Portions were a bit small but the food was tasty! Service was slow, they seemed to be understaffed. Their gulab jamun didn't taste right. I ordered dessert and it took a long time to come, I asked the waiter and he said he forgot to put it in. They should hire more servers so that their staff isn't overwhelmed causing them to forget orders.

Recently visited this place and was pleasantly surprised. It's located inside The Cambria Hotel and has a modern, lively vibe that makes it a great spot for a relaxed dinner. The food was flavorful with the perfect blend of spices. Everything we tried was delicious, the tikkis, naan, Shaam Savera (spinach kofta in a gravy similar to paneer tikka masala), and paneer lababdar were all excellent and well-prepared. We received our appetizers promptly, though there was a bit of a wait for the main course. The staff was attentive and courteous. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. They also have a branch in Lake Mary, which I'm already planning to check out.

Family and I truly enjoyed this restaurant! Its located in Cambria hotel close to Universal. Its a nice small hotel which such great ambiance! Ash was our server. He was very helpful with suggestions. As well as helping my grandma figure out food as she had a ginger allergy. Ordered lavender margarita which was strong and good. I know Ash made it!! Made props to him! Started with pepper shrimp that was full of flavors with the sauce. As a whole, we ordered butter chicken, lamb korma, goat curry and chicken fried rice. Everything was delicious, bursting with flavors. We also added naan to our meals. Which costs $5-9 extra depending what kind of naan you get! As a little surprise, Ash brought out a cheesecake to help celebrate my sister's birthday which was kind of him. We will definitely be coming back again!

This restaurant serves some of the best Indian Food I've ever had. Their special curry and butter chicken were outstanding. The food had perfect spice, and very rich and delicious flavors. The service was very good, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved the food here. Located in Cambria hotel, Tamara was everything! Lamb biryani is not listed on the menu but it is an item you can order. Samosa chaat was so delish. It's mashed samosas with some chick peas on top, yogurt, tamarind chutney and a few other toppings. If you enjoy samosas, def try this. Our server was Ash, and boy does he have a sense of humor on him. Lol we had a great time and I would definitely return and ask for Ash again. If you like spicy food and want to enjoy it without actually having to drink after every bite, lol I am suggesting you order mild. I took Ash's recommendation. I can tolerate most spicy foods - I love spicy anything. I thought I could handle medium, and maybe I could have but I took his words and went with mild and was so glad I did because it was the right spice level where I get a nice kick but still be able to enjoy my meal. Usually at other Indian restaurants, mild is no spice but here it seemed to be different than what I'm used to. There is complimentary valet. I look forward to my return!

Coming from L.A. where this a variety of Indian cuisine/food, I give this establishment 10/10. Great service and tasty food. I recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Orlando.

Butter Naan

Excited to try a new Indian restaurant, I came here with my family on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We started off with gobi Manchurian which was more on the tomatoey side. It was crispy though. For mains, we were intrigued by the paneer methi toast but were sadly informed they didn't have the bread for it as it is not a popular dish so they don't always keep the bread in stock. We ordered the paneer tikka masala and malai kofta along with three butter naans. The paneer was good but I've had better. The malai kofta tasted a little off. While the prices are comparable to the other Indian restaurants in the vicinity, I would probably go to one of the other ones who have a little larger portion and taste. They did give complimentary papadum and chutney. The ambience was nice and service was good. I do realize they haven't had their official grand opening yet so maybe the taste will improve.

We went at 10:30PM and the food was just as delish as I'd expect it at prime time. We ordered palak paneer, mutter paneer, and garlic naan. Very quick food to table. Parking lot is a little tricky, it's in the Cambria hotel so all the spots say Permit Only but you don't need one. I was skeptical about a hotel restaurant serving Indian food, but overall surprised me and I'd recommend!

OMG I only had a beer and samosa today, but I'm definitely coming back for a meal. The service is great, friendly staff, knowledgeable, professional. I had a Taj beer from India, and it was crisp and light and refreshing. The samosa were fantastic. Big, generous, stuffed with goodness, and the dipping sauces were very flavorful without being overpowered. I can't wait to try some lamb or goat.

The shrimp tikka masala was amazing with tomato base and the mild was not too spicy. The butter chicken and garlic nan was the perfect combo and left us wanting more. Our server Yash was super attentive and the food came out super quick. If you are a guest of the hotel, they also offer 10% discounts. Overall would recommend this Indian restaurant, very authentic and great service.

Lamb Tamara's Special Chicken Curry

Excellent food and service! Our server was Yash. He was very knowledgeable about ingredients, meat and offered great suggestions! We had 2 appetizers (samosas and cauliflower sautéed in a red sauce- forgot what it was called) but both were delicious. Then had the lamb special- it was delicious and the authenticity of the dish was spot on. The ambiance was also pleasing with beautiful lighting and music. Loved this place!!

This restaurant was great! We had the Gobi Manchurian, Tikki Platter, and Chinese Bhel for Appetizers. The Gobi was good, but a little bit on the bland side for my test and a little salty, but still decent. The Tikki and Chinese bhel were absolutely delish!!! We all enjoyed it so much. It was filled with flavor and spice! For entree, we ordered the Deewani Handi which was very tasty! For dessert, we ordered the Cassata ice cream - presentation was beautiful as well as the taste! The service was absolutely exceptional! Everybody is very observant and on their A-game to ensure everything is going well. Ambiance was beautifully. Very modern, chic, and intimate. I love the color palette used for the design of the restaurant. Overall, would def recommend and am for sure coming back!

We were seated by the hosted and the server remarked, "Look at the view, isn't it lovely." Then I see what they charge for that view. And this isn't about money. Dude lingered over our shoulder like a high-pressure salesman. It is so loud in there, you can hear the games downstairs and across the street. I think after he lingered, I ordered a beer, and he asked, "Do you wanna start a tab?" I think that set me off because why am I starting a tab a restaurant? Their water comes in a cold carafe with cool looking cups, so that's a plus. Other than that, I don't know how they stay open. $25 burgers that are not USDA Prime or some form of Wagyu isn't it. $19 for 8 wings. $13 for a 22oz Sam Adams. Nothing about this place appealed to us. We were in and out in 30 minutes. It was a few people there when we got there, but it emptied out by the time we left. It's an amazing concept and the location is very nice, but the atmosphere and vibe is terrible there. I ordered a beer, and dude called it in over a walkie-talkie and it came out seconds later. That annoyed me too, he couldn't go and get mt beer? He just stayed on his post behind us.

We initially sat at the outdoor(ish) bar which had a bunch of people there...but no bartender. After 5 minutes or so, we opted to go inside. The inside bar was bit fuller and we spotted the bartender right away. We sat down ordered drinks and viewed the menu. We started off with the pretzel which was good. It was a bit undercooked, but not a dealbreaker. And here's where things got a little interesting. There was a group there who was celebrating a wedding. They were LOUD. Not rude or inappropriate, but just loud. I'm all for having fun, but they were a bit over the top. Through some conversation with the staff, we found out the outdoor bartender came in to make sure the inside bartender was ok given those particular patrons. Solid move on his part for helping out a colleague! The food from here was scattered. My wife's salad came out and was drenched in dressing. Despite the menu saying all dressings on the side, that apparently doesn't apply to the Caesar according to the staff. My wings came much later...much much later. It wasn't a complicated order, so it was a bit surprising. That being said, they were cooked well and seasoned/sauced nicely. It seemed they had a bit of an off day here, so I want to review accordingly.

We chose seats at the bar and were greeted promptly by Brian and Rowan. Because there were a lot of people and just the two of them, they were running around taking orders from tables as well as servicing the bar so it did take a little bit to get our drink orders in, but we were enjoying looking through the whiskey library anyways. I started off with a Suncreek blonde ale. It is strawberry blonde ale and it's delicious. My husband started with the Yingling. He keeps hoping they will bring the Kentucky bourbon ale back on tap again. For lunch, I got the whiskey dip which is full of chopped beef with cheese and onions. Served with an herb, dipping sauce, and your choice of side. I opted for the sweet potato waffle fries because they are delicious. My husband got a burger with fries cooked perfectly. Once we are done with our food, we did opt for a taster. My husband had to go through several different bottles before he found one they actually had in stock. That is one of the downside is the whiskey library that is online is not always reflective of what they actually have in stock as he was really looking forward to trying the old Fitzgerald birthday, but alas, they did not have it in stock. He ended up going with the jack Daniels 12 year and really enjoyed it. I opted for the widow Jane 14 year very sweet easy to drink. No diners nor servers in the section we were seated in. Table of four. I had to go to hostess after waiting 10 minutes to get a server. Other diners were then seated in our section. I had to go get the server to take our drink order. Had to ask for a menu. Server's name was Adrian, I think. He took our drink order, but didn't put it in to the bar. Instead, he took drink orders from everyone else in our section, then took food orders from them. So about 35 minutes after being seated, we got drinks and menus. I was told they were out of the Scotch I ordered, so I said cancel it. We figured we had better put our food orders in. So about 20 diners, who were seated much later than we were, had drinks, ate their entire dinners, and paid their checks by the time our food came. Read on to see how I know this. I kept asking the server how much longer, he kept putting me off. Said soon. Got the food, ate, got the bill. Server didn't remove the Scotch from my bill! Had him reverse it, paid and left. Had really looked forward to this place. I wanted to go in, have a Scotch, order dinner, maybe have a beer and appetizers, probably dessert, in like an hour. This took 2 hours. And many mistakes. I was fuming afterwards. Blood pressure through the roof. I should have walked back into the kitchen to find a manager. None were visible on the floor. Whoever trained young Adrian, ought to explain, serve in the order that people arrive, show them respect, reassure a diner who seems to be hungry or very thirsty, don't ignore some patrons, they are your customers, and may tip very well if you are at least decent to them. Oh, and how about having a manager swing by tables, to ask if everyone is alright? What ever happened to that? Oh, guess that happens at other restaurants. As much as I like the atmosphere, I can't go back, or recommend it to anyone. See, we all went as a group of 25 people, but broke up into small groups of 4. Our group had to stand around and wait for us to finish, and they all heard our story on the way home. We will choose other restaurants for the rest of our week here. No one at the PUB ORLANDO seems to care. If you are from out of town, maybe spend your Tourist dollars elsewhere, there are plenty of choices. And don't order a shot of Oban scotch, they are completely out of it. I guess it's unreasonable to expect a British pub to carry Scotch. Order water.
