Well, I ate here once but will never go back. I ordered pancakes eggs and hash browns. They forgot my hash browns and by the time they brought them out the rest of my meal was cold. When I informed the server of the problem she took my plate back into the kitchen. A few minutes later she brought back the exact same food that had been reheated on the girdle....... So I decided not to eat the rubber eggs and I passed on the rest of the crappy meal...... Do your self a favor and avoid this rat hole. Want breakfast? Go to panera instead. He offered to remake the food, but I am not a fan of sending food back to the kitchen so I declined. Plus we were starving and didn't want to wait extra time to eat. I reiterated that the taste of the food was fine, but I just wanted to make him aware of the temperature of the food. Instead he gave us 10% off of the bill and a $10 gift card for the next visit. I commend the staff for handling this very professionally. I'm pretty sure I'll still end up going back at some point because Silver Diner is local and one of those quick "go to" spots in Waldorf for all day breakfast, but just won't go on super busy days. I think three stars is a fair rating for this visit considering we never received a text and the temperature of the food.
