Original Bubble Waffle - waffley good! ;) - The image shows a close-up view of a partially opened egg carton filled with brown eggs. The eggs are arranged in rows, with some eggs visible inside the carton. The background is blurred, focusing on the eggs and the carton, which appears to be made of cardboard or similar material.

Un-boba-lievably good! Fast service, a super friendly owner, easy ordering, and high-quality everything. Their boba is tea-rrific--soft, bouncy pearls and customizable flavors (sugar and ice levels). Their Bubble Waffles? Eggs-ceptional! Crispy outside, soft inside. My daughter loves their chocolate version while I enjoy their classic one. Their Spam musubi? Get at least two--it's tasty and addictive! Great food, great vibes! This place is a boba-fide must visit! NOTES/TIPS: **Wheelchair-accessible. **Plenty of seating, plenty of parking in a lot shared with Shoprite and other stores. **My kids' boba art has been on the wall for over a year. The owner gave them free ice cream when they handed it to him.

Peach Green Tea Refresher with Strawberry popping Boba and spam musubi

HUGE selection of bubble tea and more - I was overwhelmed by the options! The customization was fantastic, choosing flavors, boba and tapioca, and most importantly sugar level. Ordered at a kiosk and was served in less than 5 minutes! I had a peach green tea refresher with strawberry popping boba - I did 30% sugar and it was still VERY sweet! Also tried their spam musubi, reminding me of Hawaii! My friend had a taro milk tea which is the best milk tea I've ever had (although I'm usually not a huge fan of milk tea) Lots of seating and space, much larger than appears on the outside! Will definitely return!

Front desk - The image features a glass display case filled with small toys and collectibles, illuminated by warm lighting. On top of the case, there are decorative items including a large Maneki-neko figure wearing a yellow hat, a golden piggy bank, and a colorful figurine. The background includes black walls, shelves with additional toys, and overhead lighting fixtures. The setting appears to be a retail shop or cafe with a playful, themed decor.

I absolutely love Kaito! It's a fantastic place to relax, enjoy some delicious boba tea, and hang out with friends or get some work done on your computer. They offer both dine-in and pickup options, which is super convenient. Staff is pretty nice. On my last visit, my sister and I placed a pickup order. I had the dragonfruit tea with no ice, no sugar, boba, golden boba, and lychee. It was absolutely delicious! My sister ordered the honey lemon tea with 30% sugar, regular ice, and boba, and she found it incredibly refreshing. We also tried the spam musubi and onigiri, both of which were scrumptious. The cozy vibe, tasty drinks, and great food make Kaito a perfect spot to unwind or get some work done. I highly recommend it.Don't forget to check out their desserts too!

I love this place! I'm drawn to the dark decor and I love the large booths in the back. The place is cool and so is the playlist. The staff was nice. The food options were plenty. They have my favorite bubble waffles in Central Jersey (so far) and my nephew LOVES their Ube Float. Love it so much that I went 3 times in a week.

The image shows the exterior of Kaito Bubble Tea, a bubble tea shop, at night. The storefront has illuminated signage displaying the name 'Kaito' and a smaller sign for 'Bubble Tea.' Large glass windows reveal the interior, which is lit and has signage for menu items like rice bowls and waffles. The building has a brick exterior with a brick column and a sidewalk in front. A car is partially visible in the parking area.

Nice establishment. First time having bubble and this was an awesome experience. I love how the staff walked me thru the options and helped me make a decision without feeling rushed. I also enjoyed how you can control the level of sweetness you desire. Pretty cool place and I'm looking forward to trying it again soon.

If you're looking for a casual place with good snacks and bubble tea, this is the place! Super spacious inside. They have self order kiosks with pictures, which make ordering so easy. I had to try the spam musubi and it was so good! Highly recommend if you're not sure which snack to get. The fruit tea was super refreshing. Very good pricing as well!

Kaito is always my go to for dessert :) Love how they serve Ube flavored floats, icecream , and waffles.

Really good drinks! I feel like most bubble tea places are just meh to me but I really liked this one. Hubby and I came by on a Saturday at around 2 pm and the place wasn't too busy except for some UberEats orders. I had iced rose milk tea with bubbles and it had lots of flavor. Hubby had the taro slush, which I also liked - lots of taro flavor. You can choose your sweetness level. We both did 0% and it was already sweet enough for us so you might want to start lower rather than higher. They also have a lot of different toppings you can choose from, and milk alternatives. Will definitely be back for more drinks!

    Thai Tea Float

Initially came to have bubble tea, but after scrolling through the menu on the tablet I saw they had bubble tea FLOATs and was sold. I loved my bubble tea float so much. I had the Thai tea one. Had it with Passion Fruit popping bobba. Such a great combination. Was also able to try my partner's Uber Taro float. They both were very good and satisfying. The Ice cream in the Taro one was delicious. Also tried the spicy kani onigiri. It was warn which made it enjoyable on that cold evening. Good taste and well structured. Shareable as it's pretty big. Inside has a lot of seating. It's very clean. Fast service, the order on the screen said 20m wait but we didn't wait more than 10m for the order. Will be going back to try more items. Very excited for the waffles.

All crepe orders come in a plastic cup - it's apparently impossible to put in the cup - The image shows a dessert served in a clear plastic container, consisting of whipped cream spread over a base, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and garnished with a wafer roll. The whipped cream is drizzled with chocolate syrup, creating a decorative pattern. The dessert appears to be a sweet treat, possibly from a cafe or dessert shop.

If you want your waffle ice cream dessert to be in a cup, you need to specify you want it presented in a cup, otherwise it comes in a plastic to-go tray UNLESS it is a pre-designed order from the list. These orders frequently fall over and need to be remade because the waffle is bigger than before and the cup is smaller than before. Plastic trays are being used until new larger cups are available. If you want the cup and nice presentation for now, you take risk if anything falls out -- and they say no remakes -- even though they know the cups are too small and prone to tipping / falling Needed kitchen to reproduce the product after being disappointed by the plastic to-go orders for an in-store order

Solid spot for dessert/ bubble tea in the area. They have a great selection of desserts and bubble tea. Tried the Oreo bubble waffle, ice cream, and drinks. All were great and no disappointments. The fact they are open until midnight is huge as well. In a great area- near Rutgers, top golf and other great food places. They also play anime which may not matter for most, but gets a lot of points for geeks like me. Service was great and quick.

Passion fruit Green Tea with Boba
    Leena P.

Oo so good!!! Had the opportunity to try out Kaitos Bubble Tea at the Diwali festival in Edison a few weeks ago. Ordered the typical go to - passion fruit green tea. It was absolutely perfect - the flavor, the sugar level lol I didn't give the % sugar but I'm sure they ask in the storefront. Regardless I was one happy customer. If your goto is the passion fruit green tea with boba, like myself, you really should stop by Kaitos! You won't be sorry :)

Kaito Bubble Tea's very own anime murals. Visually striking from both inside and outside the store - The image shows two murals on a wall, one depicting a silhouette of Goku sitting on a cloud with a full moon in the background, and the other illustrating characters from Dragon Ball Z with energy blasts and a cloudy sky. A black railing separates the murals from the foreground, which includes a wooden bench and a ceiling light fixture. The murals are painted in shades of black, white, and gray, creating a dramatic scene from the anime series.

Kaito Bubble Tea is a 10/10, both drinks and food are to die for. Drinking bubble tea and eating a spam musubi as I'm studying for class makes living a little easier. Bubble Waffles/Crepes are also delicious and makes for a very aesthetically pleasing post on any social media app. Wonderful & friendly service as well, all the employees especially the owners are amazing. Both are approachable and very helpful.

When trying a new boba place I always try both a fruit tea and a milk tea so I can get an idea whether I would like it or not. The first couple times I went there I tried the Shingen Jelly Passion Fruit Tea and the Red Bean Milk Tea Latte and they just weren't my preference so I was going to just write this place off. I mentioned to a friend who lived locally that I tried it and she said that she loved their Strawberry Matcha and that I should give it another try. Glad I did! Their Strawberry Matcha Latte is the best I ever had. The strawberry puree they use is just delicious and unique. I've actually tried purchasing it on its own to add to my own matcha at home but sadly they don't sell it separately. It's so good that I normally buy one to enjoy the same day and another for the next day but unfortunately they will not make it no ice (I've asked and explain the situation) so the second day one is not as good due to the ice melting. This is probably my most frequented boba shop lately because I'm addicted to this drink. I've come here more than a dozen times in the last 3 months. The people working there are quite nice, they always with no fail mention to shake the drink before drinking. It is clean and they haven't made too many changes from when YiFang was there. I normally order on the FanTuan app for pick up so it's quicker. Parking lot is usually packed but because I order in advance I just park in the 15 minute parking out front and run in. Not sure if I will ever try another drink from there but maybe one day!

They refuse to have any interpersonal interaction with customers. They inform the customers to use the kiosk machine instead. Cleanliness: The store is clean with no garbage or debris left on tables, chairs, floors, or near the garbage can area. Pricing: The drinks and snacks here are decent prices from $5.00 and up. Ube Coconut Vietnamese Coffee: This drink was a little different and it just did not taste great. My friend stated that he was glad he added sugar, but he felt like this drink could have been better as it was not to his liking. Mango Matcha: I have mixed feelings about this drink as it tasted a little weird. One sip it tastes a little sweet and another sip it tastes a little bitter. I think I should have stuck with some mango drink instead. Chocolate Egg Pancake: Last time we got this item it did not have any chocolate filling inside of it. It was just a regular egg pancake but chocolate looking. They perfected this with the chocolate filling inside and it definitely tastes better now. Overall: I do not think I would come out of my way just to come here to get bubble tea. If I am in this area again next time, then I may give it another try with a different drink. They should also start to communicate with their customers because some customers love to interact with people.

The ice, as usual, entirely melted and my drink became room temperature - this time during my long-haul car ride returning to NYC. The grass jelly is average, somewhat served chilled and paucity for minimal quantity but a nice delight. I strongly believe there is a price discrimination for preferential treatment as New Jersey is significantly lowered price than its neighbor state New York. For $6.50 medium drink it is very reasonable price by the economic standards of stagflation 2026 era. It was at night on a Saturday so many of the shelves were empty but they still had a few things left. Sunmerry appears to be a chain but one that I have never visited before until now so I can't really comment on what they have, but I did manage to grab: MATCHA CLOUD DONUT - This reminded me vaguely of the im donut donuts I tried in NYC. Very soft and pillowy and filled to the brim with a lightly sweet, matcha filling. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this. RED BEAN MATCHA BAGEL - it's a matcha dough with red bean filling BUT the filling doesn't go all the way around. It goes maybe 65% so if you're splitting this with someone like I did, fingers crossed you both get a decent amount. The bagel was soft and in a bagel shape but it lacked the chew of a bagel. The filling was nice and different but the matcha taste was subtle - if that. Overall, liked the idea, but I wanted more of a bagel chew than what I got and to taste the matcha better. Maybe even have a more even share of the red bean. COFFEE BRIOCHE LOAF - my husband liked this one! Which is good because I got it for him. This is quite good. Soft, lightly sweet with a coffee top. We ate this maybe 12 hours after and much of the top layer had "melted" and gotten on the cellophane but it was still delicious. Perfection. I definitely scraped off the coffee bits from the cellophane so it didn't go to waste. PINEAPPLE BUN W/ MILK - I grabbed this one thinking there was a filling inside and there wasn't. I don't know if the bun was placed in the wrong location or the name is telling me the bun isn't vegan but it's a good pineapple bun but without anything inside, it was a tad dry. Maybe it needs a pat of butter like they do in HK. MELON PAN - I haven't had this in a good long while so I got it for fun. It's smaller than the pineapple bun and the topping is a little sweeter - I remember crunching on sugar crystals. It's not bad but also not filled so it's a tiny bit on the dry side. The place has tables to the side where you can enjoy your goodies. I didn't stay too long but they definitely serve drinks and delicious cakes as well. The staff were nice and the place seemed on the dim side. Fingers crossed I can go back during the day to get a better idea of what they have! In the meantime, this is a good place for an Asian bakery fix. They do list out ingredients under the names of their baked goods so that's awesome! From what I could see, their baked goodies are likely not vegan or gluten-free friendly, though...
