This location is the only one that we visit every time my family decides to get a meal at 12 at night. It was quiet and relaxing for my partner and I. The food is always great. Perfect portion. Perfect taste and perfect pricing. We got the Pancake Combo and the French Toast Combo, and both were amazing. I definitely satisfied my breakfast craving in the evening. But the best part was the service provided by EDITH. She was a very kind and genuine waitress that treated us with respect and superb service. She did everything perfect as a waiter. I'm also a server at another restaurant and EDITH did everything I enjoy having as a server. We're hoping to get her as our server for the upcoming visits. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the kitchen staff before the hostess. Which should have been telling about the type of service I was about to receive. However, Alyssa (one of the hosts) was very polite with incredible customer service. We waited outside because the lobby area was full, but she came out and offered us seats inside once the space was clear. That was really nice, going above and beyond in thinking about guests first. Alyssa asked if it was okay for our party of 6 to be split into two booths that are back to back. To not make things harder for them, we all thought it would be fine. Our server was Ismale, and at the start, he seemed to be very attentive, but at some point, he dropped the ball. All of the food came out almost at the same time, with the exception of my main dish. He and another server brought out our meals, but my omelette was completely forgotten. I initially thought he brought out pancakes and would bring out the rest eventually. Until I was asked, 'where was the rest of my meal?' After waiting for some time, we finally saw our server making his rounds. He came over to ask us, " How is everything?" I let him know that I hadn't received my meal. Ismale brought it out with an apology, and within 10 minutes or so, he came out with our check. Sadly, he didn't offer a discount or anything to make up for that. Dirty silverware, forgotten meal, and only once coming to check on our table. Which was also the only time our tables received any refills. Lastly, the omelettes seemed to not be fully cooked. I had high hopes coming here but I was so disappointed. Incredible breakfast. I haven't been to an IHOP in almost 5 years but this experience definitely won me back. We entered the restaurant pretty late but regardless of that fact everything was still high quality. The inside of the restaurant was so cute and nostalgic. Retro booths, great lighting, and a clean dining area! And our server Serena was FANTASTIC. Genuinely. She was so kind, attentive, and gave detailed explanations of menu items when we asked about them. Our food came out pretty quickly as well which was great! Everything was cooked to perfection; they even got the eggs I ordered correctly which tbh is hard to come by whenever I go to a diner. I'm impressed. I have 0 complaints everything was genuinely perfect. Oh and lastly I'm very grateful that this place is open 24hrs. The service was absolutely phenomenal thanks to our friendly and amazing server Armando genuinely if you get him as your server you are lucky. He was very attentive and passionate. Not only that but the food here is always great I got the chicken and waffles and he put in a special request without me knowing to the chef to have it made how they used to so the waffles aren't stacked and get soggy. We also came pretty late since it's 24hrs and the vibes are cozy and chill. Always love coming to IHOP over its competitors like Denny's, it's better in every way.
