So after calling Ihop for about almost 30 minutes and after 25 calls I decided to walk in an place an order. While speaking to the host letting her know that something may be wrong with their phone since they have not been answering the Manager name Melissa responded say that they will not be answering phone calls to take any orders. I responded back to her that it would be nice if they would at least answer and let the public know and she responded in a really bad and "RUDELY" way saying well we are to be so we are not going to do that with a loud and aggressive tone. We waited 2 hours to be seated and when we went to check the wait time they bring us in and they sit us in a booth were 4 people fit and there is 5 of us. Terrible visit. They took 35 mins to give us our food due to a large "online order" then when food arrived was not what we ordered.

We got seated an a server asked us if we're ready to order and she proceeded to roll her eyes. Then another server gave very rude attitude. And of course, they didn't wear their name tags. When we were ready to order, it was difficult to flag down a server and we got asked what our server's name was. I wouldn't know since they didn't tell me and was not wearing their name tags. The red shirt server told us that she'll get our server. Ok. That took awhile so I raised my hand to ask where our server was and the red shirt server gave so much attitude and raised her voice at us. We did not allow her to get away with that and gave attitude back. Our server, Claudia, came. She was sweet and kind. I understand being busy but it does not warrant such negative attitudes from 3 servers who felt it necessary to take their emotions out on customers. Again, Claudia was sweet. The only nice one there was the one who gave my my food. The other girl didn't even say anything when i got my food either. They obviously just wanted me out. Typically, we wouldn't even consider coming to eat here on a Saturday. We drove by and saw that the place was dead so we parked and came in. Now I know why it's dead, the food was terrible and took a really long time to come out. How is that possible when the place is not at all busy. I noticed that the booths were really dirty and that flies made up most of the guests. We were a party of 3, 2 entrees came out and we literally were done eating when the 3rd entree was still not delivered. I got up and spoke to the manager on duty. He gave me a speal about how he's trying to change things along with the new management. I informed him that as a 7-year patron of this establishment, whatever they were doing was not working. When I asked one of the servers where all the familiar faces had gone, she told me they had quit because the new owner/management was predatory and adopted a bully mentality. Upon getting home, I called to ask to speak to the owner whose name is German, but after being thoroughly deposed by the sleazy "manager" I spoke to while at the restaurant he told me that he was not "available" right now. It's quite sad. This is a place where we shared many meals and family memories. But I can no longer give my patronage to a business that treats their employees poorly, has decreased the quality of the food and who refuses to show their face or speak to a customer. I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt but my encounter while at the restaurant with Juan and then after speaking to him over the phone when asking for the owner just solidified how shady a place you've become. read more

Horrible service ! Took about 45 mins to bring drinks which were only water ! And they even brought our food before the water. Food was cold & hard!!!! I usually don't complain. But I overheard the people behind me say there orange juice tasted sour ! I called the manager over. Then we got two people who of course who had enough time to give us our checks. My kids love their Silver dollar kids breakfast plate (Kids eat free Mondays through Thursdays) and I like their Blueberry pancakes. I like how they have a coffee carafe at the table so you don't need to wait for your server to come back and fill your coffee cup. My husband's not big on breakfast so he gets the chicken fried steak meal or a cheeseburger and he's been pleased with the way they are prepared. read more

I only came her because my in laws enjoy IHOP. In general, I think IHOPs are way overpriced and I somehow can never find exactly what I'm looking for on the menu. They don't have a simple "build-your-own" like Dennys does. Their build-your-own is limited and structured differently in its choices. The service and everything else was fine. My first time at this location and it was pretty decent. Pretty small in size and a lot of seniors were eating lunch. I pass by here a lot and see majority of their business is seniors. The waitress wasn't so bad. Checked on us once to refill drinks & gave us the check in the middle of our meal, but overall not so bad. I've had worse dining experiences before so I'm not complaining. I guess you shouldn't expect too much when you go somewhere like IHOP. The food is nothing special and you can tell that they don't even try to use the finest ingredients. They definitely love butter here. My friend ordered the Belgian waffle and it was literally just a waffle on a plate. They don't put much effort into presentation. My other friend had the omelette meal,which she found to be very filling, but not bursting with flavor. I had the "healthy" fruit crepes,but I really don't think they were that good for me. The seasonal fruit toppings were low quality and the granola was close to being stale. My friend ordered the 'fresh' strawberry lemonade. It was good,but a little on the sweet side. She had three glasses of it because it has free refills, so it's not a bad deal. The only thing that would make me want to come back here is the coffee. I ordered a cup of coffee and the waitress brought out a cup and an entire kettle filled with extra coffee. It is a great idea because I didn't have to wait for the waitress to come by for a refill. I go through coffee pretty quickly, so it was nice not having to wait a super long time for more. :) read more

The food is 'Eh and so was the service. The pancakes I had weren't even cooked all the way, and not once did our server come back to refill our drinks. Except for coffee, but that's because she left the pot on the table. One of the workers used a glass (cup) to scoop out ice from their ice machine instead of using the ice scooper. Isn't that against some kind of code because you can chip the glass and it can fall into the ice? Kids do eat free if an adult has a regular meal. So that's a plus. It's ok. The food doesn't really stand out. They're edible but nothing spectacular. The waiter that served us was doing her job pretty well. The food came in a timely manner. And she made sure all our needs were met. I forget what the name of my menu item was but I had crepes with Nutella and bananas. With that I also had some eggs (scrambled), bacon, and some hash browns. Like I said. Edible but not amazing. There was a used condom on the back corner booth. This is a very small restaurant and the food is okay I've never had an issue with the way it was cooked or the taste. This place gets super crowded on the weekdays let alone the weekend. The worst part of this restaurant is the number of kids whose parents allow them to watch cartoons and videos on their telephones and iPads while we are trying to have a decent breakfast.
