When I first walked in they were making about 50 sandwiches all piled up. I asked the cashier(who was texting on his phone) if he could check my Shore Points and also how long the wait would be. He said i would be "worked in" and less than 5 min. I got onto the line that was starting to form and I watched them make everyone's sandwiches through this large(and i assume catering order). I recognized the guy slicing the meet as the Store Manager i had MAJOR issues with last year(where i was grabbed and threatend by him...i spoke to Regional Managers who seemed appalled at the time). He asked what I was ordering ajd I said a Kid's Turkey and Provolone but that I have an allergy and need clean gloves(he was slicing meat while we were talking). He sliced meat for 5 more sandwiches and I asked if that was the order from the previous customer and he said the large order was for 2pm but they "wanted to get it done early" and that the other sandwiches were "116 and 118" i asked what that meant and he said they were online orders since "those are more important". I asked how much long I would have to wait ajd he said until all of the orders were done. I said at that point i would like to to the regional since i know hes the store manager. He said "he remembers me" and starts to get REALLY nasty and unprofessional and then tells me i can leave the store. His WHOLE crew starts laughing at me and as the door closes i hear "F that b+×÷h" but of course the full words. This is GROSS behavior. Why is this "leader" still allowed to behave like this. 3.75 I decided to try a ham and cheese sandwich today. I got Jersey Mike's for lunch. My husband ordered online and picked it up. The pricing is average for a sandwich. The pick up was easy and fast. I don't really know about the ambiance but my husband said it was a typical Jersey Mike's store. The ham was fresh and they put a lot of it in the bread. The cheese was provolone and it was okay. I think I would have preferred a bit more cheese but it was okay. There was plenty of mustard which is what I like with my ham and cheese. The sandwich does come with lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar, oil, and spices which I usually get and enjoy but today I didn't feel like adding it to my sandwich so I customized it in the order without those ingredients. Overall I'd recommend it if you are in the mood for a decent sandwich with an average price. read more

(4/19/2024) had a coworker pick up a #13 Italian all the way for me for a weekday lunch. It had plenty of "juice" and a lot of zing. Bread was white and chewy. I appreciated the shredded lettuce. There was a sufficient amount of Italian deli cold cuts. read more

Better qualified employee is working that no food code. Also, they need to have a sensor emergency of getting orders out. Also cross contaminated that is a critical staff needs to be properly trained at this location. They are not properly trained this is how you lose customers. We will not be back. I love going to this Jersey Mike's Subs. The food is always great, and the staff is super friendly. One of their staff even write interesting messages in interaction with our mobile order names. My daughter loves it. The other day, they forgot to include a sub in my order. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get it. When I arrived, the manager was already coming out with my sub and gave me an extra bag of chips along with an apology. I really like this location because they care. 5 stars for a sandwich shop is not the same as 5 star fine dine- but I still feel 5 stars is deserved. I rate based on the type of place it should be. For a sandwich place it's great place to stop when you are starving and need food fast. Never had a problem here. Staff is very friendly for a fast food place. Food has a high turnover so it's always fresh. Today we are having a Philly Cheesesteak for the Mr. and a Portobello sub for me. Jersey Mikes is normally one of my very favorite sub shops especially when traveling. For the most part, consistent quality and accuracy of my order are big factors. NOT this Jersey Mikes. I've had more issues with inaccurate orders than all others combined. Sadly, I usually order the same thing, cheese steak wrap and a club sub wrap, nothing else. Food allergies so cheese steak is always the same, steak and cheese, period. While it was right this time, on multiple occasions it's come with onions and peppers so we can't eat it if we wanted to. Like the cheese steak, club sub is pretty much always ordered the same way. Everything on it with extra meat and cheese. As you can see, this order was nothing but a regular ham and cheese. I contacted DoorDash. They said they'd take care of it. They did nothing. Although I don't visit often, I will say that this is one of my favorite shops to get a sub close by. Not only are the ingredients always fresh and the sub tasty, but the service is always 5 stars! I'll confess I'm not a huge sub sandwich fan. I love sandwiches, but I regard subs as the bottom level of sandwich quality. They used to be even worse, when Subway was the only game in town, but then Quizznos forced them to raise the bar with more breads and toasted options. Then Quizznos was forced out of our area by Jimmy John's which specialized in speed of assembly, and Firehouse, which introduced better ingredients. That leave Jersey Mikes in a neverland. They don't have Firehouse's quality or Jimmy John's speed. They don't even have Subway's variety of bread. What they do have--at this location, anyway--is a nice outside eating area that attracts a breeze to cool things off, even in summer. The pastrami sub I had, prepared the default way, was pretty flavorless. But perhas the addition of some mustard and peppers could zest it up. Still, with a Firehouse a few blocks away, I'd probably go there instead. read more

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub shop. And this is my favorite location. Their subs are excellent. They are a little pricey compared to Subway, but I feel the quality is well worth it. Make sure you go online and join their customer appreciation club and gain Shore Points every time you buy something. It doesn't take long to save enough points for a free sub or you can use those you have acquired to reduce the cost of your next purchase. My fav is #17, the Philly steak and cheese. read more

I mean, wow. An absolutely amazing Sandwich plus very great staff. I ordered the Tuna today, Im originally from Philadelphia and know my way around a good sandwich which is pretty evident since I am 654 Pounds. However, today I wanted to start losing weight so I got a Tuna sandwich with salt, pickles, and double mayonnaise and boy was it good. Really a simple sandwich that reminded me of the days I was made fun of in school for being so large. I get subs here and at the College Park location. Both are excellent. You can count on a consistently fresh and well prepared sandwich from Jersey Mike's. I am originally from NJ and at one point lived I a small apartment about a quarter mile from the ocean and one of the first JM locations. My young bride and I walked down to the shop for our payday treat twice per month 25 years ago. They slice all of their meat to order, their bread is baked daily, they cook the bacon every morning on the flat top grill, and their sandwiches are delicious and large. They may seem more expensive that other chain sub places but you get a lot more for your money. The Original Italian or Number 13 is not to be missed. Have it mikes ways which is lettuce, onions, tomatoes, oil/vinegar salt/pepper and oregano. Or add your favorite condiments and veggies. The philly cheese steaks are delicious, cooked on a grill and not in a microwave like subway. I'm partial to the chipotle cheese steak with extra pepper jack, but all of their cheese steaks are delicious. Also to note they make their own roastbeef at the store and since this is a busy store, it's always fresh. There's a lotta places you can get subs these days. Publix, Quizno's, Subway, Generic Sandwich Store #5. I still find myself coming back to Jersey Mike's when I want a heaping pile of cold cuts slathered in a delicious slurry of oil, condiments and spices. For sandwich connoisseurs, they don't really measure the meat here like most chains -- they just kind of slap it on and you can generally ask for more without them raisin' the price on you if you're not being all greedy or anything. They've got cold and hot subs, and both are pretty excellent. My suggestions would be the Italian (make sure you have it Mike's Way, which basically translates to: put pretty much everything good on it) and for the hot, any of the cheesesteaks are a good, good option. One other tidbit that makes this place awesome: they have a humongous pile of bacon sitting behind the counter under a heat lamp. Just drainin' and dryin' out. Waiting. For you. You can add it to anything for a small price. I may not do it every single time, but I like that I have the option to say: "Please put bacon on this Italian sub, where it has absolutely no business being." and they'll DO IT without any questions asked or any judgment passed. Sometimes you just want a normal sub that is delicious. Well, Jersey Mike's is SUPERB! They got SUBstance. All meat and cheeses are freshly sliced at the time you order your sub. I don't know any place in town that can say that. Even Publix pre-slices most of their stuff. The menu consists of the normal sub types - Italian, Turkey, Philly, Club, Veggie, etc. White or Wheat. And they toast too. The meat is piled high and is very tasty. The roast beef is freakin' delicious. It's like medium rare, which I love. I ordered a medium (~8", and I could only eat half of it!) What kind of sub does Colleen like? I wonder. The people working at this location are friendly and seem to like their job. Ever see that at a Subway? Ha! The dining area and restroom are very clean.
