The big scoop of acai and how the bowl is complete melted

The worst acai bowl and smoothie I had ever tried first they charge me $18 for a small acai, the ingredients were strawberry, banana, Nutella and peanut butter, the acai was melted it was like a soup and it had a big scoop of peanut butter in the middle of the acai under the fruit, I had more peanut butter than the actually acai, the banana was brown the fruit was not fresh and the smoothie taste like water no flavor at all

Great food, at a great price; quick, fresh and always the healthier option. The staff are very friendly and keep a clean shop. My favorite meal is the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap on a spinach wrap. My husband loves their soups and protein bowls. They also serve sandwiches, salads and smoothies though I haven't tried them yet.

Came in for the 2nd time to try out something new and I was greeted by Alani who had some recommendations on the wraps and smoothies. Upon talking to her I got the Spinach Chipotle Wrap with the Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie with Whey Protein & Acia Traditional Bowl. Absolutely hands down delicious. This is the 2nd time this place has not disappointed me! Extremely healthy options! Definitely my go to place !

It's in a great local spot close to my place of work and offers online ordering. Don't come here too often but when we do it doesn't disappoint. There are daily soup specials. While eating our meal, we can hear customers asking questions to the two employees working and neither can give any answer. Questions were, 1) is there lime in the cucumber salad and 2) how the Sambazon açaí dish was made - was it a syrup or sorbet. Neither of the ladies were able to answer, one said she didn't know she just worked here and kinda shrugged it off. It was my son's first time here, he ordered what I usually do, Toasted Turkey Club. He enjoyed it and he's picky. My husband got the Mix It Up with a 1/2 Caesar salad, 22 oz drink, chips & 1/2 of BBQ Pork and Slaw sandwich. He also enjoyed his food. I had ordered the full chicken Caesar salad, the actual salad was good the chicken had a hint of fish taste and I hate fish. I could've done without the chicken. I also ordered the no sugar added Mango Mama smoothie - it was good. For 3 meals it cost us just under $40, that included a tip.

Chicken noodle soup was ok. I've had much better. I ordered the 3 cheese and tomato sandwich and it was complete crap. It was just toasted white bread with tomato and american cheese. I didnt taste any other cheese so I can't say what the two remaning were.

There are plenty of places to take cute Instagram pictures. However, that does not help the overall score of the rest of the experience. When we first arrived, we were instructed to review the menu at a seat-yourself station and then return to the front to place our order. There were some interesting and tasty-looking options to pick from. Unfortunately, I was a bit perplexed by the pricing on the menu versus what came up on the cash register. I ordered the Mixed Berries Crepes with Nutella ($11), and I was going to order a Strawberry Boba for $5, but instead my total was nearing $25 dollars?? The pricing did not match the menu. The cash register didn't seem very friendly. When I noticed my crepe read "Banana/Strawberry" instead of Mixed Berry. I clarified I was getting the correct order. She told me, "Yes, yes." (Spoil alert: I did not get the mixed berries but instead a Strawberry and Banana Crepe...) I paid, and then took the little marker flag with a number they give you so the waitresses can find the correct table to deliver the orders to. My coworker and I waited in the back for our orders. Although we ordered back-to-back, the orders were fulfilled at different intervals. When my order finally arrived, the waitress was looking for the right table to deliver it to. I raised my hand and said it was my order. She looked at me with scrutiny as if I were lying to her. ( What was the point of the flag marker with the number then, if you're uncertain of the order???) My crepe was pretty, but overall, it was okay in flavor and taste. It wasn't very hot, though, and was lukewarm. I would give the crepe a 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything I'd come running back for. The staff wasn't the friendliest and seemed confused and disorganized. I would not come back here again. Read the prior low reviews, as most of the complaints others have had with this establishment seem to be a running occurrence.

They gave you a number for your order for the table but when they bring out your food, they were searching by individual people by asking who ordered what. The ambiance is nice but i have allergies and mold sensitivity and my eyes started getting irradiated. The food was okay not greasy. I had the side of eggs with turkey bacon and toast. Overall It was an okay experience but a little chaotic.

The home fries were a bit oily, but adding ketchup helped, and I still enjoyed them. The mimosa came in a regular cup with no ice and a small bottle of Barefoot Bubbly, which I actually appreciated because I could pour as much or as little as I wanted. The stuffed French toast was really good too. As for the service before being seated, I was a little discouraged, and at one point we almost walked out. I had really been craving Keke's before the end of our trip though, so I convinced my husband to stay. We weren't acknowledged when we first walked in, and the three employees at the front were all busy doing different things. The host stand seemed to turn into a cashier station, a drink pickup area, and a walkway all at once, so there wasn't much organization or a clear order for guests coming in. I think having a better system during peak hours would make a big difference. Once we were seated, though, the service was good. The atmosphere was chill, busy, and very family-oriented. Overall, we enjoyed the food, but we'll probably try a different Keke's location the next time we're in town.

We ordered four empanadas, a coffee, and an orange juice. We were charged over $40 because they mistakenly billed us for eight empanadas instead of four. We went back to the counter, and they corrected the mistake. I assumed it was simply an honest error. On Wednesday I went back to buy some products: chorizos, bread, chimichurri, and milanesas. When I arrived home, I realized that the bread and milanesas had not been given to me. I called the store, and the cashier confirmed that the items had indeed been left there. We agreed that I would stop by the next day to pick them up. This morning I stopped by on my way to work. The products had been set aside and they did give them to me, which I appreciate. However, when I mentioned that I would have preferred a refund for the items that were not given to me the day before, the person who assisted me -- one of the owners or managers -- reacted in an incredibly rude way. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he blamed me for "forgetting" the items at the counter and started arguing over something as trivial as two loaves of bread and three milanesas that never left the store the day before. Even when I suggested he check the cameras to confirm that the items were never handed to me, he continued insisting that it was my fault. The money itself is irrelevant. What is truly concerning is the attitude. When the owner or manager treats a customer this way, it becomes clear that customer service is simply not a priority. There are plenty of places where you can buy similar products without being treated this way. I certainly will not be returning.
