While visiting a family member, we decided to walk around town. We stopped at this cute little ice cream shop in St. Cloud. They have a giant ice cream cone outside, which caught my son's attention. My only complaint would be when we went in, it felt a little awkward because we weren't really greeted by the ladies behind the counter, and we just starred at them waiting for them to ask us if we wanted anything. They have a cute mural to take pictures in and some of the stools are in the shape of ice cream. The ice cream was really good! My favorite was the Birthday Cake flavor--it had chunks of what I believe was actual cake mixed into the ice cream. I will be back to try other flavors! read more

Ice cream was delicious and there are so many options! The place was super cute and loved their logo...which you can get stickers and stuffed animals of which I loved. The service was good worker was very kind however there was only one person there at the time (at least up front) and with two families in the shop it was a little slow...understandable she was once person so that's okay!! But something to keep in mine if you're in a rush. read more

Good icecream shop with friendly staff. They have a lot of icecream flavors and toppings. We come here atleast once a month and my kids love it because they have a lot of toppings choices. We alwas get vanilla or strawberries with some random toppings depending on my kids choice. Inside is well decorated and very spacious. I highly recommend! read more

Very very slow workers and their technique is horrible they should be doing receipt by receipt instead theyre doing it all silly and we waited for over 30 minutes js for them to tell us they didnt have vanilla ice cream brother you couldnt have told us that 30 minutes ago. Prices and portions are great. The low score is due to having Hershey ice cream. It's one of the cheapest lower end of all the brands out there. There's better choices of distributors out there especially in Florida . I got the strawberry ice cream and saw 0 actual strawberries meaning it's all artificial like you'd expect from a brand like Hershey. read more

Ok, let me start by saying I am lactose intolerant so I only eat dairy if it is really worth it. Pop's is 1000% worth it. The flavors are so much better than the run of the mill ice cream shop or what you can buy at the grocery store. I had both the birthday cake and the salted caramel truffle. Usually when I have salted caramel anything I cannot taste the salt and this time I could. It really balanced out the ice cream and the little truffle bits were such a delightful textural and tasty element. I am a huge fan of birthday cake ice cream and Pop's is now my favorite birthday cake ice cream. It was so creamy and cake-y, I would eat it without a lactaid and be fine with my consequences. My companion had a build your own sundae which is placed on top of a freshly made waffle and you can get up to four toppings without incurring extra fees. That's pretty generous in my opinion. It was pretty tasty from the bite I stole. The interior is so adorable and everything you want from an ice cream parlor. It was like walking into a hallmark channel movie. read more

Very friendly staff and large selection of tasty ice cream! What sets this restaurant apart is the creativity of what you can build with all sorts of toppings and sauces. The freshly made waffles (full size, mini waffles (nuggets) and waffle bites) elevates the menu yet another step. Glad to see a fun dessert option in the downtown area. I was craving a good steak and came across this casual, laid back steakhouse. After reading several…read morereviews praising their beer cheese and pretzels, I knew I had to find out for myself. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, only a few people were sitting at the bar, so I practically had the entire dining room to myself. Phyre is located on a quiet street just steps away from St. Cloud City Hall. The décor features black velvet booths, black chairs, and marble tables. It isn't fancy, but it has a cool, modern vibe. They even had a huge Christmas tree still on display, decorated in preparation for the Fourth of July, which definitely caught my attention. Allie was my host and server, and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Every restaurant needs a Allie. She was amazing! If Phyre management reads this, she needs a raise. I mean absolutely wonderful service! I started with what they call the "Our Fashion" cocktail and their famous pretzels served with beer cheese . The cocktail was enjoyable, and I can see why the pretzels get so much attention. They were soft, warm, and fresh. I would have preferred a little less salt, but then again, it wouldn't really be a pretzel. The cheese sauce could have been hotter, but it was flavorful and paired well with the pretzels. For my entrée, I ordered the surf and turf featuring filet medallions, three crab-stuffed shrimp, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which I appreciated. The filet medallions were cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice slight crisp on the outside, although they weren't quite as hot as I would have liked. It was served towith a delicious wine sauce that really elevated the dish. The crab stuffed shrimp were flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were a great complement to the meal. Overall, I enjoyed my Sunday dinner at Phyre. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food delivered a satisfying steakhouse experience. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu.
