I like that Firehouse subs always taste the same. It's easy to rely on for a quick sandwich. Their Italian is one of my favorites and goes perfectly with the pickles. The employee who helped us overheard me talking to my husband about how much I like the pickles and gave me a couple extra. I want to give him a special shout out because he was one of three employees and ended up taking our order and making our food. I'm not sure what the other two employees were doing. It looked like one was maybe sweeping in between talking to the other who was standing there. The employee in the picture made sure everything moved smoothly. He did a to go order and then made our order. This location looks similar inside to other Firehouse subs. I like their mural on the wall by the door. read more

I LOVE a Firehouse sub! Anytime I get the chance to get a sub, I always get a Firehouse sub! My go to is always the Club on a Sub, it has Smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, pepper bacon, melted Monterey Jack and I also get it "fully involved" which comes with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle! That kosher dill pickle is soooooo gooood! I don't usually get a combo meal but it comes with a drink. I really like that they have a Coke freestyle machine so you can have many different options. The combo also comes with either a choice of a cookie or chips! They have a bunch of different chip choices! Anddd don't forget the amazing pepper hot sauce they have to put on your sub! Whenever I come in I am always welcomed and acknowledged. The inside is always so clean. Firehouse is by far my favorite! read more

The subs here are pretty great! I started coming here only around last year when they were doing that free first name sub promotion. I decided to pop in and try it out. This location is always clean and never super crowded. They have taken the necessary precautions when it comes to COVID. I felt comfortable waiting the short duration for them to prep my sub. They also offer mobile order pick up here through their app but I have yet to try that out. I may do that the next time I get around to ordering. My order consisted of the meatball sub and it was perfect. I enjoyed how the bread was toasted nicely as well as how tasty the sauce was. It truly hit the spot. Be warned though, it may make you sleepy due to how heavy of a meal it was! read more

I went here earlier today because I was in the mood for a sub and haven't been to a firehouse subs restaurant in a couple years and there wasn't much else around I wanted right now. The place is quaint and rather on the small side, with the register located in the back and the order on the go rack right in the front. I ordered a small The Engineer sub, which had Smoked turkey breast, melted Swiss, and sautéed mushrooms, served Fully Involved and I ordered it on white bread. While it was phenomenal and the cheese was melted perfectly, a small is very very small and I was finished with it in a couple bites. The sub came with a pickle and that was also very good as well. The ingredients all blended together very well and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly as well. The staff was friendly and the food was very good but the restaurant itself was rather warm and could've had more AC on. Other than that, great place with really good food! read more

I don't know why I don't get good from here more often. I ordered the Turkey bacon ranch sub and it was very filling and enjoyable to eat. The bread was super fresh and had the perfect toast to it, veggies were very fresh and bright and the meat and cheese brought it all together. The Hook & Ladder sub is delicious. Second favorite here is the Club sub. The subs here don't taste like those of the other chain locations-- the produce tastes fresh and the meat doesn't taste like processed, bland, mixed meat slices. The location is in a convenient shopping center that has plenty of parking. We've found the price is a good value when you buy a large sub and split between two people. The staff on the weekend is kind and welcoming. Quick service too. Only complaint: on week nights, whomever is on the closing shift Mon-Tues will turn the "Open" light off and put up the chairs 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time that's posted on Yelp & the door of this location. We decided not to go in a couple of times the past month to avoid feeling uncomfortable. Definitely a bummer after driving across town late. read more

These subs are a much higher quality choice than Subway. I find the veggies to be piled high and the meat/cheese to be of quality. Decent service with a smile. On 12/6/2014 I ordered a Large MOMMAS Chicken Salad ....basically it was horrible, there was BARELY a skim coat of chicken in the sandwich ... a typical BREAD sandwich is more of what it was.... and not worth it at all ! Ordered online at 609 pm. Was told order would be ready at 635pm. We arrived at 645, and order not ready.. and was not ready for another 25 minutes!! Really?? One hour to make 3 subs???.To be fair, there were only 2 inexperienced employees working, and they were doing the best they could. Where was management?? Where were additional employees??
