They fixed my MacBook air for the most affordable price possible, I really appreciated all of their hard work and patience. My MacBook had an issue with the motherboard, which is a pretty expensive issue to fix. Normally a fix like that would cost around 350 dollars but they were willing to bring the price down to 250 dollars because of financial conflicts I was going through. My MacBook Air wouldn't turn on when I went to use it on Saturday morning. I came to IDOTEC about the issue and left my laptop with the owner. It was ready to go Tuesday afternoon. Turns out I kept my laptop on for too long without shutting it off. The owner was very knowledgeable and explained I should be shutting off my laptop periodically. Michael and Angel have great customer service! They really went above and beyond and helped me with my iPhone 7. I changed the glass screen and led, the back housing, and the glass screen on the back of the camera lens. He gave me a reasonable quote! But I will be going back to change my screen unit to an original apple screen because the colors on the replacement were not as bright as I'd like! But he said he'd do that and I just had to pay the difference for the original apple part! Glad I walked by and stepped inside and asked for a quote! And a BONUS! My Lenovo laptop wouldn't shut off, the keyboard wasn't working, and it would not update after restarting it multiple times. I tried all the methods of unlocking the computer's keyboard and my Computer geek friends tried as well. I was about to factory reset until I decided to call up repair shops near me. I found IDOTEC and the guy picked up up very quick. I asked him if he could repair it and like any good computer repairer, asked to see the computer in person so he can evaluate the job. I told him the urgency i needed the computer to be fixed by and he said the latest he will have it for will be 2 days and the earliest he would give it to me would be the same day. The service in total was $65 with the diagnostic included. Money well spent and he showed me that everything is running good and how it should. Very honest man as well. read more

They helped me out when my gaming PC was overheating which could've damaged my CPU. They ran a full diagnostic and identified that my liquid cooler was failing and were able to replace it with an air cooler that they had in-house, all within a reasonable amount of time (~about 4-5 days). My personal computer would not start because of an operating system problem and IDOTEC quickly repaired it and installed a solid state drive that made my computer much quieter and started up much more quickly. I brought in my PS4 for repairs to this place, and the guys there are super professional, courteous, and friendly. They had to order my part which took a bit longer than expected, after it was fixed I picked it up, they told me if anything was wrong with it to bring it back, sure enough it wasn't right. Took my PS4 right back, and they made a priority to get it fixed as soon as possible, 2 days later got my PS4 back in great results. I found this shop here on yelp after I needed servicing for my fossil of a computer. I had to check this shop out a couple of times before I posted my review. Its happened in the past that you try some place once, have a great experience, give it great reviews only to have not so good expierences to follow. Here the experience got better each time I've been back. I have an HPsaurus envy m4 (about 6+yrs n still kickin') an acient artifact by today's (or any time for that fact) standards. First time in the shop I had a part replaced and this time corrupted system fixed. Its up and purring as I type this. I came in tonight after coming in earlier to pick it up, returning for some assistance in getting it back to how I had it. Mike stayed after closing time to help me out. I truly appreciated that he waited and helped...any other place may have had me come back the next day but not Mike. He wasn't satisfied until I felt comfortable. Thanks Mike! Mike is awesome ! I found them via Yelp and requested a quote for my Mac book pro screen that cracked. He got back to me within a day not only initially but once I decided to work with him, his communication is quick and clear. There's a lot of anxiety when bringing in not only making such a big purchase but also leaving my computer with a stranger. Mike was very understanding and agreed to all my request (ex: can I pay for half first? I prefer not to leave my computer overnight, is that ok?) The first screen came in and actually had some spots on it - he reached back to his supplier and got me a new one free of charge and was very apologetic about the inconveniences and the wait. Here we go, I brought in my iPhone because it completely stopped working. Apparently I plugged into an interface that messed up my logic board or some crap. After leaving my phone there for a few days I. Thought home and the battery wasn't charging so I took back to Mike and after about a month of going back and forth with this dam phone he finally fixed it (without having to pay more)and it's been working fine. I went in for a faulty charging port on my iPhone 6. First I was quoted $35 over the phone when I called him. I went in and he told me it'll be about 35 minutes to an hour (4 hours later) they called me to pick it up. I show up, and he tells me it's going to be $50 because he had to replace the USB port entirely. I thought that he was doing that already? I hesitantly pay them. I was angry so I walked out, I get home and my anger subsides, only to find out they didn't replace the port! He must have just cleaned it (which some online tutorials suggested i do) but I payed $50 dollars to get it replaced, only to find out they didn't change it! Will not be going or recommending people here. Make sure the quote he gives is what he charges you! Bs! read more

Went in to get my mac checked out and the guy didn't speak english so he hands me a phone and I talk to some guy who tells me to just leave my computer and come back later.
