Mango Heaven!!!! Love the interior inside, it looks like a lounge with the cute luxe sofas and chairs. Place seems very clean. Their menu has so many options, I ordered the green tea crepe and the mango pancake. Great Chinese dessert spot in the H-MART plaza, and open late! I love mango and coconut, and the menu here gives you a ton of variety. Especially awesome for folks who want vegan, vegetarian, dairy and/or gluten free options! It can get busy, especially on weekends, but I haven't had too much trouble going on weekdays after 8pm. I was in town from Maryland visiting my friend in New Jersey for the weekend and wanted to hang out somewhere low key on Saturday night and this was the perfect spot for friends and families. Expect a wait time on weekends. We waited around 15-20 mins for a table. The place is a little small and I think they should expand the location or relocate to a larger space. Went to this location for a crepe and my sister wanted some ice cream. The ice cream tasted good, I mean it's hard to mess up ice cream. However, they did not have my crepe which was understandable. What bothered me was the man not wearing a mask or gloves. Everyone working with food should be wearing a mask AND gloves. I felt nasty even being inside while he was breathing and touching the food. Please AT LEAST wear mask!!! It doesn't seem right to require a mask for entry but not wear a mask as an employee. For the safety of customers and employees, everyone should be wearing a mask. We had dinner at Rutgers and was craving some good dessert! This place was just about 5 mins from Rutgers- not too far! I've been really craving mangoes and I know it's not mango season so I wasn't sure what it would taste like. The place is pretty spacious and they even have a long couch for you to wait for your table. We got seated pretty quickly and our dessert came out shortly after. The mango shaved ice was so delicious! We ordered the rice balls on the side and they were also really good. The food is pretty good but I always find that the service is incredibly slow. I once had to wait over 20 minutes for the check, even after asking for it. Just ordered A3. Snow White mango juice with Sago and pomelo with mango ice cream. As a girst timer here, I was really pleasantly surprised at how subtly sweet the dessert was. The Snow White juice, is actually coconut milk juice. All of the ingredients especially of course, the mango were Super Fresh. My husband ordered the waffle with ice cream and that was subtly sweet too! Don't be overwhelmed by the extensive menu, just take your time and ask lots of questions if you need to. The group in front of us was nice enough to correct them, but to spite people for pointing out their mistake they purposely didn't honor the numbers. Heard this place was open by a coworker so we decided to try it out after shopping at hmart. I was glad to see that it was quite empty after reading that it would be quite packed. The mini mochi with beans , jellies, and condensed milk was very disappointing. It didn't have any flavor and looked much better in the picture. Been here twice recently and they really don't get the same love as kung fu tea next door. There's usually no line and the drinks seem to be a bit cheaper as well.
