Birthday cake
Carmine C.

I requested a very specific recreation of another cake I saw online but with a heart shape to it and they did NOT disappoint! The cake was enormous, beautiful and I got so many compliments on it the night of my Birthday! The cake itself was also delicious, VERY heavy on the buttercream, which I'm a huge buttercream fan so I was very happy with that. The lady at the bakery was very sweet when I picked up the cake and also very helpful, offering to help me take the cake out even though I declined. Only thing I have to say was a little disappointing was the lack of any Birthday candles or cake decorations in the store itself. I've bought a few Birthday cakes from this location over the years and they always had a small variety of candles and accessories but this year there was none.

Cupcakes, cookies, and milkshakes! This fun little place is amongst a group of shops in a mixed use building; businesses on the street level and residential stacked above. There is parking in front of the shops but it is limited so be ready to follow the signs to park on the bottom floor of the structure behind the building then follow the signs to get to the shops. There are a few tables inside this shop if you choose to sit and enjoy your treats. I purchased two cupcakes which myself and a friend shared later. But while I was in the shop I sat and enjoyed a milkshake. I forget how many flavors of ice cream they have to choose from but not many; maybe eight? I chose strawberry lemonade ice cream to make my milkshake. It wasn't the best choice but I liked it "okay". The lemon tasted sweetly artificial as did the strawberry flavored candy sprinkles. I bet any other flavor would have worked better as a shake. But the cupcakes were excellent. How do they make them this moist?! The two flavors I chose were Lemon Drop and Chocolate Eclair. The former was white cake with sweet lemon filling and the latter was chocolate cake with a vanilla cream center. Wowza! I experienced great customer service here. All my questions were answered with a smile. Their cupcakes certainly put a smile on my face too.

I visited Smallcakes with my best friend during our Spring Break trip. Cupcakes: I don't remember the specific flavors (I think 1 might have been Cookie Butter), but I do remember they were good. The cake was moist and fluffy. The frosting was thick and creamy. It was buttercream and not whipped, and it held up to the cake. Logistics: Parking is tough. This location is in a small strip mall, so parking is a little limited. The location is also small, but there were tables inside for you to dine in, which we did. If I'm ever in the area again, I will revisit! #ImNotAFoodie #ImJustAGirlWhoLovesFood

BEST CUPCAKE I'VE EVER HAD! My wife and I split the carrot cake one after an early dinner at Koizi's and we were honestly blown away. We've tried other gourmet cupcake places before and they never seem to live up to the hype and price, but this carrot cake cupcake was moist and the frosting was complementary, not overpowering. This is definitely the #1 place for a cupcake in Tampa!

Delivery was quick on meal delivery app. Cupcakes arrived very fresh, despite being at the end of the day. Flavors were good and unique.

Love this place. Here once a month. Cupcakes are amazing and full of flavor. Girls who work the front are nice and know their stuff. Have a nice store with plenty of outdoor and indoor photos opportunities.

I had a sweet tooth and came across this bakery on UberEats. I couldn't choose, so I got the mini sampler. Best decision ever! All of the cupcakes were delicious and it came with a picture card notating the included flavors. My fave was wedding cake! Too good!

These are absolutely not small cupcakes, they are massive! We ordered the peppermint (weekly special) and a cookies and cream cupcake. Lots of cupcake options, along with cake pops, brownies, ice cream, edible cookie dough. Cupcakes were fresh and delicious. I would definitely return to try something else, probably cookie dough!

Wow, such an incredible & well hidden little dessert gem from the "Should Be" public eye & access! After a full dinner celebrating a dear Friend's birthday, we got online searching for a unique dessert place, and stumbled upon the this hidden gem, and literally, it is a hidden gem. As you can see in the attached pictures, this place offer a great selection of variety to choose from. The cupcakes were moist, and the icings were not sugary sweet like 80% of the other cupcake places at all (+) to you!! Oh, and not forgetting their ice cream selections. Mine were the "Apple Pie" & "Coconut", soooooooo perfectly created. Big kudos to you!!!

1st visit today and we love this Cupcakery! First the staff is friendly, nice and knowledgeable about their products. They have a nice selection of traditional sized cupcakes and sampler packs of mini cupcakes and several flavors of in house made ice cream. They also have a selection of cookies, edible cookie dough and hot chocolate bombs. Today we tried (1scoop each) coconut, snickerdoodle, cookie butter, and Java chip ice cream. We also ordered a sampler of mini cupcakes, a carrot cake cupcake and a vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting. This was a wonderful experience and we are glad to know that this is here!

Yes, 5 stars. This place is so cute, from the store front to the moment you walk in the doors and are welcomed by all your senses being awaken by the delicious scent of freshly baked cupcakes! Visually appealing display that wraps around their counter in a u shape, the bell of the ball for me will always be the wedding cake cupcake! Light and delicious with that soft delicate almond flavor!

Went here to grab some cupcakes to celebrate my birthday with my fam while in town. I've had Smallcakes in other cities and they are alway good so of course I came and they had one of my favorite cupcakes available the dulce de leche. We got an assortment with churro, chocoholic, carrot cake, red velvet, strawberry as well. Had a fun time snapping pics as well.

Lots of real candles, burlesque pictures, and flowers made the mood cozy and sexy. The staff were wonderful. To drink, I got the lickin love with Cabernet (milk chocolate on the rim with a white chocolate drizzle). It was so fun and delicious. For my dessert, I ordered the fever, which consisted of a chocolate molten cake, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, and a chocolate decoration. It was so delicious and decadent. My girlfriends loved the carrot cake and the fourgasm (4 dessert sampler). Everything was a bit expensive, but you're paying for the expensive. My one minor complaint was that we had not been there an excessive amount of time, but as we were checking out, we were informed we needed to leave because they needed our table in 5 minutes. I did not care for that. Overall, this was a really fun experience and I'm sad we had to say goodbye.

My other half and sister-in-law are Filipino, so I'm always down for Filipino food--and especially the desserts! One of my favorites is halo-halo, and of course they have it here. So good and such a fun treat, especially in the Florida heat! What I really love about Sampaguita is how they take Filipino flavors and turn them into creative desserts and ice cream flavors you don't see everywhere else. They have so many unique options, so it's definitely the kind of place where you want to try more than one thing--or keep coming back to try something new each time. The atmosphere is also super cute and welcoming. Every time I've visited Orlando and stopped by, I don't think I've EVER seen this place not busy! That definitely says something. If you're planning to visit, I recommend coming at a good time so you can grab a seat and actually enjoy your dessert without feeling rushed. Whether you already love Filipino desserts or have never tried them before, Sampaguita is absolutely worth a stop.

We also just tried their seasonal sweet corn specials this month and OMG... I'm still dreaming about sweet corn sundae. Layers of vanilla soft serve, Biscoff crumble, condensed milk, and toasted sweet corn, topped with honey toast and corn whipped cream. All the flavors mesh perfectly together. It's legit my new favorite dessert, and I wish it was not going away at the end of the month. But I'm sure I'll love their next seasonal special as well because they DO NOT MISS!

We ordered A2- which is a mango ice cream, coconut, with fresh pomelo and mango on top. It was delicious and I would definitely order it again. We had just had lunch about an hour before and this was a delightful and refreshing treat. The restaurant is bright and open but a closer look revealed it needed some deep cleaning. The seat I was sitting in had visible dirt on it and there was some dark long hairs on the seat. I'm not grossed out by that type of thing because if you know anyone with long hair, it just falls out. No big deal but I certainly didn't expect to see it on the seat I was sitting in. The tables and bases all need a thorough cleaning as well as other areas I noticed during our visit. I'd understand this a little more if I saw they were super busy and only had one person working, however, we were the only customers, except for two to-go orders and the one employee was sitting down on his phone when he wasn't helping a customer. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for over 35 yrs, I am well aware of the things needed to keep a restaurant successful. Attention to detail is one of the key factors and unfortunately Mango Mango is lacking in this area. Seriously, you can save all your other options for a rainy day. This is the place for any occasion, date, family gathering, or plain ol' get together with friends to enjoy sweets with great company. Located off South Apopka Vineland Road on the Northbound side, Mango Mango is situated in a relatively new development and plaza (if you look at the satelite imagery from Google maps, it will still show undeveloped land as of June 2026). It's less than a 10 minute drive from the Disney Springs property, and about an 18 minute drive from Old Town/Fun Spot which is where we were staying for this particular trip coming from Tampa. As you arrive, you will find a spacious lot, however the actual parking spaces do appear limited (something to consider if you decide to have a large reunion here). Upon entering, you will find a very clean storefront and reception. Overall the store maintains a very neat and tidy appearance that is very welcoming and neutral when it comes to the varying demographics of customers. While we have been to Mango Mango before in a New Jersey location, this location provides a bit of table service (which we have not experienced prior) for dine-in which makes it a bit more intimate. The menu offers plentiful choices of sweets - from bowls with fresh fruits and ice cream, to your specialty drinks including boba. To call Mango Mango a boba shop would do it injustice, as this place truly shines as a hollistic dessert spot. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the selections. Each dish/drink is perfectly made to their own specifications. The best part is that none are overly sweet, which I feel is a crutch that most dessert spots experience. Highly recommend the mixed fresh fruit with sago and jelly! Wish this was in Tampa because this would give our usual boba spot a run for their money. This is a must have if you're in the area, so treat yourself after long hot day at the parks at Mango Mango!
