"Manchurian curry" supposedly that is like hot & sour soup! Disgusting!
    Mili I.

Very poor service. Ordered a manchurian that came out like a hot & sour soup. Asked to cancel and the waiter argued with me saying "this is how a manchurian curry style looks like", never have I seen a Manchurian even curry style being served like this anywhere!! Totally unacceptable service, argumentative staff and unprofessional overall! Very disgusted with this place! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Food was fantastic ... love the Dosa so much... we picked up few more for our family and next few days... The kitchen cook should be or must be from Madras i guess.. he did a fantastic job on all the south indian dishers.. my family got some North indian food like Paneer Masala, Parata, Chapathi etc.. Good food, i would definitely recommend . Person who served was Anthony.. This happened on a Saturday evening around 18:30 PM approxiately. July 12th 2025. Ambience was fantastic... loved the way they have done the restaurant. No meat? No problems! So many delectable choices to choose from but with a little help from our awesome server Ronald, we left with full bellies and to-go left overs for tomorrow's lunch! Tucked in a busy shopping mall off Sand Lake Rd. you cannot miss the bright sign and the few small outdoor tables. Walking in, there is inviting music and delicious aromas filling the air. Grab a seat and take a close look at that menu. Our server, Ronald, took our drink order and gave us ample time to peruse the menu. We asked a few questions and he gave us some good tips. What followed was a vegetarian delight with an explosive mouth party of flavors! We started with the Samosa Chaat; I'm a Chaat connoisseur and this was above the bar good! Such a nice blend of warm puffed Samosa's contrasted with the room temperature chickpeas and the cold yogurt, cilantro, onion and lovely shaved red beets. Crunch, spicy, sweet and just perfect. Our main meal consisted of Paper Masala Dosa (Ronald's pick), Kadai Bhindi Masala and garlic naan. Um, where to start? It was our first time having Paper Masala Dosa. GIANT rice flour crape (think, as long as a rolled newspaper) with 3 sides: coconut chutney, curried potatoes and warm lentils. Peel crepe, dip and eat. Unique and very tasty! Kadai Bhindi Masala gorgeous! If you like okra, this is your dish! Sautéed okra, onion, tomatoes and spices topped with chopped cilantro, paired with the garlic made this dish twice as delicious. The okra was exceptional and the onions were translucent and sweet; crazy good! If you're in the mood for Indian and enjoy Vegetarian/Vegan food, Madras Cafe is your place. The service was exceptional (did I mention Ronald?) and the food was outstanding.

If u want Indian vegetarian in Orlando this is the spot ..open late. Ordered variety of breads , chili baji , paneer..all food freshly made with decent amount for the price ..breads cooked well ..only downside is they don't have fresh naan ..it's frozen reheated but they tell u up front ..can get busy had to wait ten min but once seated food came quickly ..recommend

Our vegan group stopped in for some tasty Indian food, and they delivered! Great atmosphere with neutral tones and lamps, with a long bar. Our server was quick, helpful, and friendly. Several at our table ordered different dosas, or bread items, while I ordered the Dal Tadke (Lentils) and a friend ordered the Chana Masala (chickpeas). Both came with rice and were delicious and filling. The lentils reminded me of what I make at home and were very comforting, just had a few spices that I don't usually use. The chickpeas were definitely a different flavor than I make, but it was an interesting change up. Another friend had the Veggie Fried Rice, which was an enormous bowl that looked amazing! I will definitely be back ext time I'm in town to try more of these amazing dishes, and this visit has inspired me to try other Indian restaurants back home!

    Chole bhature

We ordered chole bhature and Schezwan fried rice. The chole bhature was just okay--nothing special but edible. The Schezwan fried rice, however, was very disappointing. It had a curry-like, pasty consistency rather than the texture of fried rice. We had to take it to go, cook two cups of plain white rice at home, and re-cook the Schezwan rice just to make it feel like actual fried rice. It honestly felt like we bought a Schezwan curry paste rather than a ready-to-eat fried rice dish. That said, the service was good and the server was humble and polite. The ambience was decently good as well, which made the overall experience a bit better, even though the food didn't fully meet expectations.

If you're looking for a vegetarian place then this is the perfect spot! Almost every dish I have gotten here has been great. My favorite is their curries! The kadai bhindi masala (okra), aloo palak (spinach and potato), and aloo gobi (cauliflower) were great. Get a garlic naan to dip into their sauce and you will be full. I did try their house special thalis but felt like curry was a better option. With so many small samples of everything and not knowing what I was eating it was difficult to tell what sauce goes with what etc. Def need to try all their other dishes.

My dad's friend Indian thali. It filled the table and had so many items. It was a great feast for him!

I went with my dad and friends on a Saturday evening. I made a reservation for 6 at 8:30 and was informed there would be a small wait. We arrived around that time, waited for another 5 minutes, and then seated into a table in the front. The adults shared a nice bottle of Argentina Merlot wine (about 30 dollars), which was tart, but still mellow. My dad's friend ordered spring rolls for appetizer, but I didn't try it. He said it was pretty good. For my entree, I did the vegetable chili garlic noodles, which had the right amount of toasted garlic to provide the flavor. The noodles were al dante, and loved the fresh scallions and onions as well. I asked for medium spicy, but it was still a bit too mild. Thankfully they had some hot sauce to bring the heat. My dad's friend ordered a thali and was warned it would be huge. They were not kidding at all! The plate filled quite a bit of our table. It was a nice feast for him. For dessert, I loved their Ras Malai, made with cottage cheese in a milk sauce with pistachios on top. It was divine! The service was professional, but seemed a bit busy. It was a bit crowded when we arrived and our server while friendly, may have seemed stressed as well. He still did a great job pouring our wine, taking our ordering, delivering items, etc. The seating area is a bit small, but still pretty cozy. The bar had beer and wine, but I don't know if they had cocktails. There was outdoor seating as well, but it could get loud with the music from the neighboring jazz bar. Parking can be difficult during the weekend, so best to bring a bit of patience as well. For a vegetarian Indian restaurant, I found the quality to be great for the price. Even though it is a bit expensive, it is in the restaurant row district and a great choice for vegetarian food. If you are looking for meat or seafood options, their sister restaurant, Saffron, is next door. Both are great places for nice Indian food in the Sand Lake Road area.

Easy five stars. Wonderful service (made sure to give us extra vegan sauce bc we told them we are vegan). The people are sweet, ambiance is great, and food is extremely delicious.

Quick, responsive, courteous, engaging service, and a reasonably priced thali for those who are adventurous and or vegetarian. However, the quality of the ingredients and execution, flavors, and freshness of the food are all suspect. The water also tastes quite blemished, for those who would notice and draw conclusions from such. While not in the realm of offering disfavor, I would advise caution and awareness in advance.

Is the table side Thali lunch buffet only available on weekends?

Thali is available during the week.

    Is everything vegan?

Nope! Most items made vegetarian (made with milk, butter, cheese). Everything can be altered to become vegan, which for me was still really good. HOWEVER.... Same owner has an all meat Indian restaurant 2 doors down from this. Best of both worlds!

I went when they first opened and remembered really enjoying it, but I have not been back for lunch. It was pretty quiet during that time. I ordered one of their zero proof mocktails, the 00 Spritz, which was light and refreshing. We decided to share a couple menu items including the beef carpaccio and the garlic knot sliders with pesto chicken parm. Prior to ordering, my colleague had asked our server about another menu item and the type of meat that was in the sauce because she cannot eat pork. It was clear that he was not very sure. For it not being very busy and most people dining in were on a lunch break, the food took quite a while to come out. We received the carpaccio first - it was very tasty and we both enjoyed it. When we received the garlic knot sliders, they looked amazing. It comes with 3 sliders and a side of fries. Once we began eating the sliders, my friend noticed that there was crispy prosciutto (aka pork) on them. This was not listed on the menu or mentioned by our server. Many people don't eat pork (for personal or religious reasons), so that ingredient really should be disclosed on the menu. Our server was apologetic and mentioned that they had just updated their menu so this must have been an oversight. Sadly, my friend did not have enough time left in her lunch break at this point to wait for something else to come out. I personally did enjoy the sliders and took the leftovers home. I also ordered the cacio e pepe pizza to-go to have for dinner later, and it was also very good. Besides that hiccup, overall the food was good and I would go back to try more menu items.

It sends you text updates, and the technology is actually pretty cool. It can tell when you're not close enough yet and will tell you to check in once you're closer to the restaurant. There were 6 of us in the group, so reserving ahead definitely helped. I actually had to do it twice because we reserved our spot before we left, and by the time we got there, it had timed out. I checked in again, and when we arrived, the host said, "I see you checked in twice." He told us the wait would probably be about 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting less than that before being seated. Considering it's at Icon Park and it was the night of a game, the place was packed with a lot of hustle and bustle. I was impressed that we were seated so quickly, especially with a party of 6. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing, and the food was amazing too. We ordered what felt like almost every appetizer on the menu. We had the Cali Roll Stack, Parmesan truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, spinach dip, and the vegan Gardein wings. The Cali Roll Stack was probably my favorite appetizer. It was so good, and it was made with real crab. Most places use imitation crab, and Matt even told us that's why it's his favorite appetizer too. He was absolutely right. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to expectations. My wife chose the buffet, assuming everything would be freshly prepared at opening time. To our surprise, every single item on the buffet line was cold -- from the rice and chicken dishes to the biryani and palak paneer. If a restaurant opens at 11:30, the food should be hot and ready to serve. Cold curries and rice immediately take away from both texture and flavor, and in this case, the dishes tasted flat and lacked the depth of spices you expect from Indian cuisine. Based on this visit, I would recommend skipping the buffet and ordering from the regular menu instead. Buffet selections often feel like the more economical options, and here they were devoid of the bold flavors that make Indian food so memorable. I ordered the chicken biryani from the à la carte menu. It was noticeably better -- aromatic and more flavorful than the buffet items. However, it still missed an important element. Traditionally, biryani is prepared by marinating the chicken and cooking it together with the rice so the spices infuse the meat and every bite is cohesive. In this case, while the rice carried some fragrance, the chicken itself was not well marinated and tasted bland on its own. It felt more assembled than thoughtfully cooked together. Another important point is pricing. The dishes are on the expensive side, and at those prices, the flavors and overall quality should be excellent. When you're paying premium prices, you expect depth of seasoning, proper preparation, and attention to detail -- not cold buffet trays or under-marinated meat. Service was the bright spot of the visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal. Overall, not a terrible experience, but certainly disappointing. With better attention to temperature, flavor development, and consistency, this place could justify its pricing -- but on this visit, it fell short.

It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients. She chose the avocado Chimichurri dressing which she liked. NOTE: they offer breakfast items and coffee. Selection of various drinks are from a deli refrigerator and they carry some Kombucha options too. Enjoy!

The manager Cynthia was extremely polite, asking how was everything and did we need anything. I mentioned to her my trip home to San Antonio and I was thrilled to learn there would be a Sixty Vines in San Antonio soon. Thank you Cynthia for that information!

Amazing place to grab lunch that's only steps from epic universe…read more I often forget that there's actual restaurants that sit outside the theme park bubble. I was really surprised when I found this place was only eight minutes from our hotel, which was the Helios, and that it had abundant parking. I had thought we were going to have to go to I drive to find lunch, but this place popped up on my Yelp search. I am so glad it did because it was amazing. On Saturday at 11 AM we were one of only a couple people in the restaurant, and the restaurant is huge. I heard it does get busy for dinner. Our waitress was so nice, whenever she left the table my younger son would ask where she went because he wanted to talk with her again. Almost everything is made in house and it shows. We loved everything we got. I got a Matcha cocktail off the brunch menu and it was amazing. Not too sweet and made with real Matcha powder. They do have a kids menu so my son got cheese pizza and it came with a side of fries or fruit. He decided on fries and the fries are delicious. We got a Caesar salad to share along with the steak and fries. The Caesar salad was amazing. The croutons were absolutely delicious and it was quite large so I'm glad we got it to share. The Steak Frites was also very good. It was topped with chimichurri sauce and the medium rare was cooked to perfection. The fries were the same as my sons fries and everybody loved them. They're skinny and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. After eating at the theme park, it is a joy to have high-quality food at reasonable prices. This restaurant is also beautiful and they have so many different types of wine on top that you can try. I really love this concept. I'm a huge fan of the drink menu, there were many other drinks that I wanted to try. If we were local, we'd be coming here almost every weekend. I highly recommend checking this place out.
