We have been coming here since they opened up shop. Literally every single employee is very welcoming and friendly. When we first became customers I was dairy free to due nursing, and they were extrememly accomodating ensuring nothing had dairy in it. Our favorite shakes orgiinally were reese peanut butter cup, smores and cookies n creme. Literally every single employee, regardless of time or day is beyond curteous and friendly. We do have our favorites, but that's because we come so often. Our household visits here atleast 4 times a week. Dakoda, boss lady and big daddy buff buff as my husband calls him, excuse the nicknames, we don't know their real names are by far our favorites. When we walk in, they not only know us by name, they know our order and the last 4 of phone number. The biggest fan of CCN from our household is our toddler, he gets so excited when he sees the shakes and teas come home. Our go tos are, White Chocolate Snickers shake, Cookies n Creme shake, donut with peanut butter and chocolate chips and Green Lantern tea. My toddler also likes the Iron Man childrens tea. You can't go wrong with Canoe Creek Nutrition, talk about delicious, consistent, excellent customer service and the atmosphere of the shop is so relaxing and inviting. read more

I loved the atmosphere , very relaxing and the place decorations are just beautiful . The owner is very friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the menu and answered all my questions ( there were a lot!! ) with patience. She recommended her favorite drinks and shakes. And suggested different items from the menu. This place is awesome. I have been coming here whenever I can since they opened and I like how consistent they are with their shakes. I have tried a couple of their shakes but my favorite has to be the strawberry dipped in chocolate shake. It is seasonal so they don't have it all year round. I recently had their acai bowl and it was amazing considering the price. I was big enough that it lasted me 2 days. read more

These are just herbalife (giant, life ruining MLM company) drinks being sold as expensive premium shakes. I was excited to go here but once I had the drinks I realized they didn't taste anything like they looked. First time I went to this location I tried the acai bowl which was fantastic! I decided to give them another try and we tried a shake which was super thick. I decided to go back and advise them while placing another order for an acai bowl and the worker had convinced me to give it another try because it shouldn't have tasted that way. I took her advice and ordered a snickers shake which she made PERFECT! I went back another time and same experience super thick, undrinkable. After looking into it, what makes the shake is the powder , no actual fruit or anything and if the measurements are off the shake does not taste good at all. Pretty expensive for it to be a hit or miss on the shakes , the bowls are great , atmosphere is great , location has good amount of parking and really clean but the shakes and pastry's are a hard pass. I stopped by CCN to try out as much as I could since everything on social media looked delicious and they did not disappoint! The doughnuts and waffles were made to order and they were fresh, warm and very satisfying for how hungry we were. The coffee was so good, my husband is dying for me to replicate the recipe to have at home. We also had the tea and it was just as delicious. I'm no stranger to protein shakes. I drink them often, I've tried all different brands and formulas, and I'm pretty accustomed to the chemically taste that can accompany "nutrition" shakes and "health" foods. That being said, we ordered two drinks here and both of them were absolutely awful. One was so bad that we both tried it and immediately chucked it out. The other one was tolerable, but still fairly gross and medicinal, even by protein shake standards. The worst part is that we realized these are just Herbalife multi level marketing pyramid scheme drinks. You can see the herbalife junk all behind the counters and being sold in the form of protein bars up front. This means the "teas" are just sugar free, chemical-laden energy drinks with 3x the caffeine of real tea (which you might think is an important thing to disclose as this could make many people seriously ill). Is this even legal? I don't know, but $8 for some garbage pseudo healthy protein powder with 2 tbsp of cereal for decoration on top is pretty bad. At least use quality protein brands with good flavors, OR disclose what it is you're actually selling people instead of plastering a bunch of vague herbalife health rhetoric all of the stores. Just a giant corporation masquerading as a small/local business, making protein drinks that are worse than what you can make in your own kitchen. read more

Super cute place. I had the waffles and a mango sunrise drink and also tried their doughnuts. Geared more health conscious it was still delicious and I definitely enjoyed them. It's something different. I saw a watermelon jolly ranch drink made for another person and I look forward to trying that one for my next visit. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. However, the quality of the shakes and açaí bowl was extremely disappointing. My Açaí bowl, was blended fruit with protein powder. It was runny, and tasted like chalk. My husbands shake had no flavor besides the chalky after taste from cheap protein. It's extremely over priced as well. The products at least photograph well for the gram. read more

Cute friendly little place. You get what you pay for. A bit over price knowing the quality of resources. Its basically Herbalife products as a source of shakes, teas, and limited food items. It is like owning a hair salon and you force consumers Monet hair products when there are way better high quality resources to use. Not a fan but it was cute. read more
