We came in for a free small cone ice cream. There were enough parking space in the front of the store. The service was great and there were enough seating. The place had low music playing and plenty of options for ice cream. read more

Dairy Queen's Top 10 busiest stores in the Nation. We know that Dairy Queen's is a huge corporation, but out of all the ones in the nation I think this comes in number 5 or 6. Always a clean place to come and sit down and relax. The place is spotless, all the employees on point. I have eaten their burgers a few times, but we come here to get ice cream most of the time. The little place is always busy, from the drive thru to the indoor dinning area. There is always people here. Their Ice Cream is top notch, and blizzards are just as good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast food or just some desserts. read more

This business is clean both inside and out! Nicely done employees! The staff is one of the most cohesive groups of people I've met. My husband has dementia and although we live nearby, the staff is always there to direct him if he is a little distracted. We have a very large service dog who absolutely loves the giant cones there. He gets one once a month and the staff are kind enough to give us extra napkins when needed. This business is well run, the owner and manager have a good grasp on how to choose and train employees to do their jobs well...and ALWAYS with a smile and kind word. Never have a complaint when coming here. The ladies at the registers tonight were very patient and explained every answer to my annoying husband's questions. After all he was just bailing me time because I was indecisive. There were 5 of us and we came in about 30 minutes till closing. Everyone was still friendly and treated us like it was mid day. We ordered and got our treats within 5 minutes of ordering. I haven't been treated this poorly in a long time. The employees are disrespectful and rude. I went to voice my concerns to the manager, which informed me that she has been there for 15 years. She also showed no concern about what I had to tell her. I asked for a business card then was told that she has none and all the information I need was online. I had then asked for contact information for whomever is over her. She laughed in my face while telling me her brother is the owner. Clearly they do not need 4.5 stars. Who knew! I have lived in St Cloud for 11 years and this was only my second time at DAiry Queen. My husband and son had the "fan food" ( burgers, fries, chicken tenders) I only had a blizzard, which is ice cream mixed with add ins, I got Oreo and heath. It was delicious. The employees were very patient and helpful and I liked that since our food wasn't ready right away they give you a number and they bring it to you. They also give you the option of paying for your food and ice cream all at once then you can come back for your ice cream after so it doesn't melt while you are eating. The dining area was clean. I came here after a day at the beach. I ordered a #1 Bacon Cheese Burger, fries, and a Coke. I received a number 16. I sat down and a staff member which was really nice brought me my food. I opened my burger just too see that they didn't add pickles. They did a good job not adding pickles, but they did forget to add bacon. I went to the register and I told the young lady that they didn't add bacon to my sandwich. She told me she would get it corrected and if I wanted a brand new burger. This dairy queen beats out literally every other fast food joint in Saint Cloud for the best burgers and chicken strips (including Chick-Fil-A, McDonalds, Wendy's, Sonic, Burger King, Checkers, Bo-Jangles etc.). Their prices are great and the food is great (LOVE the 5-buck box). Their chicken strips (which you can get with gravy and it tastes like country fried chicken) beat everyone else, their burgers beat everyone else, their fries are great. I think this might be the best Dairy Queen in Florida or possibly the United States. I can't say enough positive things about the taste of the food. Driving through after a six hour trip. Was in the mood for burger and ice cream as we had been on the road for five days in a motorhome. We ordered the box deal with burger fries and ice cream. When we got to where we could get everything out of the bag we had everything but of course the ice cream.
