It's a solid, newer Taco Bell location. There's seating inside and outside. Lots of self-ordering kiosks, but it can bet short staffed here. Just know that there is also no drive thru for this location, but it makes sense with how small it is and how small the lot is as well. Despite how fisted it was and how busy it got, the staff did their best to be as efficient, welcoming, and helpful as possible. You have to get all utensils, condiments, straws, lids, etc from the staff though. We ordered everything from the Decades menu. Affordable, and goes for the standard Taco Bell quality. We got the limited orange vanilla slush. Way too sweet and gross and syrup-y but that might be from the type of drink it is. Decent location. read more

Well I wont be ordering any food from this location again. I was waiting for someone to come out of the restroom so we could order some food together and the taller man in the black shirt came out of owhere walked over to the counter and started shouting and asking me if ive been helped or need anything in a very rude and disgusting way he made me feel unwelcomed and clearly had an issue with me waiting at the table for about 3 minutes. I really hope thats not your manager or team lead cause if it is you guys need a new one. Literally left and went somewhere else to eat not giving my business to cr*p service. read more

When it's super hot outside and you're in the area, you can count on Taco Bell for an affordable lunch with a working restroom (ask staff to let you in as they need to code you in). It was such a hot day and during a pogo event there's just so many people around the area we started getting hungry and needed a place to eat and rest. Taco Bell doesn't have a drive through but inside was super nice and cold, there's mobile kiosks for you to order so there's no line and you can also mobile order via the app! We got three Doritos tacos and a chicken quesadilla with a fountain drink (free refills). We didn't wait long for our food to be ready. They call out your order by name (first name and last name initial). The tacos were just as good as I remembered in college, crispy Doritos flavored shell and the lettuce and cheese falling apart everywhere so you have to catch them from the wrapper to stuff it back into the taco shell. Meat is still sitting on the bottom and not moving. The quesadillas are so good, I know it's just cheese, chicken, and their Taco Bell sauce but you can't recreate it at home (I tried and not the same). Getting a Mountain Dew Baja blast was what I wanted at Taco Bell but back then they didn't have zero sugar options, now they do! So glad I could get this brightly colored drink. Overall, very nice taco bell. Restrooms are clean, tables are plenty and more seating outside (not good when it's super hot), and multiple Kiosk order stations means no waiting in just one line! read more

Friendly staff, I used to stop by every Wednesday after pokemon go raid hour or some sort of pogo event at the nearby park. I always forget to take pictures of my food when I come here. The food always correct and fast! He makes sure to greet each and every customer that walks in, and he tells each one to have a wonderful day as they leave! He makes you feel welcome!! I had gone yesterday to pickup food for my brother. He had asked me for 2 stackers, nacho fries and a Baja blast. But what I had gotten instead were these two weird looking taco with purple stuff inside. Ordered a good quantity of food for the family tonight, we requested 8 packets of hot sauce and got zero! How can you forget to include sauces on quite a big order? All of the food was really cold too as if it had been sitting out for hours (most likely was). Nacho fries were especially bland, dry, and cold. Really unappetizing and disappointing! If they can't even remember to include sauces in an order, and forget that food has to be served warm, then they can't be trusted to do anything right. Order family pack tacos to go. On my way to the car I forgot to ask for sauce. I walked back in and ask a young man for sauce. He was polite and placed hot sauce in a small bag for me. He then replied with have a good evening ma'am, Wow !! cannot remember the last time a fast food worker was so polite. Nobody wants your stupid kiosk system! It takes way too long, you have to use it to order and then if your paying cash, you still have to go to the counter. I would honestly give this place a zero if I could. The food quality was terrible. We were given a Crunchwrap that was completely open and fallen apart. I am such a big fan of Tacobell. I love Tacobell! I live by one as well and I go here sometimes on my way to school. I usually order through a drive thru whenever I go o Tacobells but this one does not have a drive which I find peculiar but at the same time it's understandable since this branch is located in old town Covina with their small buildings and such. Parking here kind of sucks since everytime I go, their parking lot is full. So I park on the little street next to the place. Each time I go the workers are always nice and willing to assist you. They always have a smile on their face and know how to assist customers. One time while I was waiting one of the cashiers was taking his time in regards to helping out a customer in a section of the menu and what was in it or what the the customer was looking for. Idk as a college student sometimes I'm sort of broke and have a budget on what to spend. This one time I bought everything from their dollar menu and also bought their new "sliders" which was a dollar and is sort of like mini version of their yummy crunch wrap supreme. My thoughts on the sliders bleh...it lacks flavors, I've tried two out of three of them and two of them were pretty bland to me. But their Frito burrito and bean and cheese burrito are pretty good Anyway I'm a sucker for Tacobell. I deducted one star because of how there is no drive thru and how the parking lot is small.
