This was a fresh, surprising choice from a mall food court! The service was friendly, fast, and sanitary. They offered plenty of gluten free choices and had no cross contamination issues. Yummo yum! Located in what appears to be an outlet mall's food court. It kind of reminds me a popular salad locale here in the DMV. Upon first glance, all of the items looked quite fresh, in addition to the items being plentiful. They had a fair sized menu, from cold salads, and what appeared warm bowls with grains. I amended a menu item; replacing the one of the greens with brown rice. It also came with olives, feta, and salmon with a a yummo dressing. The salad was a great size and delicious!
