I didn't eat any food. My beers were cold and served promptly by bartenders that paid attention. They had two guys playing guitar and singing. They were good, I wish I caught the name of their band/show. I was entertained by all the fights televised. Bare knuckle Fighting Championship is crazy cool! Anyway, this was a good time. I just wish they stayed open later than 10but I get the feeling most places closed at 10.

Ok so I have been to Carmines in Philly.. been to By George too.. both in the RDM and honestly the cheesesteak here; kind of rocks. The crisp of the bread, and how they toast it perfectly... The ratio of meat to condiments is so beautiful. The cheese isn't too heavy, but there for your enjoyment. The onions and peppers not too sweet, not too tart... A perfect balance. I've eaten a lot of cheesesteaks... And this one ranks up there pretty freaking high. I'm sure the rest of the menu is amazing... But honestly, this might be the best kept secret of the place. Also, bartender/owner, Cecilia is awesome. Also ask for Lisa if she's there.

Not really an Irish pub, but Irish themed for sure. Had country line dancing the night we stopped in. Everyone seemed happy. Sat back in the bar. Pretty big area. Mixed crowd. Quick service. Beer was cold. Overall good to go. Nice bar in Prince Frederick! Recommended.

Well I decided to give it another try, the menu hasn't changed the noise level is still the same even at 2pm. Before I continue with my review I want to first say just because you work at a bar doesn't mean that it's ok to drink with customers. The bartender that was working today 10.30.19 had 3 shots with customers at the end of the bar. Her first was a shot of straight whiskey don't remember the second but the third was I believe the Irish Tea again just because your a bartender doesn't mean it's ok to drink on the job. I ordered the fish and chips again when it came i I said this doesn't look. Like what I had the other day that was 2 pieces of dried up fish she said they changed the recipe. I moved the chips off the fish and it was COVERED in grease I even picked it up and showed the bartender the grease running off the fish. She did nothing (see my video) the coleslaw was yuk tasted like it was week old cabbage and other veggies. The chips were ok fries. My friend ordered the inferno wings said they weren't hot I don't care for hot food like that and dipped a fry in it and it wasn't hot . This place will never make it!! If they want to change they need to put a wall make the dinning room separate from the bar again play Irish music in the dinning room dim the lights have the servers dress nicely not skin tight jeans and a T-shirt. Put some explanation on the menu of each item not just fish n chip or Shepard's pie explain what's in the dish. If your looking for a bar to goto this is your place definitely NOT a restaurant. Will be just like the other places this building has been over the years soon to be a different restaurant.

The place is incredibly clean, nicely decorated, and just welcoming. I was seated promptly, and my waitress recommended the Irish stew, which is what I went with. She also recommended a very tempting tasting flight, and I'm not going to admit to enjoying that while on lunch break. I'm not denying it. I'm just not admitting it. The stew was fantastic and really hearty. It warmed me up almost as much as the flight of... tea did. I couldn't resist getting dessert. The bread pudding was delicious and worth going back for on it's own.

My wife saw they had black bean soup and a pork special, so we decided to stay and were seated. Since our last visit about a year ago, they've made some changes. The seating has been updated, with a second bar added along with high-top tables and booths. The space looks very nice. Our server came over, took our drink order, and we asked for a bowl of the black bean soup. When he returned, my wife asked how the pork special was, and he said it was very good, so she ordered it. I ordered the cod fish and chips. When the food came out, everything looked good at first. Unfortunately, the fish and chips were very greasy -- it seemed like the fries were placed on the plate to soak up the grease from the fish. My wife's pork dish was worse. She was given two slices with connective tissue running through them that were so tough she couldn't even get a fork into them. The other piece was also extremely tough and difficult to cut, and the gravy had no flavor. When our server finally came back to check on us, my wife showed him the pork. His response was simply that he would let the manager know and take it off the bill. There was no offer to replace the dish or bring her something else to eat. After that, we never saw him again. My wife eventually asked another server for tea, which a different server brought. Later, another server came by to see if we were finished. I asked how much the eggnog was, and she quoted the price for a bottle, said I just want a glass, she said I'll get you a menu I explained to another waitress I just wanted a glass. Eventually, I got it -- though I asked for it without ice, and it still came with ice. At that point, I just drank it. The best thing was the bean soup. Overall, this was not a good meal and honestly the worst experience we've had in the 10+ years we've been coming here. Between the food quality and the lack of follow-up from our server, it was very disappointing. It will be quite a while before we return.

The steak and cheese featured soggy bread with a side of limp lukewarm fries, and the jerk chicken was a poor imitation of jerk flavor, as the best word I could use to describe it was lifeless. On the bright side, the employee was friendly and the food was ready on time, so at least there was that. Unfortunately, this was a total miss so my first time will also be my last time.

Today I finally visited and was a bit disappointed to see the underwhelming interior where it is strictly carry out and cheap metal guest chairs to wait on while the food is prepared. But it's really about the food right?! Meh. It was very hit and miss. I ordered the (4) sliders with grilled onions. They were slightly charred which was nice, and they were juicy, but they could have been cooked a little more (they were like medium to medium well and I prefer well done - I should note they didn't ask how I preferred my burgers cooked). I also ordered their jumbo fried wings and picked sweet and sassy sauce. The sauce was tasty and the wings had a nice texture, but beyond the sauce the wings had a plain flavor suggesting they didn't season the wings before frying and then coating them with sauce. Overall the food was solid but not awe inspiring. I was less impressed with their cakes. I ordered a strawberry slice and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and wasn't bad at all. I've had much better, but it was edible and satisfied my sweet tooth for the day. The strawberry cake however was dry and grainy. Perhaps it was old. It was definitely a waste of $7.99! On the plus side the employee was friendly and nice, so there's that!
