Today my husband and I went to have breakfast at I Hop 4122 Buford Dr., Buford, GA 30518, and we are very grateful to the employee Roberta, who greeted us warmly and kindly while taking our order. My husband, Israel, and I, Evelyn, were very happy. Roberta's kindness made us feel like family. Roberta, you are very polite and kind. You are an excellent employee. Excellent work! We give you 100%! God bless you!

Another successful visit, we asked to be seated in Kerriann's section, the dining area was full, but they accomodated us anyway. It has been a few months since we visited but she remebered my order, and what I like to eatat IHOP, very impressive. We were seated quickly despite them being nearly full. Great service and food. We ordered black tea, coffee and waters. I had the (off menu) pigs in a blanket and a biscuit, she had the 55+ french toast with sausage. The food was tasty and cooked well. It could have been hotter but, as busy as they were, understandable. Always a pleasure when served by Kerriann. We will return. It was good seeing this place so full on a Thursday.

Breakfast burrito with a avocado a must

Someone in management made a major error in ordering food. No waffles, no cheese, no avocado, no burgers, no fries, no cream cheese, no crêpes. And the list goes on. Several people left because there's no food. Not sure how they could get that low on food . Service was super pleasant though, so we ordered pancakes.

Plenty of parking by the restaurant. The restaurant had a decent crowd and only one waitress...she did an amazing job despite being the only one taking care of so many tables. I will say the inside is a bit worn down but the service was good and food actually tasted good too. Mozzarella sticks: came out first and it was hot! Nice and fresh. When you eat it, the cheese pulls out nicely - my kid who doesn't usually even eat cheese was intrigued to try! Steak burger: nice and juicy. It actually stood tall like the picture! Would have been even better if it had a bit of a kick to it. The onion rings were nice and crispy. Breakfast sampler: your typical breakfast items. Pancakes were fluffy. Kids meal: the tenders were a bit dry but the waffles were good! Overall we had a pleasant meal. Can't complain about the cost either. Just wish it was a little more updated on the inside without the old building smell.

The second time I came back we were greeted with a 30-min wait, which was expected due to the weekend and peak hour. But to our surprise we were actually seated within 15-minutes. While we waited, I used the restroom for the first time and it was clean and smelled fresh with cute decor. We were served with drinks right away and our server was very pleasant and accommodating. We looked at the menu beforehand, but last minute my husband and I decided to try recommended dishes. Here's our spread: Strawberry Short stack - 5/5 Sausage and egg biscuit with - 4/5 Cowboy omelette - 5/5 Chicken & Waffles - 5/5 Philly Fries Meal - 5/5 Bottomless Sweet Tea - 5/5 The pancakes were moist and fluffy with the right amount of sweetness. My daughter swore she'd eat the entire stack, but of course we knew otherwise. My mother in law enjoyed the sausage and egg biscuit, the sausage was a little more well done than she'd like but everything was seasoned well. The Philly fries were a surprise due to its massive size. My family demolished it. It was seasoned well with the right balance of meat, onions and cheese, my daughter wanted to it all by herself lol. The Cowboy omelette was also massive. The eggs cooked well stuffed with all the fixings - they definitely didn't skimp on it. Topped with fresh guacamole and salsa it was a delight. The chicken and waffles was recommended by our server and my husband was amazed by the whole dish. The balance of sweet and salty and the textures were perfect. The crunch of the chicken didn't take away from the moist meat. He created his "perfect bite" with a piece of chicken and waffles and it was heavenly. I'd definitely get it for myself next time. The waffle had a slight bite but also moist. I've experienced dry waffles before and this proved otherwise. Overall the experience was great. The service was excellent especially during a rush hour. Also we were very happy to see the Christmas decor. It really felt like a hometown feel and we enjoyed every minute. Definitely have Oy! on your list for brunch with the family! I'd visit once a week if I could.

We ordered a few different dishes including steak and eggs, French toast, pancakes with bacon, and a burger with fries. The steak was cooked nicely, but it was a little tough. The French toast was thick and tasty, but it tasted more like bread pudding to me--it wasn't as light and fluffy as traditional French toast. The pancakes were simple but good. Portions were generous and definitely filling. Overall, the food was good, but not quite as impressive as I had expected. I also wish their juice was fresh squeezed. Overall, it's a solid brunch spot, but with a few small improvements it could be even better.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a very pink, cozy interior -- cute and inviting. The café does get busy, so expect some hustle and bustle. Menu-wise, the selection felt limited compared to what we're used to. We started with the beignets, but unfortunately they were too dense and tough for our liking. The chocolate sauce didn't add much flavor either. For our mains, I ordered the Hopewell Farm grass-fed burger with pimento cheese, and my husband had the buttermilk pancakes. The burger was delicious -- the pimento cheese really elevated it. The horseradish is made in-house which was creamy and delicious...coming from someone who does not like horseradish. The pancakes were huge, fluffy, and very filling. Overall, the food was good and flavorful. Service was fine -- friendly but nothing remarkable. It's a cute spot to try once, especially if you like a photo-worthy atmosphere, but it probably wouldn't be our regular go-to.

-1 hour and 20 minutes wait on wait list (and we think the hostess forgot about us)…read more-30 minutes to wait for food after seated -some elements forgotten on food This was my first time at the suwanee location. Showed up at 11am on Sunday for a birthday brunch. The hostess said there was a wait but could not give us an estimate. We got on their wait list which was on the toast app and texted to us. We sat in the car and waited as people shuffled in and out of the door. There were 7 tables ahead of us according to the app. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. We noticed so many people were doing take out orders. We went inside to inquire about the remaining wait time to consider take out instead. When we asked the same hostess who put us down on the wait list, she seemed alarmed when I gave her my name and was like "oh you're (my name)". We asked if we missed something for the wait list and she said no. A table was leaving and she said we could have that one and this was when the wait list said there were 2 tables ahead of us left. My group felt that she may have skipped us or forgotten about us based on her reaction. Our server was very nice. We waited another 30 minutes for food after being seated. My sis wanted to go here for her birthday because of the brunch vibes and mimosas. This was a part of the reason why we just waited the long wait. Turns out this suwanee location does not serve alcohol. :( Food: The shrimp and grits and fish ($25) and grits were pretty good, but I was surprised by how many onions were inside. I have never seen so many onions in grits before. It was in every bite. There were a lot of half cut bulbs of small onions in my grits (as pictured). I also felt that the presentation for the fish and grits was really messy and rushed. The fish and grits ($26) did not have that many onions in comparison. They also asked if we wanted cheese on our grits. We both said yes and it turned out there was a dollar charge added to our receipt for each one. I noticed mine didn't have cheese once I looked back at my photos, but my sister's did based on the color and taste. Hers was yellow on top and more savory. Mine was plainer and white, so I think they forgot my cheese. The shrimp was blackened and seasoned well though. The salmon was also a little dry and didn't pair as well with shrimp since it wasn't crunchy according to my sis. The chicken and biscuit ($18) had a lightly fried and crispy chicken that was very good. However, there was very little gravy just on the bottom of the plate, which was different from the photos where it was covered with gravy sauce on top. It made the dish a bit dry without more gravy. The side of potatoes for $5 was incredibly bland and plain. We barely touched them. The server automatically gave us 10% off our check because our food "took a while to come out" when we did not say anything to them. I wondered if its because they really did forget to seat us from the wait list. The food was pretty good outside of the lack of gravy on the chicken and bland potato side. But the wait time and overall experience to actually dine really took away from the overall experience. The seating is pretty limited to 2 seat tables and bigger groups would take up conjoined tables, which I believe is why the wait was so long. I think we would have had better luck with timing to going our food as so many people were picking up to go orders. The hostess also kept coming to our table to take the menu qr sign and would say sorry and interrupt our meal and then bring it back to interrupt again. She did this twice. The strange thing was that every table had one and we were seated furthest from where she was standing at the front door. I didn't understand why she couldn't have taken it from a closer table or why they didn't have a copy up front. It was disruptive. Overall, the potential for all of our dishes to be really good was definitely there. Some stuff was forgotten on our plates and the long wait really took away from the experience unfortunately.

It also had a hefty serving of black pepper. The ugly: The bathroom was poorly kept. The parking is a nightmare. We did have to wait a bit longer for the food to arrive, and drinks also took some time, but once we received everything, it was worth it. The Yosemite biscuit sandwich was good as usual and a good price for a filling meal. The "Christmas Chai" was excellent, it's my exact usual order at Starbucks. Whenever I get a chai with a splash of caramel, it absolutely tastes like Christmas. The cold brew was good. I only had a taste, but it's quality coffee. The only disappointment was the Lumberjack Special, which didn't feel worth the price. The ham was also extremely overcooked to the point where my fiancé hurt his teeth while eating it.
