Everything was really flavorful, filling, and worth trying. My only small complaint with the food is that you can't mix and match the tacos, which would be nice since they have some fun options. The restaurant itself has a bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a very nice modern style. The staff was friendly and seemed to be trying their best to keep up with how busy and hectic the restaurant gets. I took off a star because the air conditioning is definitely an issue, which made the experience less enjoyable, especially in this Florida heat. This isn't my first time here, and every visit seems to come with a wait. They also seem to be short-staffed most of the time, so service can feel a little stretched. I would say it's on the pricey side, but the food is worth it in the end. With better staffing and some cooling in the dining area, the overall experience would match the quality of the food so much better. With that being said, I'll definitely be back, but probably on a day when it's nice and cool!

You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Huge kudos to Chef Frankie for delivering such a phenomenal meal. Everything from the steak to the sides was well executed and beautifully presented. Our server, Aubrey, was fantastic and truly elevated the experience. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu without ever making us feel rushed. Her service made the evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. We also have to mention the banana fosters cheesecake for dessert--it was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to end the meal. Rich, flavorful, and something we would come back for on its own. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and standout service. Between Chef Frankie's incredible cooking and Aubrey's attentive service, this steakhouse is definitely a place we will return to and highly recommend

I was craving a good steak and came across this casual, laid back steakhouse. After reading several…read morereviews praising their beer cheese and pretzels, I knew I had to find out for myself. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, only a few people were sitting at the bar, so I practically had the entire dining room to myself. Phyre is located on a quiet street just steps away from St. Cloud City Hall. The décor features black velvet booths, black chairs, and marble tables. It isn't fancy, but it has a cool, modern vibe. They even had a huge Christmas tree still on display, decorated in preparation for the Fourth of July, which definitely caught my attention. Allie was my host and server, and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Every restaurant needs a Allie. She was amazing! If Phyre management reads this, she needs a raise. I mean absolutely wonderful service! I started with what they call the "Our Fashion" cocktail and their famous pretzels served with beer cheese . The cocktail was enjoyable, and I can see why the pretzels get so much attention. They were soft, warm, and fresh. I would have preferred a little less salt, but then again, it wouldn't really be a pretzel. The cheese sauce could have been hotter, but it was flavorful and paired well with the pretzels. For my entrée, I ordered the surf and turf featuring filet medallions, three crab-stuffed shrimp, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which I appreciated. The filet medallions were cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice slight crisp on the outside, although they weren't quite as hot as I would have liked. It was served towith a delicious wine sauce that really elevated the dish. The crab stuffed shrimp were flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were a great complement to the meal. Overall, I enjoyed my Sunday dinner at Phyre. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food delivered a satisfying steakhouse experience. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu.

We arrived around 6 PM and the place was practically empty, with only two customers having coffee…read more We purchased our drinks and sat down as a family. My child was quietly sitting in his stroller watching cartoons on a phone at a low volume. Even so, a relative of the owner (not a customer) approached us and asked us to turn the volume down because there were "customers" who were bothered by it. This was despite the fact that no actual customer complained directly, and the only other two people in the shop were having conversations at a similar or even louder volume than the child's device. We still complied and lowered the volume without any issue. The cashier who served us was very kind and polite throughout the transaction, which was one of the few positive parts of the experience. Another very concerning issue was the presence of a large number of flies inside the shop, especially around the pastry display. It was obvious and constant. My husband respectfully informed an employee about it, explaining that it could become a serious health concern if an inspection were to happen, and suggested they address the issue. The employee responded politely and took action. However, what was extremely concerning is that afterward, the owner's relative served cinnamon rolls to other customers that had been exposed to flies landing on them, which we found completely unacceptable from a food safety and hygiene standpoint. It is also important to mention that the owner was present during our visit. However, she did not acknowledge us at any point, not even a basic greeting such as "good afternoon," even though she walked directly past our table. That lack of basic courtesy was noticeable. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the establishment was very disappointing. The floors were dirty, and the restroom was in truly unacceptable condition, appearing unsanitary and poorly maintained. In general, while the cashier was kind and professional, other interactions came directly from the owner and a male family member, who were the ones showing an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude throughout the visit. The atmosphere of the coffee shop also strongly contrasts with its spiritual décor and religious messages displayed throughout the space, which makes the overall experience feel even more inconsistent with the values it appears to promote. Overall, it was an uncomfortable, unsanitary, and disappointing experience that did not make us feel welcome as a family.
