix of American comfort food, brunch favorites, and California-style dishes. We walked into a space that stands out immediately because of its open, airy design and lake views, creating a more relaxed experience compared to many of the busier dining options around Disney Springs. The interior has a comfortable, modern beach-house style that matches the name and concept well, with large windows that bring in natural light and a color palette that feels fresh and inviting. The menu has a wide variety of choices, from brunch dishes to sandwiches, seafood, salads, pizzas, and larger entrées. We ordered the cinnamon roll, which is one of the highlights and is best enjoyed as a shareable starter since the portion is large and feels more like a dessert on its own. The roll was warm and soft, with a generous layer of icing that added sweetness without making it feel heavy. The truffle fries are another strong option, with a generous serving and a good balance of crispy fries with a flavorful dipping sauce that complemented the fries well. Other dishes like the steak frites, fish tacos, and chicken sandwich provided solid options for a full meal, and we found the steak frites particularly well executed, with the meat cooked to a proper medium and the fries staying crisp throughout the meal. One of the strengths of Summer House is that it offers something for different preferences. The restaurant also has a strong selection of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and brunch beverages that pair well with the food. The mocktails were thoughtfully composed, offering a refreshing option that did not feel like an afterthought. The gluten-free options are another standout, with a variety of substitutions available without making the meal feel limited. We noticed that the staff were familiar with the dietary options and able to guide us through the substitutions without hesitation. The atmosphere is a major part of the experience. Sitting near the lake added a lot to the meal, especially during the day when the outdoor views made the restaurant feel like a break from the usual Disney Springs crowds. We appreciated the slower pace of the meal, and the lake views provided a calming backdrop that shifted the focus from the busy shopping and dining district outside. The restaurant can get busy, but the overall pacing still feels more relaxed than many nearby options. Service is another highlight, with staff generally being attentive and knowledgeable. Our server was familiar with the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations, especially on the shareable dishes and drinks. Reservations are recommended, especially during peak dining times, and requesting a table closer to the lake can make the experience better. We booked ahead and were glad we did, as the restaurant filled up quickly. Summer House on the Lake is a great choice if you are looking for a sit-down meal with a nice atmosphere and a scenic setting. While not every dish is equally impressive, the combination of lake views, strong service, shareable desserts, and variety on the menu makes it a worthwhile stop at Disney Springs. It offers a dining experience that feels more relaxed and considered than many of the surrounding options, making it a good choice for a meal that extends beyond the typical theme park dining experience.

After spending a day at a theme park and eating their options, it was nice to "clean" your body out with a good and healthy salad. Located on Sand Lake road near Publix and multiple eateries, this place has a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, and a limited selection of soups. Ambiance: 3.5 Stars The place was clean and has plentiful seating. Ranging from bar style or bench and tables. It is Deli style when ordering. Go to the back and select the type of salads, rice / couscous, soups, or sandwiches. There are pre-fixed options or you can build your own bowl. The eatery was clean, open and airy. Natural lighting was pleasant with the large front windows. It would have been a higher star rating for the ambiance, but the bathrooms needed some work. Though it was clean and roomy, there was no soap and limited toilet paper. Staff: 3.5 Stars Deli The employees were friendly and professional. Our server assisted us with questions and our selections. However, with the middle Eastern dialect and his ability to speak at a rate of the sound barrier, he had to repeat a few times for us to understand. Note: His patience was much appreciated. Food: 3.75 Stars We all chose several different salads. Three were pre-fixed and one was customized. 1. Shanghai Chicken Salad - 3.5 Stars Roasted chicken, edamame, scallions, almonds, cilantro, red cabbage, romaine perfectly paired with miso sesame vinaigrette Contains: Nuts, Soy I chosen the chopped romaine leaves as the base. It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients. She chose the avocado Chimichurri dressing which she liked. NOTE: they offer breakfast items and coffee. Selection of various drinks are from a deli refrigerator and they carry some Kombucha options too. Enjoy!

LetterPress is the Hilton Buena Vista's marquee restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a family friendly setting with nice touches. We made a reservation well in advance just in case but the place seems large enough where walking in shouldn't be much of an issue. After sitting down we got right back up as we opted for the breakfast buffet, which at $30 is an absolute steal. Let's get into what we got: We started off with carbs: pancakes and waffles. Both of which were okay with there being. A decent wait on the waffle machine. Unless you're craving either we would say it's not the best bet to stack up on. For meat they have a lot of options from bacon to pork sausage to chicken sausage. The bacon was alright and the pork sausage was the standard small ones you find just about everywhere; the chicken sausage though was delicious, a nice sweet flavor to it and large. They also have eggs and breakfast potatoes alongside the meat, the eggs being meh and the potatoes being pretty good. The better egg option is the omelette bar which is fantastic. There are probably about 20 different ingredients you can toss into them and it is well worth the wait. Oatmeal is another carb offered and that's self-serve so you can make it how you like. Many different pastries are also available so you can get a fix on your sweet tooth (all were pretty good). Last, for drinks we got chocolate milk, coffee, and juices from their self-serve juice machine. For that we got mango and apple juices. Again, for the price of $30 this is just an unbelievable deal, especially for families looking to get growing kids fed in as quick and convenient a place as possible. The added convenience of it being close to the pool and just downstairs adds another layer to it. While we can only testify to their breakfast buffet this does also look like a great option to take up on their actual menu. An excellent option for a quick, filling meal before exploring all the Disney Springs area has to offer!
