Upon arrival, we were greeted by the kitchen staff before the hostess. Which should have been telling about the type of service I was about to receive. However, Alyssa (one of the hosts) was very polite with incredible customer service. We waited outside because the lobby area was full, but she came out and offered us seats inside once the space was clear. That was really nice, going above and beyond in thinking about guests first. Alyssa asked if it was okay for our party of 6 to be split into two booths that are back to back. To not make things harder for them, we all thought it would be fine. Our server was Ismale, and at the start, he seemed to be very attentive, but at some point, he dropped the ball. All of the food came out almost at the same time, with the exception of my main dish. He and another server brought out our meals, but my omelette was completely forgotten. I initially thought he brought out pancakes and would bring out the rest eventually. Until I was asked, 'where was the rest of my meal?' After waiting for some time, we finally saw our server making his rounds. He came over to ask us, " How is everything?" I let him know that I hadn't received my meal. Ismale brought it out with an apology, and within 10 minutes or so, he came out with our check. Sadly, he didn't offer a discount or anything to make up for that. Dirty silverware, forgotten meal, and only once coming to check on our table. Which was also the only time our tables received any refills. Lastly, the omelettes seemed to not be fully cooked. I had high hopes coming here but I was so disappointed. Don't think I'd come to this location again. Prices were exceedingly high for the service I received and poor standard of care that was given.

Came in after a long 10 hour shift and an I just say I had some of the best customer service ive had in a very long time!! This location is the only one that we visit every time my family decides to get a meal at 12 at night. It was quiet and relaxing for my partner and I. The food is always great. Perfect portion. Perfect taste and perfect pricing. We got the Pancake Combo and the French Toast Combo, and both were amazing. I definitely satisfied my breakfast craving in the evening. But the best part was the service provided by EDITH. She was a very kind and genuine waitress that treated us with respect and superb service. She did everything perfect as a waiter. I'm also a server at another restaurant and EDITH did everything I enjoy having as a server. We're hoping to get her as our server for the upcoming visits. Hubby and and I came on tonight for a Lil bite. Was already 9pm, didn't want anything heavy. Store was empty and our server, Armando said we were his 3rd customer for his shift. Food was great even though I ordered the florentine crepes and ended up with the breakfast ones lol they were still really good. Edith was our server and she was attentive and courteous. I prefer this ihop over others since it's really clean and the managers are attentive and they walk around to make sure everything is ok. Not getting my order correct wasn't a big deal and I didn't even mention it to staff since I did like what I got but next time I'll make sure I get what I ordered. Overall good experience read more

I bring my family here often for breakfast. The kids enjoy their selections and drinks, especially the perfect amount of ice on a hot February day. Our server Edith was very attentive towards my partner and I! Have never had a single issue with our food and the service here! I definitely recommend this location for a calm place to eat during early mornings! This location is also very comfortable and I feel safe being there! The service was absolutely phenomenal thanks to our friendly and amazing server Armando genuinely if you get him as your server you are lucky. He was very attentive and passionate. Not only that but the food here is always great I got the chicken and waffles and he put in a special request without me knowing to the chef to have it made how they used to so the waffles aren't stacked and get soggy. We also came pretty late since it's 24hrs and the vibes are cozy and chill. Always love coming to IHOP over its competitors like Denny's, it's better in every way. And again shout out to Armando for real, he made the experience that much better. read more

Incredible breakfast. I haven't been to an IHOP in almost 5 years but this experience definitely won me back. We entered the restaurant pretty late but regardless of that fact everything was still high quality. The inside of the restaurant was so cute and nostalgic. Retro booths, great lighting, and a clean dining area! And our server Serena was FANTASTIC. Genuinely. She was so kind, attentive, and gave detailed explanations of menu items when we asked about them. Our food came out pretty quickly as well which was great! Everything was cooked to perfection; they even got the eggs I ordered correctly which tbh is hard to come by whenever I go to a diner. I'm impressed. I have 0 complaints everything was genuinely perfect. Oh and lastly I'm very grateful that this place is open 24hrs. Not many businesses do that anymore so that was refreshing to see! 10/10 experience! read more

Came here with my coworkers for an after early morning shift. And the service was welcoming and nice. They accommodated our 7 person group with no issues and even extended us to an additional table for more "elbow room". Our server was very attentive and friendly. She checked on us during our meal asking if we need refills and anything else. My food was good. Typical IHOP food. It did not disappoint read more

Bravo Burgers has been around for a while, and always satisfies that craving of a mom & pop type burger.

Came in with my family of 6. Two kids and the rest adults. My husband and I have came here before and it's always been good. Our server was amazing, I love going to a restaurant that you've ate before and the servers know who you are and welcome you as if you are a new customer. Our server introduced herself and asked if we were ready some of us weren't ready but the rest were. Let her know to come back and she did. The second time around she ask if we were ready but we still were indecisive so told her to come back and she smiled and said okay. She came back and we were all ready and she had the best personality and very helpful on what to get! I ordered a soup with my sandwich and she brought it out so fast, it was fantastic!! I took notice that she chatted with the other customers and definitely made them feel great. She got a customer who ordered a soup and she brought it out super fast and the customer definitely seemed happy! Also another couple came in and the mom forgot to mention that her son didn't like salt or seasoning on the fries and asked the server if she could change the fries and she said of course and took them back. In most restaurants you see a server being rude and saying no because it was the customers fault but she didn't mind it at all which makes me grateful to iHop that they have such great employees!!! Made a Yelp account just to write this review. Came in on a Sunday night with my family of 8. I was a little late but as soon as I walk in and sit down my waitress asked me for my drink. Very impressed. Most waitresses take a while cause they don't think you're ready which is understandable. She came back asked us if we were ready and we sure were! My family got their food nice and warm everything we ordered was served exactly how we wanted it! She always came to check on us. I noticed she had a table which had sipped their last of their drink and she dropped a new refill of and her table was impressed and happy. I must say whoever trained these girls did a fantastic job. I've came in the morning and every waitress has been outstanding!!! Just her in particular made my stay more pleasant! We ordered some more food and was out nice and hot! Such a good evening. If the manager sees this or the owner or someone looking for a good review I recommend this place!!! I definitely wanna see this teamwork and hospitality at other restaurants! I recently visited IHOP and was incredibly impressed by our waitress, Serena. She was single-handedly managing all the tables, greeting customers, and even handling the front desk duties. Despite the heavy workload, Serena was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. She checked on every table, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. I've been coming here for many years but have never written a review. I used to go to the one in Pomona because it's closer to me but I prefer this one. The servers are always friendly and the service is outstanding. Claudia was our server today and she is so sweet and personable. Food came out great and super fast for it being so busy before 4th of July. Parking is always easy and you're seated quickly. Nothing but good things about this location. Will always come here instead of Pomona. read more
