There is no update on their social media pages when they decide not to operate for the day. A simple post or story could save people time, gas, and frustration. Instead, customers are left guessing and showing up for nothing. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable for a business that depends on public trust and repeat customers. If you're going to operate in Orlando and Kissimmee, clear and up-to-date communication should be the bare minimum. * Very important* Order ahead on the website. On their instagram they have the locations they will be at for each day. What they don't say is you'll wait 1hr for your food. When you order online it will advise you of your pick up time. Arrive at your pick up time and wait for the text/email that your order is ready. I can absolutely see why the wait is 1hr and the line is still crazy. Because the food is amazing. No really! Although it's called Brappin crab- they have salmon bites, fried shrimp, fried lobster bites, and crab legs. I ordered the Harley fries- Chefs kiss No skimping on the portions, fries were crispy, beautifully seasons and fried shrimp. And I'm not even a fan of fried seafood (sometimes they are fried too hard or too much breading) but these are perfect and they coming with like 10 shrimp. I've been tracking this food truck for almost a month, waiting for the perfect location and time to try them. They finally came close to my area, and I got to try them at Cranes Roost Park. They're a good truck that travels around. You can find their schedule on Insta. They had a long line and the wait was pretty substantial for a food truck, but we'll worth the wait. The line was moving pretty quick due to the fact they sold out of the majority of the menu. I have been wanting to try this food truck for a while now. I was excited to find out that they were in my neighborhood. I was just coming from dinner when I spotted the food truck. I figured since I was already stuffed, I'll get something & save it for the next day for lunch. I regret opening that box because I could not stop myself from eating both of my clusters. I've been to this food truck, many times, mostly when they participate in the Ivanhoe food truck fair. I order these fries almost every single time. I know they have just recently included a lobster roll, and a new type of spring roll which I hope to try soon. This place is always Poppin. When I went this time, the truck was parked in front of a apartment complex. They had an hour wait for orders, but luckily I have placed my order ahead of time. My order was available within 45 minutes of me placing the order. Only three people were in the truck which slowed down the amount of time between order to table. I would only recommend them either hire some helpers or try and find a way to streamline the process. I love everything that they do.
