Great food, at a great price; quick, fresh and always the healthier option. The staff are very friendly and keep a clean shop. My favorite meal is the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap on a spinach wrap. My husband loves their soups and protein bowls. They also serve sandwiches, salads and smoothies though I haven't tried them yet.

Came in for the 2nd time to try out something new and I was greeted by Alani who had some recommendations on the wraps and smoothies. Upon talking to her I got the Spinach Chipotle Wrap with the Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie with Whey Protein & Acia Traditional Bowl. Absolutely hands down delicious. This is the 2nd time this place has not disappointed me! Extremely healthy options! Definitely my go to place !

It's in a great local spot close to my place of work and offers online ordering. Don't come here too often but when we do it doesn't disappoint. There are daily soup specials. While eating our meal, we can hear customers asking questions to the two employees working and neither can give any answer. Questions were, 1) is there lime in the cucumber salad and 2) how the Sambazon açaí dish was made - was it a syrup or sorbet. Neither of the ladies were able to answer, one said she didn't know she just worked here and kinda shrugged it off. It was my son's first time here, he ordered what I usually do, Toasted Turkey Club. He enjoyed it and he's picky. My husband got the Mix It Up with a 1/2 Caesar salad, 22 oz drink, chips & 1/2 of BBQ Pork and Slaw sandwich. He also enjoyed his food. I had ordered the full chicken Caesar salad, the actual salad was good the chicken had a hint of fish taste and I hate fish. I could've done without the chicken. I also ordered the no sugar added Mango Mama smoothie - it was good. For 3 meals it cost us just under $40, that included a tip.

Chicken noodle soup was ok. I've had much better. I ordered the 3 cheese and tomato sandwich and it was complete crap. It was just toasted white bread with tomato and american cheese. I didnt taste any other cheese so I can't say what the two remaning were.

Staff was super nice and the food was very fresh! Reminded me of Panera bread. But I was highly pleased with their salad.

There are plenty of places to take cute Instagram pictures. However, that does not help the overall score of the rest of the experience. When we first arrived, we were instructed to review the menu at a seat-yourself station and then return to the front to place our order. There were some interesting and tasty-looking options to pick from. Unfortunately, I was a bit perplexed by the pricing on the menu versus what came up on the cash register. I ordered the Mixed Berries Crepes with Nutella ($11), and I was going to order a Strawberry Boba for $5, but instead my total was nearing $25 dollars?? The pricing did not match the menu. The cash register didn't seem very friendly. When I noticed my crepe read "Banana/Strawberry" instead of Mixed Berry. I clarified I was getting the correct order. She told me, "Yes, yes." (Spoil alert: I did not get the mixed berries but instead a Strawberry and Banana Crepe...) I paid, and then took the little marker flag with a number they give you so the waitresses can find the correct table to deliver the orders to. My coworker and I waited in the back for our orders. Although we ordered back-to-back, the orders were fulfilled at different intervals. When my order finally arrived, the waitress was looking for the right table to deliver it to. I raised my hand and said it was my order. She looked at me with scrutiny as if I were lying to her. ( What was the point of the flag marker with the number then, if you're uncertain of the order???) My crepe was pretty, but overall, it was okay in flavor and taste. It wasn't very hot, though, and was lukewarm. I would give the crepe a 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything I'd come running back for. The staff wasn't the friendliest and seemed confused and disorganized. I would not come back here again. Read the prior low reviews, as most of the complaints others have had with this establishment seem to be a running occurrence.

We ordered four empanadas, a coffee, and an orange juice. We were charged over $40 because they mistakenly billed us for eight empanadas instead of four. We went back to the counter, and they corrected the mistake. I assumed it was simply an honest error. On Wednesday I went back to buy some products: chorizos, bread, chimichurri, and milanesas. When I arrived home, I realized that the bread and milanesas had not been given to me. I called the store, and the cashier confirmed that the items had indeed been left there. We agreed that I would stop by the next day to pick them up. This morning I stopped by on my way to work. The products had been set aside and they did give them to me, which I appreciate. However, when I mentioned that I would have preferred a refund for the items that were not given to me the day before, the person who assisted me -- one of the owners or managers -- reacted in an incredibly rude way. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he blamed me for "forgetting" the items at the counter and started arguing over something as trivial as two loaves of bread and three milanesas that never left the store the day before. Even when I suggested he check the cameras to confirm that the items were never handed to me, he continued insisting that it was my fault. The money itself is irrelevant. What is truly concerning is the attitude. When the owner or manager treats a customer this way, it becomes clear that customer service is simply not a priority. There are plenty of places where you can buy similar products without being treated this way. I certainly will not be returning.

First couple of years the food was by far, the best in this side of Kissimmee. I remember lines out the door trying to get a table. And sold food before night time arrived. This is long overdue. The food still their main attraction. Unfortunately most of the other things have faded away. Customer service it's one of them. Not only serving or bringing the food. But actually the way they treat and care for customers. My experience was dreadful. Food was ok. And the bill almost made me cry. Went with family, and we were offer the daily specials. This are meal items below the 12$ trash-hold and well served. The server gave us 4 choices. We choose the fish. When they brought it I was so surprised. Because it was so much food!! It was fried fish. "Mojarra" and it was somewhat oily. Same for the rice. We ate. Was pleased. When the bill arrives. The fish it's 20$. What??? What happened with the special!? Apparently she was going over some popular menu items. And made fun of me for not knowing the mojarra would be more than 12$. This was the last time we were here. Such a shame that mishandling an opportunity for growth can cause your customer to drive away. I really can't expect much from them. I won't be surprised if this pandemic ends their business adventure. Jan C IG visitKissimmee
