I pass by this place during my runs and I finally stopped in. I was pleasantly surprised!! The decor is so cute! It was empty when I walked in and both women working were so nice and helpful. I think if more people knew about this place it would be packed for sure! They have an array of sandwiches and wraps. Natural juices and coffees (the coffee was one of the best I've had in Orlando this far!) There are also desserts available as well. They also have happy hour. I would have never thought that by looking at the outside. It's in the plaza with planet fitness kind of hidden on the side. I ordered the Paradise special with a large coffee which came to $8.95! $5.95 for the sandwich and $2 for the coffee. Yes please!!!!

dissapointed is an understatement. This was my favorite dominican food restaurant because it was so different from the normal restaurants and was always fresh and very quick. I had celebrated my bday there last year. After a while of not going there these last couple of months I've been ordering from them every week or so and the food always good. The last time I ordered I literally was left stunned. My yucca fries were brown ( picture below) cheese sticks were browned and my Yaroa mixta had fries that had the taste of old or burnt oil. I simply couldn't just let it go and I had gone to the restaurant. I tell the waitress what's going on and she gets me the manager. The manager comes out I show him the yucca and the other things and he asks what do I want to be done. I tell him I simply just want it to be remade. This guy who has not an ounce of customer service tells me "well if I make it again you're gonna complain that the oil is burnt and we're just gonna go to the same place again" I was just in awe and literally just told him just give me my money then. No apologies were given, no responsibility taken, and no care. Also this restaurant is no longer ran by the original dominican owners. These people are either Colombian or South American and very different from the old mgmt. do not waste your time.

This is no Paradise, unless your Paradise is being at a bar. It has a pub like feel to me, and the food is more catered to college students or those who are not health conscious. The food is Very unhealthy, you can get anything you want here, fried.Plus we waited 15 minutes to be served, and there was only three people in the restaurant, and that wait was just for the water.Dessert was good.

This is almost like a small whole in the wall! I've always passed it before and never went in until Covid hit and I decided to order take out. The food is sooooooooo good!!!! I have yet to order anything from here that I didn't like. Once everything opened back up I decided to come out with friends. It had a pub like feel to it? It's spacious and I love that they play good music here. It's our little spot! Only reason it hasn't received the 5 stars is because the service isn't at 100. The girls that take care of us are sweet! In particular the Hispanic girl with long straight black hair. But on 2 occasions where it's not busy at all and we've been just sitting there waiting for drinks for a long time or the check takes forever to hit the table. Otherwise the food here doesn't disappoint. Wings with yuca fries are great! This sampler platter was soooo good and I love the mofongo con chicharrón de pollo!

Fantastic gem in the rough!

Customer service was great. Food was the opposite. Pricing for the food was atrocious. Overall, 1-star. Will never return.

From what I heard, at 10pm it becomes a club. For brunch, they sat us outside in the back, which was also spacious, with tons of booth, colorful umbrellas, and other smaller tables. There was a live dj, hookah, cute photo ops, and more making it a great brunch place! My friends and I opted for the $50 brunch combo which included mimosas or sangria, an entree, and a dessert (2 hr limit). They have a great menu and if you decide to not do the combo they have pitchers, cocktails, and other great yummy food like sushi! Every item has its own Euphoria twist and I loved the playful names each item was given! I had the chicken and waffles (opted for no cheese) and it was delicious! For mimosas you can pick between orange, passion fruit, and mango; sadly no mango that day, but the passionfruit was so good! Now, my biggest complain was the order/food service. Our server was super kind, but we did get our food items mixed up various times causing some people in my party to wait an hour or more until they got their food, at that point everyone at different times and it really took away from the experience. The mimosas took a good 20+ minutes to be brought to our table and even then once everyone ordered it took even longer to get enough glasses for everyone. Overall, the food was delicious, but I wasn't pleased with the lack of organization/timing! Would definitely come back, maybe to check them out at night as I've heard it gets pretty lit!

Let's focus on the positives first: the atmosphere is incredibly fun and the live music Saturday night was a perfect touch at the bar. There were plenty of fun activities for the kids and there was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the kids with fried chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, fries, and red velvet cupcakes. $25 is a deal if your child would chow down on shrimp, but it might not be a great deal if your child is usually full after four bites. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. This is a fun spot for a drink and appetizer, but I would skip eating dinner at Highball & Harvest.

Overall, I really enjoyed our meal here…read more Just a heads up this place is loud so this is not the restaurant you want to have an intimate conversation. However, it is quite fun, when we got there on a Saturday night, they were having a Taylor Swift look alike performance. I absolutely loved it. It turned out it was happening every hour so we were able to watch her perform twice. They also had someone selling jewelry and an artist painting, overall it is such a fun vibe. If you want a standard table, you need to make a reservation, I made a reservation like 15 minutes before and they only had outdoor seating and high tops available. We chose a high top and it was fine. They do have a kids menu so my son was able to order a cheese pizza with a side of fries and the other one ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of fruit. On the kids menu it says cheese quesadilla but he really wanted chicken, I was surprised the chicken was a bit spicy. He ate a couple bites and then asked for his own cheese pizza after seeing his brothers. All the plates are meant to be shared so they come out whenever they're ready. My older son's cheese pizza came out immediately and then my younger son's chicken quesadilla came out after all our food had been delivered. I think this is what made him want a cheese pizza because he didn't have his own meal for majority of the time we were eating. When we finally ordered his cheese pizza it then took a long time to come out. I'm guessing it's because it's woodfired and his pizza was behind a ton of other pizzas whereas with my older son we must've ordered at a good time. My absolute favorite dish was the marinated cucumbers. It was a light and delicious. It reminds me of what I find at a Japanese restaurant. I also got the butter chicken, it was OK. I didn't find the chicken super tender so I would skip it next time. We also got the maple glazed chicken wings. I found the breading to be overly salty. I ended up taking off all of the breading and my younger son ate a ton of the chicken. I would skip it next time. We got the steak skewers, which were pretty delicious. Again didn't love it so probably would get something else next time. My husband did not like his ribs so he definitely should skip that next time. So overall, the food was OK, but my kids absolutely destroyed their pizza and I love the atmosphere, which is why I'm giving this place four stars. I see that it has great potential. If parking is a problem, I recommend parking at icon park and walking because it's about five minutes away. Our server was super nice, she was a bit slow, but she also had a giant table next to us, which could've contributed to that. I would definitely come back. I enjoyed our experience here.

The service is efficient, the food and drink specials for Happy Hour from 5-8pm are excellent and you can easily walk to your event. The Lounge is relaxed and not crowded as other locations in this area, especially before a performance or a Magic game. (Both were going on the night we stopped in.) Last year, Yelp held its annual award event here. I ended up meeting a couple that was in the lounge area that were going to Dr. Phillips later that night. We struck up a conversation-they asked what this big Yelp group was about, and I provided the details. They said they always come to the WXYZ Lounge before a performance arts event as this place is not crowded and the food is quite good. I remembered this conversation when a friend and I attended a recent event at Dr. Phillips. As luck would have it, Woody and Kim were in the Lounge when we walked in Friday night! I introduced them to my guest and thanked them for their recommendation. We then went to sit at the bar. First off, LeBeth was our main bartender, and she was excellent. We remembered each other from the Yelp event. We ordered two of the featured cocktails, Waterloo Rose Pedals (gin) and Svedka String Winder (vodka). My friend asked if the vodka drink was sweet and LaBeth stated she could add more lemon to her cocktail to counterbalance the sweetness. Both drinks were excellent, and although I liked my gin drink, I switched to the vodka drink for my second one after I had a taste of my friend's drink. A shout-out also to the "bartender in training", Jeffrey, who assisted us. The food was also amazing. We first ordered from the Small Bites menu. The Buffalo Cauliflower floret bites were lightly breaded and soft, with Bleu Cheese crumbles, and the buffalo dressing was provided on the side. Very tasty! The Veggie Eggrolls with the sweet Red Chili sauce was also a big hit. We then added a Chicken Caesar salad and the Fish Tacos from the Big Bites menu to also share. The salad was a good size, served in a large round, flat bowl, with the Caesar dressing on the side. The Fish Tacos were very FULL tacos, and the combination of the spicy sauce and the sweet and tangy coleslaw complimented each other well. We both agreed these were some of the best fish tacos we have tasted! Overall, a great place to stop in for Happy Hour and it is THE PERFECT stop before an event at the Dr. Phillips Performance Center.
