I wish I could rate in negative numbers!!! I ordered 3 subs via Uber eats- The first one was oh so wrong they everything that was to be kept off was added and nothing we actually wanted was included. I checked the order multiple times thinking I had ordered incorrectly but oh no that was not the case!! The next sub a Cheese Steak was basically a soggy mayo sub I had to search for the steak. There was actually a 1/4 of the sub with only bread and mayo and lots of mayo. The third sandwich was a soggy bbq mess with again very little actual meat. Needless to say please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

This meal is absolutely delicious. This is my second time coming to this location and each time the sandwich has been absolutely delicious. It was recommended by Chloe that I try the New York Steamer with jalapeño and onions and I'm glad she did. It's been my go to ever since! I have managed ALOT of teams over my years and this is just a sorry excuse for a manager. So this girl is 19 years old and in the middle of her second shift at firehouse the GM has the nerve to message her and ask her to basically spy and report on the employees back to her. This poor girl felt very uncomfortable with what she was being asked so she went to the manager on duty at the time to tell her she was uncomfortable and apparently this woman was watching her on the cameras and sent her the following messages and then FIRED her for doing so and even told the manager on duty to have her leave the store immediately. Whatever drama the gm is dealing with her employees has nothing to do with this girl or the job she was supposedly hired to do. If I owned this store I would fire this woman immediately. read more

Came here tonight for regular sandwich that I wanted at night. Upon arrival I asked them if it was ok to do the hook and ladder without ham as I can't have for health purposes. Mind you I did have a coupon for a free hook and ladder that I wanted to use since I had but didn't mind paying for it if it didn't work. As I tell them I have the coupon a particular girl that wasn't even taking my order goes and said "we can't honor the coupon because it has to be with ham and everything" I said ok that fine I'll still pay for it. She said that she can't do the sandwich without ham because the cameras notice if they added them ham or not. As she was getting a bit condensing with me I decided to just canceled my order as I had previously ordered without the ham. The Night Shift is horrendous. As we walked out the whole staff started laughing. I didn't mind paying. They refused of taking the ham off. read more

We LOVE Firehouse subs and they are so tasty and we needed dinner as our day go away from us. Overall tonight the food was good but the time to pick it up was way off (20 mins late from time told online) and when we got our food and were driving away we realized they forgot a sub. So we had to turn around and go back and get it. Fortunately it was made and just needed to be put in our bag (forgot to put it in originally). Frustration was the staff were Unengaged and sloppy with customer care. But we will be back. Stuff tasted good just a process to get it. read more

Yes, it's a franchise, but the service here is great! Our cashier was friendly and helpful. Our kids wanted a medium sub each. She went out of her way and recommended we order a different way (1 medium combo and add extra chips and drink) to get a better deal. 193/100 in 2016 challenge Great sandwiches. Even better salads. I love the chicken salad in a salad. Good amount of chicken meat mixed with pecans, just the right amount of mayo. Hubby is a vegetarian so the veggie sub is right up his alley. Meatballs have the right amount of spice heat. Life the array of hot sauces. We are always greeted in a polite manner when we go here and the employees seem generally happy to be there. Lines are never long. Restaurant is spacious and clean. Bathrooms have been clean on the occasions I have used them. It is in a strip mall in a home depot shopping center next to a nail salon and a hair cuttery. This Firehouse in St Cloud has the best crew!! My wife placed an order of a turkey club sub. When we arrived the employees were very attentive and nice. We got the sandwiches to go and when my wife checked the order she realized that she did not tell them to hold the mayo. I was embarrassed to go back in and tell them that we screwed up the order when we ordered it. I was honest and I told Chase (the employee that took the order) that my wife is allergic to Mayo and she forgot to mention it. He said "don't worry about it, we'll make you another one". Wow, what an amazing young man! I will definitely be back to this location and highly recommend it. read more

I order the Firehouse salad with turkey, the turkey and the cheese was cut so small that I had to ask for spoon to be able to eat them, the lettuce was old, I had to throw away half of my salad. The service was not as good as other Firehouse location, the not greet me coming in or thank me when I left, but I noticed the they would greet Caucasians and they were more attentivewith them.?? I will not spend my money on any Firehouse till this environment is corrected. read more

Was getting my nails done with my fiancé & as we were waiting we got very hungry. We can walked next door & decided to get some subs. They greet you as soon as you step foot into the restaurant. We both ordered meat ball subs & they were amazing. We received it pretty quick & the sub was very fresh & tastey. The price are a bit higher than your usual sub places but it's totally worth the price & customer service. Love this spot & so convenient since my nail salon is next door. Outstanding service and quality food. Firehouse really makes it priority to hire great employees and ensuring their food is top notch. This particular firehouse keeps up with those standards.
