They had EVERYTHING! And they kept that line moving! All of the displays were fully stocked. My croissant was hot and fresh. Beautiful pastries. Beautiful smiles. This place felt EXACTLY how your morning at a resort on vacation SHOULD feel.

Enjoyed my Iced Caramel Macchiato to the tables by the big lobby window/TV Panels.

Theres signs that say they stop serving breakfast at 11am so I was pretty disappointed that despite getting in line at 10:45 and getting to the cash register at 10:55, they were turning off the TV which had the menu on it. All that was left to order were baked goods and one cinnamon roll. For those watching their weight and watching out for their little one's diet as well, I wish I didn't waste my time lining up if we were going to be turned away before the stated end time. There is prepackaged fruit and a few sandwiches in the fridge section. On the way to the queue, you walk through with individual packed cereal and oatmeal but unfortunately we were looking for something hot... I come prepared and have all these snacks in the room. I guess come way earlier to guarantee you can get a breakfast sandwich. They should really state that the last call is 15 mins before, etc. There were no made to order lunch menu options at this time either so I ended up just getting a coffee... Though it's not a Starbucks, they do serve espresso drinks and you can request it iced, despite it not being listed on the menu. I have trust issues and don't expect much when it's not Starbucks honestly. But it was a pleasant surprise for me- very rich and bold espresso and very comparable to what you'd and order at Sbux... at least something that made the line at least worth it.

This is a quick service food place within the Loews Sapphire Falls hotel lobby. We recently stayed at the hotel and often went here for their breakfast wraps, sandwiches, coffee or tea and snacks. Everything is more expensive because it's in a hotel lobby in a Universal resort, but it is cheaper than the other two restaurants in the hotel and convenient if you don't want to go to City Walk to eat or travel somewhere else for food. I appreciated their quick service and we did enjoy the food offerings. Their sandwiches are a good size for the price, and I enjoyed their chai tea latte (made with coconut milk) because it wasn't too sweet as is common with other large coffee chains. My favorite food from them was actually the empanada (available only after 3pm on the Friday/Saturday we were there) which had a crispy corn dough outside and inside with beef. The place was clean and nicely decorated to fit the theme of the hotel and they have a few tall tables next to them.

Self stirred self strawed, Carmel iced latte.

This place sucks. I payed 15 dollars for two drinks and both of them had at least an inch of room in the cup left. Not only that they didn't even stir my iced latte. A latte should be stirred. We waited 8 minutes for our drinks to be made while the workers stood there talking. Lastly I had to use my own straw because they only have paper straws. Edit: They even forgot to put espresso in my partners drink !!!!

Quick and convenient unless you get caught in a rush. The rush usually happens at breakfast and lunch or when it starts raining. Suck it up and get a Frappuccino and a scone.

New Dutch Trading is the grab-and-go option with ready to go meals, beverages, fresh-baked breads and ice cream. Coffee is available until 10pm, while food and beverage service available till 11pm. Grab-n-go available till midnight. Closed bstween 3pm-4pm. If you are looking to grab monster energy drinks like my husband and I, they are the same price as inside Universal Studios. At home in the average convenience store they cost about $2-2.50 for a 16oz can but here they are $5ish. The actual food looked rather tasty but I didn't get the chance to try any as I wasn't hungry yet when we were there. Conveniently located inside the Loew Sapphire Falls hotel.

Personally I am disappointed with the coffee choices here. For a nice hotel, they are making really basic coffee that isn't much better than a Dunkin and maybe worse. It's like $6 for a cappuccino too. The Americano is awful. Just walk over to Aventura and go to Starbucks. That's my tip.

Long wait for a stinking cup of coffee.
Bob T.

A long wait for bad coffee. This place is in the lobby of a huge hotel. There are no accommodations for someone wanting just coffee and you need to stand in a long line with people trying to decide what they want for breakfast and how to beat quiet their screaming kids. Ultimately, you're handed a cup and get to full it yourself with coffee that's been sitting in an urn for what tastes like hours.

All hotels have a small sundry shop that sells snacks, drinks and other goods for their guests. New Dutch Trading is the store that does that within Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Studios Orlando. Unlike all other sundry type stores found at other hotels: 1) It is huge! And has a large variety of things to sell. Yes cold drinks and snacks are part of the items they sell but they also sell the following. 2) Specialty Coffee and Frappes they make in house 3) Hand scooped Ice Cream and Shakes 4) Sweets and Pastries 5) Beer, Wine and Hard Liquor 6) Sandwiches to go 7) They also sell hot food Plenty of employees also in here, i never had to wait long at all to get what I needed. This place was especially a life saver the first day I was at the resort. I didn't have anytime to eat a proper meal for lunch after some early flights to Orlando. I had to run to proctor an exam... got some quick snacks and a drink and I was out the door in 3 minutes. Super efficient!

Hamm, egg and cheese burrito.

Quick-serve venue located off lobby in the Sapphire Falls resort at Universal Orlando. Pastry items, coffee, grab-and-go breakfast food, alcohol and sundries available. The scrambled egg & ham breakfast burrito had good value and could possibly be split in half to serve two. Coffee (not Starbucks) available. Thumbs up.

Iced matcha latte (ok taste watered down)

We did end up waiting at the table for 20-25 mins before anyone came to us. Unfortunately, we also waited about 20 mins for our cocktails as well. Apps: Caesar Salad - The freshly shaved parmesan was the best thing paired with a creamy caesar and fresh lettuce. This was a close 1st place caesar salad on my list. Santa Fe Salad - Loved that there was a whole avocado included with the salad. It really broke up some of the bold/intense flavors that come from a southwest salad. Entrees: Honey Glazed Norwegian Salmon - Presentation was great and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The bed of carrots were tasty and paired nicely with the salmon. Steak Frites - The fries were FANTASTIC. I couldn't stop eating them. The steak was cooked medium well so it was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Dessert: Caramel Lava Cake - Hard outside but warm gooey inside. Paired with ice cream and caramel oh so good!! Doughnut Drops - I NEED THESE EVERY TIME I GO HERE. Wow, thanks to magical dining I ended up trying these and WOW WOW WOW. Thin crunchy outside and a pillow soft inside. Came with a chocolate dipping sauce and ice cream. PLEASE get this!! It is a family owned restaurant founded by New York natives who noticed a gap in Central Florida for high quality, authentic New York style diner food. The original location opened on Universal Boulevard in the Lake Cay area, near Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. The restaurant quickly became popular with both locals and vacationers looking for an alternative to the standard hotel breakfast buffet. Following the success of the Universal Boulevard location, the owners expanded to additional Central Florida locations, including Lake Buena Vista and Dr. Phillips. The Diner has gained attention for its creative twists on classic comfort food. One of its signature dishes is the Bennyffle a combination of Eggs Benedict served over a waffle. The menu also features specialty cereal pancakes, including Fruity Pebbles and Oreo Crunch, along with classics such as chicken and waffles. In July 2026, the Universal Boulevard location even became the center of a viral national news story after a family of seven including children reportedly walked out on a $298.47 breakfast bill. The story highlighted how hard family businesses work and how an incident like this can affect them. I recently met up with a group of friends at The Diner for brunch. The Diner can get crowded, and they do not take reservations. I am grateful that one of my friends arrived very early to wait for a table for our group. The diner offers a selection of coffee drinks as well as alcoholic beverages, making it a festive spot for brunch. Since I had a long day ahead, I stuck with coffee and ordered the signature chicken and waffles. The combination was delicious. The crispy, savory fried chicken was the perfect partner to the soft, buttery waffles, while the warm, sweet maple syrup contrasted to the salty chicken. It was a very large portion and I really enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating when we needed several separate checks. I loved my visit to The Diner, and the experience was made even better by sharing brunch with a great group of friends. However, happy we came early because the dinner lasted 2 1/2 hours. Sometimes you don't want to be rushed, and in that case, you have to come here because they will take it very slow. For me it worked up because they started off with complementary Cuban bread and sweet butter, which was so delicious that I was instantly full so I was happy. The food didn't come out very fast besides the magical dining menus. We also ordered the croquetas appetizer. It was presented nicely in a little basket with two sauces. The order had six pieces: three ham and three chicken. They were nice and crispy. However, the filling of both was bland. It was so bland, We couldn't at first even tell, which was which. For an appetizer, I had the shrimp and my friend had the black bean soup. The shrimp are really good and came with a slice of French baguette. The black bean soup was like a side of black beans and really delicious but definitely not a soup. As I mean, I got the vegetarian paella, which was pretty good and my friend had the chicken with mashed potatoes and broccolini, which was also good. The big hit was the dessert. I had the flan which came with a delicious cookie, whipped cream and a dulce de Leche sauce. The mini churros were also really good with a filling and a chocolate sauce. It is not cheap normally so magical dining is a good reason to come here. I also picked this place thinking on a Saturday night there would be entertainment however, there was none of that. There was plenty of food, drinks, dancing, and mingling. The Palm Tree Club staff were great, and the venue was well laid out and worked for this event very well. When we arrived around 7 PM on a weekday for our event, we first grabbed some tables and chairs, went up and ordered some drinks from the bar, and enjoyed some music until our hosts opened the buffet lines to the food including salads, appetizers, sides, and entrees. Some of our group sat on their nice, scenic patios while others were right in the heart of the restaurant near the music and bar. The food was great, and the service moved as quickly as they could with a large group gathered at the bar. There was never a lineup at the restrooms, and other than walking around the bar, it was easy to get around the restaurant during the event. The Palm Tree Club is considered to be an "elevated tropic escape in the heart of Orlando" where you can indulge in fresh flavors, vibrant cocktails, and a chic coastal atmosphere. They serve fresh seafood and vibrant desserts along with other food and drink options. They have world-class music in a large open area that can certainly turn into a party vibe. It was certainly a great event and a fun place to be!

Let's start with the good. I'm from out of town and Booked a resy for Sunday PM and had lots of…read moreoptions for seating as they were not too busy. Server did his best to provide us with service but unfortunately they were severely understaffed and you could tell. He maybe touched the table twice (both times we had to call him over) the drinks were not good. I had an espresso martini that tasted purely of salted caramel syrup (I dont believe they had a true bartender so that may be why). I ordered oysters from reg menu and had to send back as they were dry and frozen to touch! As a Baltimorean, that's a no go. We ordered from magical dining menu....The apps were great! I recommend the wagyu dumplings and shrimp tempura. Chicken Katsu entree was very tasty however my rigatoni was undercooked and overly seasoned. The dessert....cheesecake was stiff and flavorless even with cherry topping. The sorbets were great! The overall decor and esthetics are what brought me to this location so after my experience I'd recommend visiting during happy hour as it's a super cute spot for drinks and pics.
