I visited on a Thursday morning, and to my delight, the atmosphere was wonderfully quiet. It took me a moment to decide on my order, but the Vital Proteins Blue Bowl caught my eye and sounded delicious, so I went for it. The bowl is made with non-fat yogurt, pineapple, mango, a pineapple juice blend, lemonade, Vital Proteins collagen, and spirulina, topped with a delightful array of almonds, banana, blueberries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, coconut flakes, goji berries, hemp granola, peanuts, pineapple, and strawberries. I had a Groupon gift for $30, which needed to be used in one go. So, I added a Sambazon energy drink, a couple of Lenny and Larry protein cookies, and some pretzels, as well as an extra boost for my bowl. The total came out just a few cents over the gift amount, but it was well worth it--the gift was much appreciated! Although Juice It Up wasn't my first choice initially, this visit completely changed my perspective. The bowl was incredibly tasty, and the service fast and friendly. I plan on coming back for more!

GENUINELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN MY LIFE. It was normal Saturday and I decided it was good for juice it up. So i get here after a long workout and I order my usual, the Sandìa Loca. This is my first time at this location and I was not expecting to have a whole layer of tajin at the bottom of my drink. I proceeded to mix my drink my usual and now every sip is full of tajin. Not only that there's still of tajin at the bottom. This is unbelievable and have never had experience this before. Please rethink ordering anything with tajin from this location unless you're an avid enjoyer of it.

Great customer service! Natalie was very efficient and providing different options! I settled on a mango mania which was really delicious made exactly as requested.

We came back because the previous time we came was so good. However this time the girl taking our order seemed to have attitude and not take any notes on the specifications of the order. When the food and drink came out, none of it was made to our specifications. We asked for honey on the side but the bowl had honey all over it. We asked for the drink to not have chocolate drizzle bc it's too sweet, but the drink still had it. When she gave me the drink, the entire outside of the cup was dripping wet and had chocolate sauce down the outside. She saw me looking at it trying to figure out how to pick up the drink without getting my hand wet We had to send both the drink and bowl back to be remade. Even before tasting the drink I knew it wasn't going to be good bc the color was so off. Th drink tasted awful and nothing like when we came here previously. The bowl was also entirely melted with very little fruits and so little almond butter which we paid a dollar extra for. When I told the girl, she checked the receipt to defend that she had made it correctly and never apologized read more

Upon entering, we were able to order on the tablet instead of with a cashier. They laid out all of their menu options on the tablet, some with pictures and some without. We decided to get smoothies instead since the acai seemed to be scooped from a premade tub. We got strawberry banana & a tropical smoothie. I got myself a green juice filled with veggies and fruits. We waited around 10 minutes for everything to be freshly blended and juiced. To my surprise, it was absolutely phenomenal! It was so fresh and just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I would definitely come back. I'm not sure if I would try their acai bowls. It did look promising so maybe I will try it one day.

When I commented on the lack of greeting, she shrugged and claimed she had said hi, then rolled her eyes again when I explained I hadn't heard her. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and I decided to leave without ordering. I've never felt so unwelcome as a paying customer. I'm sharing this because this type of behavior drives loyal customers away. Until this is addressed, I won't be returning.

It was easily my favorite sweet item. The Chipotle Chicken Panini was also very delicious and they did modify it with the exclusions I asked for but it was a bit heavy on the chipotle sauce, and I didn't see any avocado in my sandwich. That was a little disappointing, but overall it was still tasty and satisfying. Overall, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the customer service was excellent. Two tables outside to dine on if you want to eat there & a few bar stool seating inside as well. The vibes inside were cute and matched their theme. Kind of dark since majority of the place is painted black so pictures inside didn't turn out so nice unless you had it at a good angle near the window but I wasn't really here to take pictures, I was really here to try what they're offering. Donuts: The donuts are pretty, that's for sure. Plenty of options and donuts I think ranged in pricing depending on the specialty level. The ones we got range from $4-$7. We got half a dozen donuts along with breakfast items & coffee to try. We got the ube mochi, hello kitty character, unicorn, Banana Pudding, Oreo and Nutella donuts to try. The design are very eye catching for sure. Donuts are nice and fluffy and packed with flavors. Kids really enjoyed them. They're a bit pricey and not something you can regularly buy in this type of economy on a daily basis. To me, they're fun to buy for special occasions and that's probably what we'll do for birthdays or events. For the food, we got a PD breakfast burrito. They offered to cut it in half. The burrito itself is already $16. They asked if we wanted to add cheese or avocado. I was curious and did it. We added cheese and avocado at an extra cost to it. Cheese was $1 and Avocado was $2.50. Extra salsa was 51 cents. It's the size of my hand and a hefty looking burrito. At that point, it's really a questionable choice of why am I spending almost $20 on a burrito.. Haha but it was a decent burrito but in the end, everything was an extra cost after the initial order of the item. Would I buy it again? No. Was it worth it? Not really. But definitely good to try if you are craving a breakfast burrito and don't mind the price. Drinks: We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee and Sea Salt Cold Brew. We added an extra shot to the cold brew. The cold brew was good. The Ube Vietnamese coffee was good too. It's a premade coffee drink and not customizable. It's more on the sweeter end than a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I usually like it not as sweet but it was the combo that I was curious about and went with it. Good flavors. Wished the coffee was a bit more bolder for the Vietnamese coffee part but it's not bad. Service was nice and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and I appreciated the explanations and recommendations while deciding.

Bring Card or Contactless Payment. Also, be wary of the sugar levels if sensitive. I selected 30% sugar, and it still fired a welcomed, punchy sugary taste.) I arrived at Chun Yang Tea (Chino) on Tuesday (around 3:21PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE! Chun Yang Tea (Chino) is a stall in the Eat Up Food Court inside the 99 Ranch Store. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers can also order at the counter, but Staff speaks limited English. Staff is very hardworking and professional. My drink took about one minute. FAST!! As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea ($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). I had to hold back the instinct to cry tears of joy. The tea flavor is prominent, fresh, and not burnt. The liquid is honey-like, thirst-quenching, and refreshing. I absolutely LOVE this drink. I had to immediately fight back the urge to purchase another. On ambiance, Chun Yang Tea (Chino) surprised me. It's located in a foodcourt, but the location felt clean, well-ventilated, and useful. I saw several flat screen TVs playing the baseball game with English captions. Upbeat, playful music chimed. And there's a Gender Neutral restroom several feet away. In addition, the location is spacious. There's over seven nearby tables. And there's two available electrical outlets nearby the stall. However, if I had to nitpick, there's a very faint scent of the Asian grocery store in the background. It's very faint, but it's noticeable. Overall, I found myself gobsmacked and enthusiastic from my experience at Chun Yang Tea (Chino). The tea is affordable, high-quality, and TASTY! It's one of the best! Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. The bobarista was actually enjoying his meal. He quickly got up to assist me and my order. As I stood around, I watched him make my drink while looking at the decor. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!

Great fast service and a full menu of various drinks that some Juice it Up's do not include. Also there is the secret menu here, you just have to ask. I had a Watermelon Madness and it was excellent! I visit several locations of Juice it Up during the week and they mostly all do a great job, but this location really makes a great smoothie. Juice it up on Euclid and Schaefer is AMAZING!!! Their a little slow right now because their training but if something is made wrong I just ask them to fix it and they do!!! Went to Juice It Up with my friends around 7:30 and had a really good experience. We got the Mango Manias and Pineapple Mango Protein smoothies, and both were amazing,I definitely recommend them.
