One of the better Crumbl locations I've been to! The moment I entered the shop, I was greeted by a smiling associate. Usually, at other locations I've been to, they don't acknowledge me, so this was a very pleasant start to my visit. I had already placed an order on my phone while in the parking lot, so I stood to the side and waited for them to box up my order. They were quick and efficient! The ambiance is like any other Crumbl--casual, no-frills with to-go orders. As seen in my photo, we got the cookies of the week! Parking was ok, a shared lot. Location was very clean. This is a self service resting location, the employees get a little moody if you ask for help with the ordering process, which is self-explanatory, unless you haven't used their app. That the strawberry milk cookie it was about an inch and a half thick with a whole bunch of strawberry cream on top. Crumbl Cookies Blue Raspberry Cookie ft. ICEE: As a child blue raspberry ICEEs were one of my favorite treats. No other flavor of ICEE could compete; it had to be blue. I can honestly remember a couple of times when I made trips with my mom to the store and was completely devastated when the blue ICEE machine would be broken, but to spite me the damn cherry one would be working! I would even proclaim that when I grew up to be rich and successful I would have my own blue ICEE machine. While I am successful, I'm not exactly "rich", but that's okay because Crumbl has a blue ICEE cookie. Crumbl's official description for this cookie is "A soft vanilla cookie covered with tart blue raspberry ICEE frosting, then sprinkled with sparkly crystal sugar and topped with an edible candy straw" (served chilled). The best cookies from Crumbl in my opinion all have one thing in common, they have a thick layer of Crumbl's phenomenal cream cheese frosting on top. This cookie doesn't have that, but it does have a worthy substitute. The blue raspberry ICEE frosting is not only a bit outlandish, but it's also delicious! Yes, it's tart, but not to the point as to scare anyone away. The body of the cookie is dense, soft, chewy, thick, and buttery. The choice of vanilla cookie is a somewhat boring flavor though and it mostly acts as a neutral base for the frosting. Just the slightest hint of crunch is provided by the crystal sugar. As for the gummy straw on top, it tasted fine but is mostly for show. I couldn't pinpoint the exact flavor, but it was fruity. Came in to Crumbl Sand Lake to pick up something for a colleague and I was caught off-guard by the smell. It smelled sweet and mouth-watering. Since it was my first time here, I wasn't really sure how to order but I looked at what they had and was directed toward the kiosk. I ordered 6 cookies of different variations. I was even allowed to put my "greeting card" words in and it came on a sticker on the box. If interested, they give the option to decorate your box for a few extra bucks. I dropped off the cookies to the colleagues office and was grateful that I got to try them! The chocolate chip was my go to choice, because if you have a good chocolate chip - i'm sold. It was soft and chocolatey. It was a huge cookie, too, so I only ate 1/4 of it. The biggest downfall is the price. I think it's a little on the expensive side for cookies, but nonetheless I will still come here because they're a special treat for people and easy, too. read more

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this location. I actually happened to stumble upon the grand opening of this location months ago. I'm so glad I did. This location was clean and neat! We were immediately greeted when we walked in. The manager and owners both took time with us to answer our questions and provide cookie recommendations. I took them up on their suggestions and I am so glad I did. The cookies were warm, fresh, and delicious. Presentation was everything. The owner checked our box for us before it was handed to us and had staff replace one of the cookies to ensure it was satisfactory. I really enjoyed the cookies that were recommended. So lucky to stop by without a lineup! Very conveniently located next to a Chipotle, we knew we had to try these cookies because the new restaurant that opened up in Toronto (where I'm from) has a lineup that goes around the corner! Cookies are very big and there is a very tasty selection to choose from! The semi-sweet chocolate chip was the favorite by far! But taste wise, every cookie was way too sweet. These things were expensive. $5.00 each but what I didn't realize how big these cookies are. They are mini flying saucers. These cookie are super soft but firm. My 11 year old daughter and I loved it! The hot chocolate chip cookie was perfect! The other cookies we got were a bit much and very sweet but that allowed us to eat small bites throughout the day. This is the best Crumbl location I have been to hands down! This location is leaps and bounds better than the one in Millenia - less crowded, quicker service, enthusiastic staff. The inside was clean and the employees were an absolute joy, even considering I went towards the end of the night. It was two young gentleman working who both greeted me upon entering the store and when I was about to leave. The cookies themselves were fresh and decorated very nicely; they didn't look rushed at all. While I did visit this location on a Friday, which could be part of the reason why it wasn't so busy, everything was in stock which typically doesn't happen too often at the end of the week/when a new item is on the menu. read more
