Great service, same great IHOP food! My first time at this new location was a pleasant experience! It's gorgeous and clean inside since it is new. The staff was all EXTREMELY friendly! I was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so helpful and so nice and attentive. We kinda beat the Sunday morning rush, so we did not have to wait for a booth. Drinks & food came promptly and were delicious as usual for IHOP. I will definitely be going back! :)

Came for dinner, ordered chicken Caesar. A lot of the lettuce was brown. Don't think we'll be coming here for dinner again.

Most apathetic waitstaff I've encountered in a while. Food was reliable IHOP fare but the service was pretty awful.

This IHOP is pretty good. Been in a few times, food never let me down. Service and managment seem very good.

There were about three other tables with customers seated and eating. There were seats at the bar that looked like back in the days when they served soda fountains. The menu had some good choices but we both got the Reuben served with chips. We were glad we did, it was quite delicious. I noticed that the salads served looked delicious and big serving. I would love to come back and try their other dishes.

That's ok; every place has its own way do doing things. I waited. Noticeably, I was the only person of color in the entire restaurant. Still, I waited because no tables were available and they could see I was there. They made eye contact several times, walked by me several times. Finally, a table was turned over (very very slowly). I anticipated that would be mine since I'd been waiting and no one else was there. While the table was being turned over, another party came in. They were not spoken to either. When done, the woman who had turned over the table greeted them and walked them to the fresh table. She looked at me and turned away. I watched, confused. Someone who appeared to be a manager or owner hopped down off her stool at the bar having seen what happened, spoke to the hostess and asked me if I wanted to sit at the bar. I declined. I had waited and I wanted a table. The woman just turned and walked back to her seat at the bar. No apology (though she saw what happened), no indication of making it right. The hostess appeared annoyed but not apologetic and said nothing. I ended up leaving because the people there made us feel so unwanted - blatantly and boldly so. So if you're POC or visibly queer, skip this place.

What we got: Pretzel Treasures with ale cheese - 4.5* it definitely left me wanting more pretzel bits but the flavour was great! Large pizza - 4* we made our own with pesto sauce, smoked mozzarella, chorizo, fresh tomatoes, and fresh basil. I wish the pesto was a bit more prominent but overall it was a delicious pizza. It was a lovely evening the night we went, so we ate outside. I started off with a Raspberry mule. I believe our server may have forgotten about it because I didn't get it until right before our meal arrived. But it was really good and a great bargain for $7. For dinner I had the shrimp tacos, the shrimp was blackened and it was served with a slice of avocado and sriracha mayonnaise. It had a good flavor and the right amount of spice. My husband had the Chesapeake omelette which was served with spinach, lump crab meat, mozzarella and a Chesapeake sauce. He said his dish was delicious. This was our second time here and it will not be our last.

The couple preparing the sushi made us feel genuinely welcome when we walked in. There wasn't a lot of conversation, but their warmth and kindness spoke volumes. The highlight of the evening came after we had already left as she actually chased us into the parking lot just to say goodbye! That simple gesture made us feel less like customers and more like family. It's the kind of hospitality that's becoming rare and deserves to be recognized. The food was enjoyable too. My husband loved his generous serving of chicken yakisoba with fried rice. My sushi selections were beautifully presented. I'll let the photos speak for the food as what truly earned this restaurant five stars, was the heartfelt hospitality. In an area with plenty of dining options, it's the genuine kindness and welcoming spirit of the owners that will bring us back. Thank you for making us feel so at home!

We ordered hibachi and sushi rolls. Our meals came with soup, salad, fried rice, noodles, sautéed vegetables, and dessert (delicious vanilla ice cream). All the hot foods were cooked on the grill right in front of us, with the theatrics you'd expect from a Japanese Hibachi restaurant. Our chef was quite skilled with both the tricks and the cooking. All of the food was delicious, especially the filet mignon steak hibachi and the sushi rolls (a "Fire Crunch" roll with spicy tuna, cucumber, salmon, and spicy crab, and a spicy salmon roll). The wait staff checked on us frequently and someone even came running out of the restaurant after us to thank us for coming. Our part of the bill was around $50 (for one hibachi and two sushi rolls) AND we had leftovers. I expect we will be returning.

The only problem is ... rather than running it properly (combo is $5.98) they add your items individually and the system isnt set up to catch it. So instead of $16 and change the meal was $20. I will note I did order a large beverage but the price difference is just 30 cents. And if you aren't allowed to upgrade for 30 cents they should tell you. The food was fine but I think even at $16.50 or so it expensive for their smallest burger and fries. Train your people to ring in the order properly. My other thought... the system is set up to request a tip. But .. you order at the counter and pick up at the counter. So why try to milk your customers for tips for your employees in a fast casual restaurant.
