    Chicken biscuit, so good
    Jonathan H.

Chick Fil A is always solid! The inside is decorated really cool, and it is very clean. Staff was friendly (as always) as well. The chick fil a biscuits we got were warm and fluffy and came out quick. They also have a cool motion controlled garbage can that opens up by waving your hand in front which we thought was neat haha.

The line is also so freaking long and takes a solid 20 minutes just to get food. PLUS YOURE TRAPPED ONCE YOUR IN THE LINE!!!

I came here tonight (still here posting this). I'd like to say this is my first horrible experience at ANY chick fil-a spaning from Orlando, Clearwater, Tavares, Eustis, and Clermont, Florida. I usually have a great experience here at this Apopka location (formerly Huntclub/Apopka). I recently moved about a year ago to Lake County but been here many times. It seems as though now it's not about service but about complaining about their job, and calling off tomorrow, and why someone works 2 jobs (one of the drive thru staff), and all this nonsense. Literally 6 people standing in drive thru presentation 1 front desk staff, and a little poor bilingual girl over worked. No fast food needs 6 to 7 ppl standing chit chatting when you have 3 orders sitting in lobby, myself standing waiting for someone to ask me if I need a refill, and 4 drivers waiting on their cold food sitting waiting to be handed to them (I too do delieveries on the weekends just not this one). Just ONE of those 7 girls standing there chit chatting could of handed a driver their food, refilled a drink, or thought to bring an order to the table). Speaking of order to the table I placed my order and stood so long waiting for it, I went to sit down with my 2yo daughter cause I realized it wasn't happening any time soon. The girl sitting behind me got her order in 1/16 of the time. All I had was 1 meal, 1 kids meal, Xtra sandwich and strips... I placed my order per this sticker at 8:02pm est. It's 8:57pm and I'm about to leave as i finally got my refill. I watched an employee in front of me sit, get her food, eat, and finish before I could get a REFILL. I had to wait to tell someone about the missed chocolate milk, that was never brought to me. The girl who brought me the food did appologize and included cookies which I avoid giving to my children sweets, and I definitely didn't want them. It's just something I expected more from chick fila. The staff if they want to call out I highly recommend not saying that so loud. It's just bad morale. Look at your cameras mgmt. From 8:02 a male in black shirt with a 2yo girl in pink dress. Watch how long it took to get food, ask for a refill, ask for the missing chocolate milk. Watch the staff chit chatting in drive thru doing nothing but talking drama. Quite literally they ignored the ask of customers but when her boyfriend shows up she walks all the way to the lobby to hug and more chatter. It's truly embarrassing. I really didn't want to leave this review but I want chick fila to keep its reputation at least in my mind. I'll edit this review next time I'm here at this location.

My mobile order brought to the table.

You can always count on Chik-fil-A to make it just right. Don't know what they put in the food, but always makes you want to come back for more. Today, my power went out while working from home. I thought about going to the library, but they were not open yet. The restaurant is a hop, skip, and jump from my house so I thought... why not? I haven't been inside this new Chick-fil-A restaurant since it opened, but I've gone through the drive-through many times. I like the way that this restaurant is set up. There are two doors at the entrance where one goes directly to the area where you order food and the other door is to the dining area. Since I was coming to set up my work station, I looked for a table that has a plug. There are several areas where you can plug in your laptop and they always have complimentary WIFI. That's what I needed and that's what I got. I was already set up with everything at the table, so I really did not want to get up to place an order. I heard one of the employees talking with the person behind me letting them know that if they place a mobile order, it can be brought to the table where you're at, so that's what I did. Went onto the Mobile app and chose that I was going to be dining inside. There are table numbers so that you can scan it or put it into your app and once your food is ready, they will bring it to your table. My order was so professional looking and everything was neatly placed on the tray. You can tell that they took great care of what they were doing. Awesome as always!

My husband and I have been to this new Chickfila location several times, but this was our first time dining in. The décor is simple, clean, and comfortable. There is a specific section for Uber eats and mobile app orders. The service was the quick, accurate, and friendly service that you expect at Chick-fil-a. The location has two drive through lanes and there is easy access to the location from a couple of different entrances. Each visit the food has been delicious. This visit we shared a chicken tender meal with fries and a root beer. We also used my birthday reward for a delicious, fudgy brownie. The fries and chicken tenders are crispy, fresh, and delicious. The tenders are so juicy and flavorful. Rating from F to A+++, I give it an A+++!

Since I've never personally gotten any chicken from this gas station / convenience store that host this delicious chicken I can't speak of the service but I was told that the staff here managing the food are extremely friendly and work hard to accommodate their customers. The chicken is advertised as "Cajun Style" although very flavorful it is relatively mild and I wouldn't think anyone will challenge the level of spice. As the name says it's Krispy and Crunchy and very fresh and tender, I was told they don't prepare a large volume ahead of time and set the chicken under heat lamps for an extended amount of time so depending on when you show up you may have a short wait to ensure you are served fried chicken that is hot and moist. Besides the chicken we also got a side of potato wedges and the honey biscuits, absolutely no complaints from any of us that participated in this work place lunch - I love finding new food options so I definitely plan to visit this location in the future...

I ordered the chicken fingers, fries and a drink. Just the standard experience of a chicken shop. It came with some coleslaw and a piece of Texas toast so that was a nice addition. The food was all good. The crinkle cut fries are a favorite of mine so that earns points with me. The chicken was good. Better than some of the other fast food spots but wasn't overly flavorful. The sauce was good. Couldn't put my finger on it but it had a good flavor that complimented the chicken. Coleslaw and toast were both great sides. Overall, I'd give them another shot if I was craving chicken. It wasn't the greatest meal I'd ever had but it was definitely good. I think there was a lot of hype from people I talked to before trying it but in the end, it was a good meal.

I ordered the 4 box combo with fries and coleslaw. Service was friendly and efficient. We were greeted immediately upon walking in, and the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the quality did not match my past experiences. The chicken tenders were small, dry, and lacked that freshly cooked texture I normally expect. The fries also tasted like they had been sitting rather than served hot and crisp. The biggest issue was the coleslaw. After just a couple of bites, I noticed an unusual taste that made me stop eating it immediately. Later that evening, I began feeling sick to my stomach, and that feeling continued through the night. I have had better experiences at other Raising Cane's locations, but food quality and freshness are essential at any restaurant. This visit did not meet that expectation. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.
