A fun shirt that I got there tonight!!!

This is my favorite distillery in TN hands down! The best moonshine ever! Also with the friendliest staff ever! The service is impeccable by any others Ive ever encountered! Fun atmosphere with a moonshine, Rum and Cream liqueur tasting stations! They also have a great indoor bar serving up some delicious cocktails and during the summer they sometimes have an outdoor bar as well!!!

Sitting outside and enjoying these delicious Old Fashioned's on this beautiful Friday evening in the Smoky Mountains. Great bartenders too!

Tastings of moonshine and creams! Awesome. Got ourselves a p'gin fizz ahead of dinner at the Mill next door! Plenty of souvenirs to buy (we got the funny coasters, maybe the p'gin fizz working on us!!) Nice establishment off the beaten path. Check it out!!

Lots of distilleries in Tn but this one was so cute and smelled wonderful. We tried the cocktails and it was great especially for the price. I loved how the bartenders provided suggestions for folks depending on the percentage of alcohol, flavor profile and what they are lol. Fun times at Old Forge!

Free tastings of various flavors of moonshine and creams. We've stopped at a few of these throughout our trip and they're always enjoyable. It's interesting to taste the variety of flavors they come up with. You have to show an id, no matter your age. Please leave a tip, since there's no charge for the tastings.

There seem to be a distillery on every corner of this area and this was on our walking path so we stopped in. They had a lot of different flavors on the moonshine and I think I liked the peach the best. They also had a bunch of merchandise so I picked up something that was there but didn't buy any shine.

This is a must when in the area, because how can you not. This has to be one of our best highlights of our recent trip to smoky mountains! Tasters? Yes!!... Let me rephrase .... FREe Tasters for days!!! Brian? I think... Was awesome .. energetic, with tons of fun related jokes and facts about the distillery and its spirits. cant wait to visit again when in the area. As if one tasting station wasnt enough., They had multiple stations throughout the distillery. And cool little items for souvenirs. the other stations had small fees. One minor thing...wish they had travel friendly little samplers for sale. Would totally have bought them!! Thank you again for the awesome samples, outstanding customer service and delicious moonshine!

Visited Old Forge Distillery to taste their moonshine and visit the cocktail bar. Tasting were complimentary, but tips are of course appreciated (if you don't have cash for a tip, you can use Venmo). After showing our ID (no ID = no tasting), we received 10 super mini cups for a tasting. Choose wisely as there are 24 to choose from! Pours are definitely generous, so don't let those small cups fool you. Favorites included apple pie, banana foster, blackberry, and vanilla bean. The individual pouring for us was fantastic. Super friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell he really enjoys what he does and made our experience that much better. After purchasing and a couple moonshines and moonshine cherries, we visited the cocktail bar. The bar is pretty small, but there is a decent amount of seating (tables and lounge seating). Order your drink with the friendly bartender and grab it when it's ready. All cocktails (signature and Southern) are $10, which is nice. As with the moonshine tastings, you can also tip your bartender through Venmo.

My family and I are visiting from Florida and decided we needed to try some moonshine, we are so glad we stopped here for our tastings! Rob was AWESOME, go see him! He made our experience even better. We got to try 10 different flavors and then got to try like 6 of their cream flavored tule with Anna (she was awesome too), everything was so delicious! Overall very fun tasting, one of our favorite parts of our trip so far and loved that we're able to purchase anything we tried. Tastings are free, we of course tipped our bartenders.

One of my favorite spot to visit while in the smokeys. I enjoy sampling and being able to take home my favorite finds.

In my opinion: I should patronize the business and tip the band if I like them, and the business that hired them should pay them. No? With that, I'd bookmarked Crow & Quill on my Asheville to-do list and walked over from our hotel, so we paid and proceeded to the bar. After grabbing our first round, we were fortunate to find great seats in the packed house. Thankfully, I enjoyed the "surprise band" and they added to our first experience (and our tab) at Crow & Quill. lol... Cheers!

It took a bit for our server to come acknowledge us but once he did, he was very helpful and attentive. My boyfriend ordered a peach Kentucky mule (they originally said they couldn't make that, which we questioned with it being a distillery, but our server came back and said they could after all). He enjoyed it and said it's one of the better ones he's had! We both ordered smash burgers and sweet potato fries - I had the junction 35 (pimento cheese + bacon jam) and he had the farmhouse (bacon + fried egg). Both were amazing! Juicy burgers, perfect size patties for smash burgers, the buns were fresh and held up nicely, and the toppings were great. Sweet potato fries had a great crunch and were seasoned really well. Service was great, food was high quality and had great flavor, and the dog friendly patio was perfect for our pup. It's located in a nice little strip of shops and restaurants, and has a common area of cornhole and other games that would be fun for an activity before/after dinner, or if you have kids in tow. We'd definitely make another trip here when in the area.

They get busy fast, and they won't seat your party until everyone has arrived, so make sure your whole group is there. We had a party of five and started with an order of the fried pickles to share. They were absolutely delicious--crispy, flavorful, and gone within minutes. For drinks, I ordered the Darryl Strawberry since it featured bourbon, and I figured I had to enjoy a bourbon cocktail while in Tennessee. It was surprisingly refreshing, balanced, and so good that I ordered a second one. For my meal, I went with the Classic Bacon Burger, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. It was big, juicy, and loaded with the perfect amount of cheese, tomato, bacon, and pickles. Every bite was delicious. Considering how packed the restaurant was, the service was solid. Our waitress had a great sense of humor and joked around with our table, which made the experience even more fun. Since they were so busy, we didn't see her constantly, but she was friendly and took good care of us whenever she stopped by. At midday on a weekday (spring-2026), this warm-feeling comfortable pub was active but not crowded. Of course we had beer-battered fish & chips: tender sweet cod in a not-too-thick crunchy flavorful coating, with fresh greens, onions, and tomatoes. Served with piping-hot thin fries, hand-cut to give a variety of crispier vs. soft bites. You could get that as a small-plate, as a Po'Boy sandwich, or as a main. And we had a bowl of thick rich flavorful creamy chowder. Delicious, satisfying dishes. They had a nice selection of deep crusty savory pies, too. We loved their amazing range of single-malt whiskeys, including some like a smokey softly-fruity Port Askaig that we haven't seen elsewhere. We liked slowly sipping a strongly-peaty young Islay, like 10-year Laphroaig, and Boyd's also had plenty of smoother well-aged pours up and down the price-range. They also had a nice selection of crafts, ales, stouts, ciders, and several Scottish brews. We saw that they have live music almost every evening (not Mondays), with midday music Sat and Sun. Scottish, Irish, bluegrass, old-time, classic country, and more! Next time we have to fit that into our schedule. And fútball (soccer) of course!
