Ryan helped us find a table with an outlet (so we could get a little laptop work done) and provided EXCELLENT customer service (how often do you hear those 3 words strung together) with a personality that actually lifted our spirits! We have been coming here regularly for a number of years and have been very pleased. The service is always first-rate: Jose and Alex are superb and are supported very well by Orlando! Great job! The food was greasy and they had made me and my sons milkshake horribly wrong. I had an pickup ordered and waited 25 minutes extra then the original time. The service was horrible because they told us they needed an extra 20 minutes to make the shake due to there only being 1 milkshake machine. I like IHOP depending on what I get. I'm not much of a pancake girl. I never been to this location before, Its been in that area for a while. I came in one morning alone. I wanted something small too eat. I was seated right away, they weren't busy. Lots of room, everyone was spreaded out which was okay with me. The tables were clean, the entire restrurant seemed cleaned. My waiter was nice, polite and pointed me to small portions of food. My food was good, fresh and my bacon was crispy as requested. Ordered the quick 2 egg breakfast and asked to replace the sausage with impossible meat as I've been vegetarian for years. The waiter was well aware and let me know that would be an extra charge which I said was fine no issue. They brought it out and I asked to confirm that that's the impossible, as it didn't look how impossible meat typically looks. The waiter looked me in the face and said "yes this is the impossible." I ate half of it and started getting suspicious because again it didn't taste like impossible meat. I had people at my table try it and they agreed. Then afterwards I check the receipt and it says Quick 2 egg breakfast with smoked sausage. Feeling pretty disgusted that they would lie to my face telling me that it was impossible meat when it clearly was real meat. I hadn't eaten red meat in at least 4 years prior to this. Never knew this location was here. This place is family friendly. They get you in and take care of you. Our orders were fast and the food was good. There is always something on the menu for everyone. My dad insists that IHOP is the best place around to get a good stack of tasty pancakes! I love the Swedish crepes with the lingonberry butter, myself! My hubby actually ventured to try the tilapia for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was and for the same cost as a typical meal there. No roaches when I went. If I did see some, I would have gotten a free breakfast, that's for sure. Ihop is ihop. It doesn't change much. The service at this particular one sucked for me. My waitress could not use an excuse of being too busy because there was no waiting time to be seated. I also saw many open seats and booths. Now I know why. No, I didn't leave a tip. The food came out on time but the waitress only came to our table 3 times. First to take our drinks and order at the same time, 2nd to give us our food, and 3rd to give us the bill. She never even asked us how we were doing or if the food was okay. The food was... yeah, okay. I was disappointed because I forgot that ihop doesn't serve country style potatoes, only hash browns. =( I kept telling myself, "Mike. You're dumb. You should have gone to Pancake House". The service was great and the food was fine. My only complaint is the cost. I went with my daughter and son and his two friends. They all ordered from the kids menu, but our bill was more than at an upscale restaurant where we had dinner. Why? Useless place. I spent $84.00 on breakfast delivery thru door dash for Mother's Day. Estimated time for delivery was 59-69 minutes. Hour and a half later, the door dash driver texts me and my food is still not ready. The door dash driver tells me employees here are yelling at each other and fighting in the restaurant! Door dash then tells me my meal was delayed by 81 minutes. Food that I ordered at 9:24 am would not get delivered until 11:40. Obviously this is not door dashes fault as my driver was sitting there waiting for food. And door dash simply is a ordering system for The restaurant. The Ihop employees simply suck. Making cheap easy pre made pancake batter and pre mixed eggs just seems so difficult. In what world would Making pancakes and eggs take 2 hours. And for the record, I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a culinary arts degree, so I obviously know how restaurants work. What was supposed to be a nice day, turned into a family fued, because I refused too spend $5.00 for what looked like, not more than two tablespoons of corned beef hash. My lovely gr.granddaughter, being a waitperson herself, thought I was being overly sensitive and rude to send the hash back. They don't seem to sell it combined with eggs, etc. as a meal, so had to order it as a side.
