The cashier, Yorgelis N., had an arrogant and sarcastic attitude that completely ruined the moment. I asked a simple question about whether the toast came with butter, and her response was sarcastic: "I don't put it on, the cook does." I tried to continue asking respectfully, explaining that it was my first time there and that I wanted to know if the breakfast came as a combo or included potatoes, and again her response was sarcastic, as if my question was ridiculous. It's very uncomfortable when, as a customer, you're made to feel ignorant just for not knowing the menu. Even more so at 8 in the morning, when you expect to start your day with a pleasant experience--not a negative attitude. The reality is that service is just as important as the food, and in this case, both failed. It doesn't matter how good the product might be if the customer service is this poor.
