Kaycee was wonderful. She was our Late Night 8pm server! She was SO VERY kind and super attentive to Our Family. She was Soft spoke and did Not make us feel rushed. Especially with my Indecisiveness to order lol. As an 8 month Pregnant lady, I wanted to eat EVERYTHING on the menu. Our little guy was a little impatient (terrible Twos) and she was SO thoughtful to go out of her way and bring him some strawberries and banana to keep him at bay until our food came out. EXTREMELY Thoughtful. Thank you for being so Thoughtful and Generous, Kaycee. You're a Great Asset, and you are the perfect example of a waitress, honestly. We hope you get a raise, you deserve it. Eventually, I had decided on the Steak Omelette. SUCH a Great choice. I would totally order it again and completely recommend it. We landed here after attempting to go to the nearby Denny's (my husband's favorite go-to breakfast spot no matter where we are in the country). They had a ton of folks in the lobby and no host in sight. We didn't bother waiting. IHOP, on the other hand, had no wait and ample seating available even though they also appeared to be in their morning rush. The hostess and our server were both very chipper and smiled, which is always a nice start to the day. I ordered Strawberry Lemonade Splasher (no free refills) and a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with no bun. I had a salad as my side. Ordering the burger with no bun somewhat through the kitchen off. They forgot one of the main components...the bbq sauce! Our server was happy to correct that for us. The atmosphere was bustling and fast-paced, but the service was good. They had a pretty efficient method for clearing tables right away too. A busser would remove everything and then wait for a team member to see them before moving on. Then the second team member would come and wipe everything down. That way, they could ensure that a table wasn't just cleared but was also cleaned ASAP. They had a nice little gift shop in the front of the restaurant, somewhat reminiscent of the country store at Cracker Barrel, but more souvenir-themed. Food was good. Service absolutely terrible. Our server allowed a substitute - we wanted toast in place of the meat that came with the meal. When the so called manager brought the meal with meat, and we questioned it he was very rude and aggressive and said it couldn't be done "only meat for meat can be substituted." Makes no sense when toast is cheaper for them. Anyhow, no offer to even add toast even when i asked, we had empty drinks our whole meal, and no follow up from our server. read more

IHOP in Pigeon Forge is an oasis of flavor, even late at night. We had gone to Gatlinburg for the day to see the and visit the Activate Breakout Game Center. We didn't leave until after 8:30 and need to get something to eat before heading home. Several eating establishments were closed by 9:00 pm but luckily IHOP was open late. The food was excellent; I recommend the chocolate cake dessert. The had all you can eat pancakes for $5.00! Food was good, it was $3.49 for coffee which I thought was high but it was unlimited and they brought out creamer. I got a biscuit and gravy side, the biscuit was dry the gravy was good there wasn't enough gravy at all unfortunately. My husband got eggs Benedict I believe was the name and my daughter it French toast sticks and my son for pancakes with the smiley face they all liked it. We'd go back here. Our first experience wasn't so great, august the 30th, around 9, as we was being seated there was a few employees sitting at a booth, when they seen us coming they gave us dirty looks and said "looks like the party is over" our waiter was sweet as can be though, unfortunately I can't remember her name though. The younger employees and the men working at that day definitely need some training in hospitality... I don't see this being good for business. Our second experience, August the 31st was a lot better! Our waitress name was Jonah and she was also a sweet heart and very professional! I guess that they are supposed to close at 11. We came at 1045 and they took us. They people after us, they said they aren't taking anymore. But yet literal 6-8 more parties came in after and they took them though they said they were going to lock the doors at 11. They didn't lock the doors until about 1130. I ordered crepes with blueberry topping. It was a joke how much topping they gave me compared to how much it is supposed to have. The service was ok. I don't frequent breakfast spots like this. I actually avoid them. This location, however, surprised me. The server was very polite and attentive without being obnoxious. The restaurant was clean and quiet. The food was the typical breakfast chain type, but everyone in my group cleaned their plates. I ordered crepes with just powdered sugar and they were very good soft and delicious but the only kinda off thing was that they had a smell to the crepes but other then the smell it tasted very good. My mother got a chocolate chip pancake combo her pancakes were a little well done but the food was good and the waitress was very nice to us and this random guy that just showed up and ate breakfast with us he ordered French toast and he said that the food was very good the sausage was good and one of the things I recommend. My family loves to eat at Pigeon Forge IHOP. We get excellent service from Katie. She pretty much knows what we want to eat and drink before we even orde, but every now and the, we like to change it around on her to keep her guessing. This restaurant is very clean and well managed compared to many others in this tourist town. To top it off, the food is very good. It can be very busy at times, but we usually get seated as we walk in. My favorite are their omlettes but can exclude their pancakes and other delicious items on their large menu. read more

The manager delivered our food to the table behind us then after arguing with them that it was their order the waitress told her she was at the wrong table. She then proceeded to pick up the food and try to give it to us.I refused the food. Then after another 15 minutes our food came out eggs were cold and so was toast. She told us they were cooking the pancakes. 10 minutes later I got mine but they forgot my son's short stack. We go after church every Sunday but the past 3 weeks have been horrible. We came for breakfast on our Christmas vacation and the (I assume) manager Monica was a straight up Bitch to all of her staff. The morning was busy and hectic with quite a wait but it wasn't terrible for a tourist area. Monica brought the spirit down of the hostess and multiple waitresses and was rude to staff loudly in front of many customers who all saw the same thing. We haven't even gotten our food and I have seen 4 times where she was barking orders so loud that we all wondered what her deal was. I feel so so so bad for the staff to have to put up with what we saw and I hope someone brings her down to size.
