Came in cuz my guy wanted pancakes, I tried to talk him out if it but he saw the $6.99 menu and it went from there. Yeah, it's busy I get it, but really?? Here's our experience.. My guy ordered the "classic breakfast," no where did the gave $6.99, not even on the kid menu. Anyways, me.. I ordered a chop chicken salad. Half hour later, the waitress comes out with my guys food, waiting on my salad. Pancakes cold and hard, so she took them back. Wait, waited, waited some more.. nothing!! She brought out pancakes and these were hot, still mo salad. My guy tried to wait but i told him to eat. The waitress came back around and still nothing, so I canceled the salad, whats so hard with a salad.. Our waitress Sherri was great very attentive and patient. The manager, MARIA, well, really needs to work on her customer service etiquette. It's 0830 in the morning and people are coming to have breakfast and start their day. The approach, tone and overall attitude we received from MARIA was something a conversation with a teenage girl might represent. All because the establishment is lacking posted information about "the wheel" for discounts and "rules of the app" Again, THANK YOU TO SHERRI! She was wonderful!! I have to start off by giving our server Jennifer the highest kudos for her amazing attentiveness and the most cheerful disposition you can ask for. She was consistent with every table around us. This was probably one of the smallest IHOP that I have ever been to. It was a little crowded and seemed to be stuffy due to the lack of space. However, the customer service was also one of the best. We were attending a celebration of life for one of my dearest and loving friend that is a brother. I was completely heartbroken. I left the church just to get away for a few hours until the service actually started. I walked in with my husband to IHOP and just wanted a comfort meal. Jennifer was amazingly cheerful and had the best princess voice. I am holding in my tears and trying to place the order. She had the most brightest smile. I also noticed that she was this way with every table around us, which there were a lot of people in there for the space. I ordered the country fried steak combo with pancakes. I asked for extra crispy hash browns. Please note, the other restaurants usually never remember how to do that. Jennifer made sure that my hash browns came out extra crispy and she made sure to let me know. My husband ordered the steak combo for the very first time, and he was definitely not disappointed. The state was tender and flavorful. The pancakes of course were light and fluffy. The eggs were scrambled hardwood cheese as he requested. Jennifer really made sure that the food was done properly before bringing it out to us. She checked on our coffee and she checked on my husband soda or apple juice to make sure that it was constantly filled. She noticed that I was crying and being sorrowful, so she made sure to always come over and smile and asked if I needed anything else Her effortless customer service to make sure that our meal was right and the atmosphere was as cheerful as can be made such an extreme difference that morning for me. I will definitely come back to this IHOP and I highly recommend it over others. Honestly I don't know where to start, the service was bad, the cleanliness of the place was horrible, our table was sticky not cleaned off right. We asked for a booster seat for my son and it was so dirty and had left over residue of something we couldn't even tell we had to wipe it down ourselves. I ordered big breakfast burrito, crispy hashbrown, and buttermilk biscuit and gravy. - Big breakfast burrito $19.36 Hickory smoked bacon, pork sausage link, scrambled eggs, jack & cheddar cheese. Been coming here for years! Visited recently at night and had a really great experience. There was an employee there, I believe her name was Kayla, but she was working so hard I couldn't believe it. We arrived around 10pm but despite that there was a 5 party rush with about 40-50 people total. She was the only server/host there and they only had one cook as well. I heard a few tables trying to give her a hard time for the wait but she handled it well. Her service was amazing and her attitude was positive despite the insane rush she was experiencing. Dropped food off and was never seen again until check was brought out. No checking on food or drink refills. Place was not busy and plenty people working. I had no idea there were IHOP's that didn't open 24/7, but apparently there, but not this one! It's a cute and cozy IHOP with the classical triangular roof. Nice warm lighting, it is definitely a bit smaller than the other more "rectangular" restaurant locations, but it has a nice charm to it. Our server was efficient in getting us seated, taking our orders, and getting the food out to us too, all in a friendly manner as well. They have a special from 7 AM - 10 PM for their House Favs. We got the House Scramble and French Toast combo with your choice of eggs and either bacon or sausage. Since the scramble is already scrambled eggs we got the other eggs over easy and we chose sausage. Pretty decent dishes. The French toast was perfectly cinnamon sweet, so there was no need to add any extra syrup. The scramble has a good amount of bacon in it and hash browns weren't bad either. The sausages though, man they weren't lying when they said size matters. Super thin and weak, think like a pinky. This came with our meal so I can't imagine people paying more to get them as an additional side only to get skinny weak wieners. Other than that, solid diner open all year round. read more

I haven't been hearing in years. What brought me back was the 7 dollar deal. First it's was suffocating, mugy and very warm. The wait to be seated was not to bad but seating felt crowded too close. The food, I got the French toast very good bacon so small and very greasy, and two over medium eggs Gross and runny. Also two of us in our party got our meals at the same time and the last got his after we were about half done with ours. It took a good 40 minutes to get our food. Our service girl was polite. But we were so uncomfortable and it took so long and the food was just so so if it wasn't for the 7 dollar deal its too pricey. I will not be coming back. read more

Was originally leaving 3 stars but I'm putting 2, hoping management will see. Please tell your cooks to learn how to make an actual over-medium egg. I am somewhat of a regular now and everytime I order over-medium they give me over easy eggs. I've been here during both busy and not busy times and without fail, any other variant of eggs is just over easy to them. I really like coming here, the egg thing is the only thing that stops this place from being a 5 star for me. Love this IHOP, the food is always on point with taste and it's Hott !! Seems pretty busy every time I go(I think I know why ), with lots of great servers as I've been served by them all . My favorite is Kelly, she's always has a smile and is very helpful when I'm looking to try something new and I'm never disappointed in her recommendations. In any case, I was not made aware by the server about the specials that were available during my ordering, and was charged full price for an almost identical meal. I had just finished my meal when a feed popped up to tell me of IHOP specials ! Yep. Too late as I had already eaten. The reason I came here is because I cannot make the same kind of pancakes even to save my life. DO NOT SIT at either of the two (2) middle small tables at the back of the restaurant (at exit door closest to the street Citrus)!! The ceiling fan in the center cannot be turned off and it is directly above those two tables. The fan is so strong. It was blowing my hair and blowing my napkins off the table. I had to have them warm up my meal at least once because it's so chilly back here and I'm not a person that is affected by cold air at all. I was a waitress for years and I know how hot it can be in a restaurant when you're up and running around, but this was extremely chilly and cold sitting in one spot. I didn't wanna move to a really large table in the back because that would've taken up some of their seating for other customers That came in a large group. Came in on a Monday morning at 10am ish. Dined in for a table of 4. We checked in and we're told it'll be a few minutes. We waited inside the seating area and within 5-10 minutes we were called to our table. We sat and looked through our menus. Our server greeted our table about 5 minutes in and got our drinks, then came back another 5 minutes to get our order. Our order took about 20-25 minutes to come out. The food was okay, nothing special. The sausage links looked and tasted very plasticky, that's the best way I can describe it. The eggs were bland and the only thing that made it better was the ketchup or hot sauce. Of course we finished our orange juice fast so we each got another round. We each got a combo of something and our bill was a total of $92 not including the tip. The server was great she was there at the right times and assisted us with whatever we needed throughout our stay. All in all we were there for about 1 hour. Been coming here my whole life, and I am 59 years old!! This is a fun one with the super high vaulted ceilings like in a cabin in the mountains. Honest food served by hard-working people. I ate here Christmas morning with my wife and had a great time and greatly appreciated the people working. Arguably the best tasting pancakes on earth. Overall service was good...our server, Claudia was awesome to the kids, was attentive, and patient given how dang busy this store is! Our wait time was fair - but a bit long!! This place is NEVER not crowded - no matter the day of the week; today was a Friday and it was amazingly full. Thankfully I've got patient kids.
