Stopped in on Saturday mornjng to have a shirt made for my buddy's birthday that afternoon. 10 minutes later I was on my way with an awesome shirt! Met the owner and he personally invited me to shop there and that he would make sure that I got the best customer service and the product that best suited both of us and that we would be happy with! I cannot say enough about this young man! He started this business on his own and is building it up and has it an amazing idea! The owner really cares about customer satisfaction. He does his best to make sure you're happy with the experience in the store.

Extremely rude customer service- I told the the employee who was working there at the time, Vijey, that I wanted to purchase a customized hoodie similar to one of the hoodies that they had on display. I had to tell him which one I wanted three times because he was on the phone and would not assist me when I asked what size is the hoodie. When I asked him the price he gave me two different answers. After deciding to buy it, he again asked me which one- I pointed to the display and said I've already said three different times I want that one. He then was pissed off and said he can't make it for us, when he clearly could. Reading all of the other one star reviews left makes complete sense, do NOT go here. read more

Had a baby shower gift made and they were so helpful to make sure my custom onesie jersey came out perfect

This place is ridiculous! Has the making of a good shirt store based on designs they actually have the skills to make. I came in looking for a custom baby onesie for my daughters birthday outfit. The store associate then told me it would be $25 dollars to do so. I said no thank you I'd rather order online for half the price. He then told me he would talk to his boss to see if we could work something out. I figured okay well it would be easier if the price is right to do it in store and save me the hassle of waiting for it to arrive. So we settled on $20 dollars flat price. I wanted it to look glittery and have mermaid shells on it to go with her theme. He asked me to then show them an idea of what I wanted, so I did. I must tell you the onesie turned out nothing how I really wanted it. The shells look horrid and they are not anything how I wanted them to look. Also they told me the total came out to $22 something, which is not what we discussed. You think they would redo the onesie to fit my design or return the money. Of course not! Do not go here, rip off and I'm very disappointed I should have ordered online and had it done right for half the price :( Since this review, Listed above.. The owner of the business has reached out and made things right with me. Come to find out that the employee that helped me was new and didn't inform me until after making my order that what I wanted done couldn't be done with the material they have on hand. But he went above and beyond to make things right and for that any business should be more like this. It's not that I don't like this place-- they have a bunch of custom shirts you can get, pre made designs or one of your own-- but the customer service here seems a little off. The guy that works there seems friendly but I once went in and he yelled at a woman and told her to never come back and to get out of his store. Not sure what the conversation was like before but I just feel like that's bad business. The girl who designs and screen prints could be a lot more friendlier. I felt rushed to make a decision about how I wanted my shirt designed and it was overwhelming. If you don't answer her right away then she walks away and continues to be on her phone. Wouldn't be surprised if she was talking crap about my indecisiveness to her male coworker in whatever language they speak but if I'm going to spend a great deal of money at a business, you can at least be patient and a bit more helpful. I f you need something customized quick, I do recommend this place for a fast job-- only takes a few minutes to get everything printed but you have to deal with the people who run the place. BUYER BEWARE this place does HEAT TRANSFER on fabric. IRON ON ONLY! NOT SCREEN PRINT! And they charge you for screen print quality. My custom shirt for $44.80 ended up with a tear in the design. When I asked to replace it they insisted on fixing it. They actually peel off the ironed design and cut little jigsaw pieces to fill in holes they ripped in the print. And you can see the little scraps of color they cut and pasted back! Ghetto! Cheap! Rip off! I ended up asking for a refund which was decietfully processed. They told me i would get an email reciept about my return and that it was processed. They don't give paper receipts so you can't get proof of your return. I still have yet to recieve the receipt and my money. I ended up needing to contact my bank for my money back from these crooks. Don't go here unless you're looking for flea market quality. read more

I came in Today for 2 shirts to get printed. He bragged about he was the best graphic designer from the rest of the locations (Southland, Great Mall, etc...) which they are owned by the same person. All he had to do is transfer the picture to the Iron decal? Well he was cool but tried to charge for everything. Way to expensive ended up paying $87 for 2 shirts! All he kept saying was he was going to give me a good deal! Get quote 1st! Shirts came out OK. read more

The guy working here is absolutely terrible. I asked if he can put some pictures on onesies that I brought in and he was telling me it had to be printed on 8.5 x 11. I told him it would be too big for a baby onesie and asked if he could print multiple pictures on 1 page. He agreed and told me he could do 4 pictures for $40. Then he said he can't do more than $15/onesie. AFTER he said $40 for everything. That was a whole $20 increase. As I was getting everything ready for him, he told me, "if you don't like it, I'm not responsible." Terrible customer service. How do you tell someone that? &how am I supposed to feel confident in his work and my purchase? When I told him that was rude, he said, "sorry my English isn't good." That's no excuse. He knows that's not how you talk to customers and he knew exactly what he was saying. I walked out without buying anything. I'd rather go to a store for iron on paper and risk messing up own project that paying this guy to rip me off. read more

Went in today to get 2 t-shirts. My daughter always gets similar t-shirts made at Southland and at Tanforan malls. The price for a t-shirt is usually around 25 dollars... For a custom design... from a picture. The name is iCustom, right? So, we brought in one t-shirt to print on and needed another. We emailed the guy (the business card says Mido) 2 photos... A different one for each shirt. Asked him to put a few words under each pic. Then while he is doing the shirts, he asks if we want protective wax... He said it makes the design last longer... So, we figure a few more dollars. Maybe about $30 for each shirt. The shirts looked great. Exactly what we wanted. We go to pay and he says, "That's $180." No kidding. One Hundred Eighty Dollars for two t-shirts.... (Well, actually we brought in one shirt.) I thought he was joking. He wasn't. He showed us the computer screen. I don't remember the exact amounts, but he charged Something like $45 x2 for each iron on (and he used one sheet for both designs... He cut it in half after he printed it) He charged $20 x2 for protective wax (which I assume was also a half sheet for each shirt). He charged like $15 x2 for the custom design work (adding the words and cropping the pic) and $10 for the one t-shirt. Ok, seriously, we wanted to walk out. After he sees we aren't ok... Then he's like, ok, I'll give you a discount. $87 for the two shirts. I said, one of them was our shirt. He said, "Yes, but I'm giving you the other shirt for free." WHAT?!???? Ok... We wanted the shirts... We were expecting to pay around $60... So we said screw it and paid him the $87 dollars. I asked if I can have the design since I had to pay for it... Like could he email it to me. He said no. Then as I'm leaving he says if I come back he'll give me a good deal. Ummmm... No... Don't go here!!!! I don't know if this guy tries to scam people who are paying cash and pockets extra money or what. This is absolutely no way to do business. Don't go here!!!! read more

I had visited the store about a month before and asked the price for putting something on a zippered hoodie that I brought in myself, the guy said anywhere from $20-$40 depending on size. he said he could even do a picture from my phone at no extra charge since I couldn't find a design suitable for an 8yr old. so this weekend my grandchildren picked pictures they wanted, I took the jackets I had in and told the guy that one was to be on the front so it was split on each side of the zipper, and the other jacket was to be on the back. I was already given a price so I didn't ask again thinking $80 at the most......came back and the guy tells me $200 ! said the one on the front was considered 2 pictures since he had to split the picture, which he didn't tell me up front. then he said HE added some protectant sheeting over the pics at $25 each. I was in shock and he says ok, what can you pay? what kind of business is that ! I walked out paying $130 and still that was way to much. another lady came in while I was still there and was telling him what she wanted made up and kept asking him for a price and he refused to give her a price, insisted on making it up first, she told him no and left, we told her to go to shirtque which is where I wish I would have gone! I guess a hard lesson learned for $130. I couldn't just leave the jackets cuz they were nice ones I bought and brought in, wasn't going to leave them for him to sell ! read more
