Okay - so their diet frosted lemonade hits just right after a day of shopping and car buying! Also, the nuggets are the way to go. A dog was allowed inside the restaurant by management. They didn't not followed policy even after letting them know of dog allergies. Emotional support dogs (ESAs) are not allowed inside Chick-fil-A or other restaurants, as they are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This is kind of easy on easy off from the 417 S in the Home Depot plaza. Like every other one of these, getting into the parking lot sucks with the way everyone used the drive thru. It's one of the few places I can get a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and is usually my go-to meal when I eat here. I miss the spicy grilled version, but this one will do. Their waffle fries are good as well. Chick-fil-A is good but not as good as the crazies who wait in a line that wraps around the building for it. They really need to just open more stores and spread the herd thin so we can all go back to parking in the parking lot and enjoy sitting and eating a meal without a crowd hovering all over, inside and out. The food is consistent with other restaurants and it's somewhere I'd stop again when passing by on 417 Southbound. North bound, no F'ing way! read more

After visiting three other places and none of them had puppy treats I finally decided to try chick fil a, you see my puppy behaved so well and deserved a good boy treat, when I saw the drive thru line I hesitated cause I was exhausted and hangry ‍I'm just being honest. To my surprise, the coordination and organization they have blew my mind. Line moved fast, they all have something to say about Dino and understood my frustration and knew how to deal with the situation. Not only they served the ice cream cup the way I preferred they also gave me a pack of cute treats to go with the ice cream. Dino loved it! We had a very nice experience at this location today. We had a very nice friendly greeting as we entered and at counter and the Chick-fil-A was very clean and pristine and modern. My wife had the grilled Chick-fil-A sandwich with gluten-free bun and I had the regular Chick-fil-A sandwich. The fries are gluten-free fried in a dedicated fryer with oil. This restaurant is always busy with two drive-in lanes; however, the time that we were there at 1 PM it wasn't crazy and there was adequate parking. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone as it is excellent and very tasty with friendly associates, more friendly than I've seen at other convenience restaurants (I.e Chipotle, Shake Shack, Burger 21). read more

This locations is always nice and friendly on all service sides, drive thru and dine in. I don't remember ever having a terrible experience. The inside is always clean and generally stocked well with condiments. The parking lot is small and this chain is right by the street so the line can pile up. The recently added the second drive thru order line which seems to help the line move faster. Great improvement! I have had the breakfast sausage burritto, coffee, tater tots, chicken bites, strips, all the chicken sandwhiches, the Cobb and fruit salad, from all the times I've been here over the years. The food is always standard and decent for fast food. The Chicken has sugar and lots if salt in it for those who maybe concerned with that but that's fast food for you! What happened to this location? It was run so well for many years. My guess is a change in franchisee. This is no longer close to a standard Chick-fil-A. Slow service. Food quality is not consistent or what anyone expects from a Chick. More often than not it seems the orders are wrong, often missing product that was paid for. Three times in a row we were shorted in some manner. Sandwich missing, a salad only half full, six nuggets when eight ordered and paid for, etc. There are other quality Chick-fil-A locations within a few miles. I will go to those and no longer will I patronize this location. Hopefully corporate boots this franchisee as it is not representative of the brand. read more

I've lived by this Chick Fil A for 8 years and in the PAST it ran exactly how most are... great customer service and accuracy of orders. I'm not sure what happened post COVID shutdown but apparently who ever managed before is clearly not that anymore. The teenagers they have in there now do not represent the Chick Fil A brand AT ALL! What I'm going to say has happened over several trips not just in one visit. Rushing you to order at the drive through as if I'm holding the line up or I should have known before I got there, having side conversations amongst themselves at the window, on their cellphone texting while they waited for the food to done, one was mentioning to another employee why she doesn't like the late schedule and she wished she could do mornings all the time, most recently one girl turned her back to me, started cleaning out something from her nails while asking her coworkers what they were doing for Thanksgiving. Then handed me my drinks and said, "We're waiting on your food." Then turned back around to give me her back. Had she been attentive, she would've known that they forgot the sauce for the nuggets and that there was 3 salad dressings for 1 salad!! Lol, I guess thank you for giving me back up dressing for my fridge for later so I don't need to go back. Not that I'm complaining about the dressings, but as an establishment, overtime that's not profitable for them.. I thought it was funny. The service has gone way down and I didn't know who to contact, because the Owner's name that use to display on the window is no longer there. I really wanted to just give feedback so more training and/or evaluation could take placed for these kids. I appreciate them wanting to work, and maybe for some of them this is their first job. They just need to be taught better, and like I said there must be a new manager because pre COVID the teenagers there were great!!! read more

It figures that the time I decide to not bring my camera with me and not to take any pictures while on vacation is the first time that I run into a CFA location that wasn't even close to living up to the standards that devotees have come to expect from this chain. Picture it, Sicily 1910....sorry wrong beginning. Picture it, two Saturdays ago it's a little after nine and we're tired from a long day of travelling especially with being two hours plus late into MCO. We decide to stop here because it's close to the airport and because it's an easy off/on the turnpike. We enter the store to find water all over the floor by the front entrance as the floor is being mopped and around a third of the tables have left over trays/garbage on them along with both garbage areas being overfilled. Nice first impression. A few other quirks include not having any regular lemonade available since "it was late" and initially being asked to pay for fruit cups for our kids meals after our order got screwed up and they included fries when none were asked for. Most CFA locations usually have customer service and cleanliness that borders on wonkishly-Stepfordesque with a dash of OCD in terms of how they normally try to get everything right the first time. Here, the impression I got was that it was Saturday, they close in less then an hour, so who cares? Not that I plan on being in Central Florida any time soon but if for some reason I'm back in the future this location is on my "No" list. read more

Love that this location is relatively close to the airport, and it has a nice easy--on/off the expressway (toll road traffic light goes straight into the Home Depot/CFA parking lot. Usually really love Chic-Fil-A... Stopped by this location for lunch because I needed to stop by the Super Target down the street. The line in the drive-thru wasn't busy at all, but it almost seemed as if we were getting rushed when trying to order. Pulled up to the window to a cheerful group of employees and then were handed our food. Ordered a large meal, because my husband and I usually split the fries/drink since I get a salad. The meal did come with a large drink, but the fries (which came in a large container) were only filled maybe halfway with fries and the other half included 3-4 sauce packets. I normally don't complain about Chick-fil-A.. actually I don't believe I ever have.. I was just really disappointed in this experience. Thought it was interesting that another Yelper had the same exact problem... I won't give up on you Chic-Fil-A.. but please give correct portion sizes.. especially when your customers pay for them. read more

Nice Chick-Fil-A here just off the toll road. You know they all are as I haven't come across a bad one yet. We popped in right at the height of a weekday lunch hour but were served quickly. Our food was brought out to the table (love that now as it cuts down on the crowding at the counter) in no time. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. My son and I stop there on 1/21/23 around 9 PM. We both order Chick-fil-A sandwiches, fries and drinks as a meal, our fries or lukewarm and also soggy our Chick-fil-A sandwiches. My son, but his chicken on his sandwich was quite large. It was bigger than the bun, and also rubbery my chicken sandwich. The hamburger bun was bigger than the chicken and it also was lukewarm and rubbery. This place can be a pain to get in and out of when it's busy in the drive-thru. That said, it was extremely easy to park next door and walk over to order inside yesterday afternoon. This place is going down on customs service and food service. I been here three times and all my visits they have truly messed up my order all three times with on going mistakes after I brought it to their attention they still managed to screw up. So today I went in with a simple order a 8 piece nugget and still they gave me hash browns. I was like this is it final draw if you can't get a simple order like an 8 piece with nothing else right what are you doing. I spoke with Amanda and she gave me a refund but still managed to print the wrong receipt and give me money that I didn't pay. I informed her that it was still the wrong ticket and all I wanted was my money back and not want to take the hash browns they severed me or the 8 piece with a gift card to return. This is the worst Chick-fil-A is have ever been too. It is dirty from the dining area to the restrooms. Trash was over flowing in the dining room at 2 in the afternoon. Service was poor - cashier saw us coming and walked away. Manager was chatting up a buddy and ignored the customers. Another cashier had to be told to wait on us. Great staff and quick service every time I go through the drive through, it will be a longer wait especially if you go during lunch time but other than that it should be a smooth ride through to get your food. HORRIBLE service, they do not follow the friendly/kind/helpful service that most other Chick-fil-A's offer and employees have. Kalrisa, was VERY rude and started to argue with us because we said one of the items were incorrect and she started to argue back on how it wasn't incorrect even though it was. Never coming to this location. They were nice but not as amazing with service as other locations I've been at. What really pissed me off was when they didn't even have their masks on correctly. I get it, we are getting vaccinated but please have your mask on correctly. One of the outside drive thru attendants did not have her mask on correctly and another one had no mask on.
