This time I'm giving Chick-fil-A 3 stars. I went once for breakfast and thought my chicken on my biscuit was nonexistent in comparison to how it normally has been in the past. Also, my drink was alllllllll ice and like 6 sips of soda. I paid for a large! I kinda wanted some soda in that cup, too! Service was interesting that day. The gentleman who took my order closed by saying "make good choices and try to make it a good day". That was a weird thing to say to someone. Maybe we stick with my pleasure or even have a great day. When I pulled around to get my food they were confused if I was Amanda. I was the only car in the drive thru lol so yep. That's my food. The next time I ordered was through Uber Eats for lunch. The sandwich was good. I didn't order a drink or anything else since last time was off. Like all places, you can have an off day. I love Chick-fil-A so hopefully it'll be back to my fave. read more

We ordered delivery today. Our order arrived on time and everything was delivered correctly and still hot. We really loved our sandwiches. I added extra pickles on mine without any sauce. It was a nice sized piece of chicken and the bun was soft and warm. It made for a delightful lunch time meal. Great sandwich and very satisfying. read more

Chick-fil-A in general doesn't really need a review so this isn't about the food but the phone is always top and you know it's expecting Chick-fil-A and you always get it. This is about the service. I have stopped here several times whether it be right at 6:30 for the breakfast rush in the afternoon for lunch or even at the way home every single time I come with is drive-through or dining. The Customer Service is absolutely phenomenal as most Chick-fil-A brands are today I came in the morning Wright opening and decided to sit and have breakfast. I noticed that quite a few people did the same thing they had some regular locals who were happy to see them and even when I ordered my coffee, they recognized me and asked me that I wanna try the new s'mores coffee and I absolutely love the recommendation and it's delicious. It beats any of the chain or novelty fall coffees. If you want to clean environment where you can sit and eat in peace get on your laptop read a book or just people watch this location is clean spacious and has it all. read more

Our Apopka Chick-fil-a is amazing. The service is the best part as the staff is super friendly and helpful. The all go above and beyond and seem truly happy to be there. Chick Fil A is always solid! The inside is decorated really cool, and it is very clean. Staff was friendly (as always) as well. The chick fil a biscuits we got were warm and fluffy and came out quick. You can always count on Chik-fil-A to make it just right. Don't know what they put in the food, but always makes you want to come back for more. Today, my power went out while working from home. I thought about going to the library, but they were not open yet. The restaurant is a hop, skip, and jump from my house so I thought... why not? I haven't been inside this new Chick-fil-A restaurant since it opened, but I've gone through the drive-through many times. I like the way that this restaurant is set up. There are two doors at the entrance where one goes directly to the area where you order food and the other door is to the dining area. Since I was coming to set up my work station, I looked for a table that has a plug. There are several areas where you can plug in your laptop and they always have complimentary WIFI. That's what I needed and that's what I got. I was already set up with everything at the table, so I really did not want to get up to place an order. I heard one of the employees talking with the person behind me letting them know that if they place a mobile order, it can be brought to the table where you're at, so that's what I did. Went onto the Mobile app and chose that I was going to be dining inside. There are table numbers so that you can scan it or put it into your app and once your food is ready, they will bring it to your table. My order was so professional looking and everything was neatly placed on the tray. You can tell that they took great care of what they were doing. Awesome as always! read more

I came here tonight (still here posting this). I'd like to say this is my first horrible experience at ANY chick fil-a spaning from Orlando, Clearwater, Tavares, Eustis, and Clermont, Florida. I usually have a great experience here at this Apopka location (formerly Huntclub/Apopka). I recently moved about a year ago to Lake County but been here many times. It seems as though now it's not about service but about complaining about their job, and calling off tomorrow, and why someone works 2 jobs (one of the drive thru staff), and all this nonsense. Literally 6 people standing in drive thru presentation 1 front desk staff, and a little poor bilingual girl over worked. No fast food needs 6 to 7 ppl standing chit chatting when you have 3 orders sitting in lobby, myself standing waiting for someone to ask me if I need a refill, and 4 drivers waiting on their cold food sitting waiting to be handed to them (I too do delieveries on the weekends just not this one). Just ONE of those 7 girls standing there chit chatting could of handed a driver their food, refilled a drink, or thought to bring an order to the table). Speaking of order to the table I placed my order and stood so long waiting for it, I went to sit down with my 2yo daughter cause I realized it wasn't happening any time soon. The girl sitting behind me got her order in 1/16 of the time. All I had was 1 meal, 1 kids meal, Xtra sandwich and strips... I placed my order per this sticker at 8:02pm est. It's 8:57pm and I'm about to leave as i finally got my refill. I watched an employee in front of me sit, get her food, eat, and finish before I could get a REFILL. I had to wait to tell someone about the missed chocolate milk, that was never brought to me. The girl who brought me the food did appologize and included cookies which I avoid giving to my children sweets, and I definitely didn't want them. It's just something I expected more from chick fila. The staff if they want to call out I highly recommend not saying that so loud. It's just bad morale. Look at your cameras mgmt. From 8:02 a male in black shirt with a 2yo girl in pink dress. Watch how long it took to get food, ask for a refill, ask for the missing chocolate milk. Watch the staff chit chatting in drive thru doing nothing but talking drama. Quite literally they ignored the ask of customers but when her boyfriend shows up she walks all the way to the lobby to hug and more chatter. It's truly embarrassing. I really didn't want to leave this review but I want chick fila to keep its reputation at least in my mind. I'll edit this review next time I'm here at this location. read more

My husband and I have been to this new Chickfila location several times, but this was our first time dining in. The décor is simple, clean, and comfortable. There is a specific section for Uber eats and mobile app orders. The service was the quick, accurate, and friendly service that you expect at Chick-fil-a. The location has two drive through lanes and there is easy access to the location from a couple of different entrances. Each visit the food has been delicious. This visit we shared a chicken tender meal with fries and a root beer. We also used my birthday reward for a delicious, fudgy brownie. The fries and chicken tenders are crispy, fresh, and delicious. The tenders are so juicy and flavorful. Rating from F to A+++, I give it an A+++! read more

I'm shook....i have NEVER been to a Chik-fil-A with such unprofessional service....NEVER. Upon placing our drive thru order the team member proceeded to discuss with another employee that she should have been on break 3 minutes ago and that the manager sent her outside 10 minutes ago. Also shared in front of us she didn't know what the manager was doing in there. We proceed to the window-said manager or team lead....not sure , was standing at the window gossiping with two additional team members. They were discussing what they dislike about customers how they question how long they have been waiting. How they pay etc. Keep in mind they are very aware we can hear them. I hope the owner of this location sees this and understands the gravity of the situation patrons have lots of options for fast food. Reorienting their team to the Chip-fil-A 'way' is much needed!!! read more

Love Chick-fil-A wherever they are, but some are better at service than others. This one looked great at Christmas with the decorations! But, the drive thru is a lot slower than the one closer to me in Mount Dora. Maybe because Mount Dora has 3-4 employees outside taking orders and moving the line quick. That said, it was much fast and the employees much better trained and happy than Wendy's, Burger King, or McDonalds. read more

The Chick-fil-A in Apopka has a disappointing drive-through setup with two lanes that aren't fully utilized. While the food was fresh and tasty, the service was a bit slow in my lane, despite the friendly staff. read more

I think it's great that they opened up the new location because the one over by Hunt club was terrible it had terrible parking terrible drive-thru but why build a brand new Chick-fil-A and only open one lane on the drive-thru? The location in tuscawilla has a lane just for app orders. I also find the inconsistency on the salt level on the French fries disappointing. The staff is friendly.
