I have been coming to Brisa's for over a year now with my boyfriend when we're craving a simple, colombian breakfast and it hits the spot every time! I've visited Colombia with friends, and Brisas breakfast perfectly encapsulates a chill breakfast at your abuela's house (in my experience!) My boyfriend absolutely LOVES their morcilla (blood sausage), and the pandebono is delicious!! Don't worry about them getting cold on the drive back home, just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and I promise they are TOO GOOD!!! Their guava bread became an absolute staple in our house. Only thing is, lately we've found that when we cut into the bread, there is hardly any guava at all. The bread is incredibly soft, and has the right amount of sugar! If the guava was consistent throughout, it would definitely be a 5/5! For lunch, bandeja paisa all the way!! This plate is one of my favorites in general. It's a traditional colombian dish with white rice, egg, steak, crispy pork belly, avocado, sweet plantains & sausage. It is definitely shareable, however I love it so much... sometimes I eat the whole plate by myself and refuse to share.. LOL! Decent size cafe/restaurant tucked in a strip mall. The atmosphere was your average open cafe style with a few outdoor tables. Although I'm a bit new to Columbian dishes, it was very good. I had the Brisas Brunch and would recommend. Rice & beans, Colombian sausage, arape (corn cake), fried egg, avocado and paired with a hot latte. They have a good variety of baked goods at the counter. The service was good, but limited to a specific waitress as I didn't speak the resident language. We found this restaurant on doordash while we were in Orlando Florida. We were really excited to try really authentic Columbian dishes. We had empanadas, pandeuno (cheese bread) and bandeja paisa. We loved everything. It was so delicious. Then next day we ordered more breads, empanadas and of course bandeja paisa. Somehow this time it was really over fried and hard to chew. Especially pork chicharon was too hard... steak was overcooked. But taste was still there. Again we had take-out for very large for our extended family. It was awesome taste. I've tried Brisas twice now and they give you a very generous amount of food. The sausage is very tasty along with the pork belly, but unfortunately, the steak leaves a little something to be desired and could use some extra seasoning or some chimichurri. I have visited this Bakery/ restaurant twice and I really like the food, service and the ambiance, the food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable. However, I encountered a recurring issue with the billing/tipping process, which left me slightly concerned. On two separate occasions, I noticed discrepancies in the charges, which seemed unusual. While the overall dining experience was delightful, the repeated occurrence of the same mistake raised some questions. You don't get a bill , just the total in their handheld terminal. I asked for the bill again, but they give it to you after you sign and the tip is included but they suggest you add more which is ok if the bill was correct but now you end up tipping on the wrong amount. Despite this, I must emphasize the remarkable flavors and the dedicated service provided by the staff. It's just unfortunate that these billing/tipping concerns surfaced more than once . read more

We were regular customers at Brisas and would all go as a family 14 of us and spend good money there for the past 3 yrs and they made a mistake on take add me out and they would not refund our money they said they would call us to discuss never did I will not return there ever again what a shame they acknowledge there mistakes and offer a $5.00 refund of $29 dollars we paid for and awful customer service. Cute place and the service was good but the breakfast food was only ok. Honestly I think the food would have been better if the descriptions of the dishes were more informative. For example the menu had scrambled eggs but what it didn't say was the it had peppers in it. Unfortunately I'm slightly allergic to peppers so I got something else when it arrived. Also the arepas that came on the side did not taste like it had corn at all. It was pretty hard but the cheese on top was good. I ordered something else and it was deep fried. The texture was off and it was so heavy in oil. Even though my experience wasn't great, I do think I will give this place another chance. The breads they had in the case along with the coffee were amazing. The menu for lunch and dinner also looked really good. My experience could have been my lack of ordering correctly and not knowing what to expect. The server was friendly and generally everyone else in my party seemed happy with their food. read more

All I have to say is YUM! This will be the second time this week I am ordering from them. Their meat platter is absolutely delicious. Especially the pork belly!!! We came to Florida for vacation and we're hungry so we came and stopped at brisas bakery & restaurant, we see that there is outside seating so we go ahead and let the employees know that we are sitting out side, and go and sit in our place for about 3 min waiting for someone to come and give us a menu, we get our menus and while we are ordering we see two more people come sit outside the employe comes out excited to see them and gives them the menu right away, we then order our food and they order there's we sit at our table for about 5-10 min waiting and we see that the people next to us get there food first and I'm still waiting on mine, I'm really hungry and have been waiting for almost 30 min to eat and they got here about 15 min ago and get there food.
