This is a neat restaurant on the main road in Pigeon Forge. I came here with a friend for dinner while we were in town checking out Dollywood. The space is nice and there's a good number of items on the menu. I liked my sandwich! Well made and the bread was nice and crispy. The service wasn't the best, though, as our waitress was super pushy. Also, the silverware all came dirty - and not just stained, we could physically pick food off of the knives. Probably would not return here.

It's been over two years since we've been to JT Hannah's. The last visit was a continuation of the downward spiral we had been noticing. We had given up. We decided on a whim to try it tonight. It was busy... 30-45 minute wait. We waited and watched people enjoying their food. Birthday celebration going on, so there was a lot of happy noisiness. We were seated and Chloe quickly came to our table. We had waters and then decided to order. We told her about our last visit so she started giving us her favorite meal. She substitutes jalapenos for the green peppers in the French dip and adds a side of au jus. Sounded great! We ordered a side of buffalo chips. Chloe KNOWS her food!!! It was excellent! We didn't want it to end. We will definitely give JT Hannah's another try. Here's hoping for consistency! Way t go, Chloe!

We went around 5 PM on a Saturday evening and was seated right away! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We got the J.T. Hannah's Sampler for an appetizer! It was so much food I should've stopped there! It had cheese quesadillas, loaded potato skins, Buffalo Chips which are potato chips, chips and cheese and onion rings! Yum! For my entree I had the hot hammy Sammy with a side salad! The side salad is a pretty good size salad! The sandwich was delicious! My partner had a cheeseburger with a side of potato salad. He really enjoyed it as well! Big restaurant with nice wooden tables with a big bar area. Gave me the feeling of eating at an old country salon! Loud country music. We will be back!

We came here and had no idea why it wasn't more crowded 'cause the food was delicious. So you come in and the place feels like a Cracker Barrel, homey and there are old fashioned things all over the walls. As for the service mmm y'all could do better. Considering it was NOT crowded, we had to wait quite a while for service after we were seated. Me and a friend got the Rocky Top Rachel which was delicious buuuuut it could've used more sauce as there was none in my sandwich and only like a dollop right in the middle of mine. Mostly though y'all were great, keep it up JT!

Went later in the evening on a Friday a group of three were at immediately One thing we noticed right away that they were opened after 10 o'clock, which was really good because everything closes early We started off with the spinach, artichoke dip and fried pickles The spinach and artichoke dip is served in a bread bowl and it was delicious and creamy and cheesy one of the best ones we've had so far. The fried pickles were super salty, but crunchy and crispy, which is hard to find. We had a ribeye steak, half rack of ribs with the Fixins. The ribs were decent could've used more sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection. Nice intended, easy to cut through and not too chewy. I believe our server's name was Robyn. She just seemed like she was totally over tourist, but definitely provided a decent service making sure that our drinks were filled in our food was correct. This is a casual restaurant and a super busy area so it could be busy depending on the date and time

SO good! This was our first time eating here and we're so glad we decided to give it a try. One of the only places I've ordered chicken parm and haven't had to substitute spaghetti with marinara with Alfredo... it comes that way already. Teriyaki was unique. The flavor was great and overall a great meal. We will definitely go back! Our server was so sweet. The restaurant was quiet and decorated nicely.

Visiting Pigeon Forge for a little escape and there are so many great food choices, but be prepared to wait! We chose this spot after careful consideration. We did have to wait about an hour but to be expected at dinner time. Hostess' were so friendly and accommodating, considering how slam busy they were. Great menu, rustic vibes, plenty of TVs for the sports lovers. We got the ribeye steaks and loaded potato's. We got chocolate cake to go. Everything was so good!! Alex was so pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and definitely recommend!

Best tasting food all week! Every restaurant near me y seemed to be packed! We crossed the street and found this restaurant almost empty!!!!! Had tons of coupon books and other advertisements for the area so nice stop for our first day in the area. The inside is decorated with tons of old time farm stuff very cool to look at while you wait for your food! Best tasting food all week!!!! Daughter and friend had a Ruben sandwich (ask for extra sauce) o had fried catfish, fried perfectly and nice flavor on the breading. Very nice quick good eats spot.

Came here for lunch while in town. Service was ok ; switched to 3 different waitresses and it took longer than expected I ordered the country fried steak and took pictures of the other food ordered by my family. Everyone thought the food was great.

    Potato skins

Amazing!! The steaks were great. My kids liked the potato skins so much they ate two orders. Our waitress, Kerry, was wonderful and made it fun for the kids. We will add this on our list of annual must-do's. 10/10 recommend.

We were in the area for 3 days and are here 3 times. With all of the options, that should tell you how much we liked the food. With that being said, had the experience of our last visit happened on our first, we wouldn't have come back. The food was 10/10 for the most part. I did have the cheeseburger and it left a lot to be desired. I'm not sure if it was me or if it was just not good but I didn't love it. We loved the buffalo chips and this is what had us coming back. We had them all 3 times. I also had the chicken Parmesan and the chicken Alfredo-both good. My husband had the country fried steak and got the Sammy's Hammy the other 2 times. What made it so I wouldn't come back? Our serving staff was amazing. We had Jesus the first night and Carlos the second. Our best server though I didn't get her name!! She was in the bar on Friday evening and was super attentive. With that being said, the welcome staff..or front house staff was awful. They were rude, clearly bored and definitely didn't not wasn't to be there. We nearly walked out the last night after I watched one drop the napkin and silverware on the floor, pick it up, roll it back up tight and put it back in the shelf to give to another patron. I was extremely disgusted. I did let a manager know our satisfaction and dissatisfaction at the end of the evening.

It took a bit for our server to come acknowledge us but once he did, he was very helpful and attentive. My boyfriend ordered a peach Kentucky mule (they originally said they couldn't make that, which we questioned with it being a distillery, but our server came back and said they could after all). He enjoyed it and said it's one of the better ones he's had! We both ordered smash burgers and sweet potato fries - I had the junction 35 (pimento cheese + bacon jam) and he had the farmhouse (bacon + fried egg). Both were amazing! Juicy burgers, perfect size patties for smash burgers, the buns were fresh and held up nicely, and the toppings were great. Sweet potato fries had a great crunch and were seasoned really well. Service was great, food was high quality and had great flavor, and the dog friendly patio was perfect for our pup. It's located in a nice little strip of shops and restaurants, and has a common area of cornhole and other games that would be fun for an activity before/after dinner, or if you have kids in tow. We'd definitely make another trip here when in the area.

Our table provided a scenic overlook through the trees. I wish that I remembered our waiter's name, but he was phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. (I do remember he was from Southern Indiana). My wife had the petit 7-ounce filet (wet-aged Iowa Premium USDA beef tenderloin, center cut, fresh-cracked black pepper and kosher salt) and a Caesar Salad. Her steak was cooked perfectly and she really enjoyed her Caesar salad and the twice baked potato as her side. I had the New York Strip (dry-aged Iowa Premium USDA prime short loin with the bone. Fresh-cracked black pepper and kosher salt), and a chopped salad (chopped baby greens, tomato, pickled onion, artichokes, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs and citrus herb vinaigrette.) The steak melted in your mouth and the salad was fresh with a delicious citrus herb vinaigrette dressing. My side was the asparagus which again, was very delicious and cooked perfectly (I could have had another serving!) They also served some very tasty hot and buttery spoon bread which was very close to the original recipe that was created near my home in Berea, KY. Between the salad and the main course, we were served a lemon sorbet as a pallet cleanser. For dessert, my wife had the crème brûlée and I had the butterscotch budino. Both were very tasty, but personally for me, the butterscotch budino was a tad better -- but you cannot go wrong with either. We don't drink, but there was a great wine menu and over 100 different bourbon selections. We will definitely return again. Reservations are highly recommended!
