I ordered "Build Your Own Salad", and chose the local Italian sausage as my protein, with some crisp greens and sautéed onions, and fresh lemon garlic vinaigrette on the side. The concept was created by the former Miller Ale House President/COO and his family to provide a healthier option for fast casual food.
