    Late in the summer when Fanatics and everywhere online stock runs super low on baseball jerseys... I knew Shirtique would have my size. Ended up with Majestic replica, but with actual stitched on tackle twill Giants logo. I also added an authentic home sleeve patch and some custom name and numbers all stitched on tackle twill... came out perfect. Much better than the trash iron on heat transfer junk Nike Elite jerseys that cost $175 now. Owner is super nice guy... took care of everything and delivered exactly what I had hoped for.

    The owners have been a pillar of this store at NewPark Mall. They are survivors of an absolutely gutted mall. Anytime I need a jersey made they are quick and the quality is top notch (field quality). They have all the local merch and will make anything you want. Love them and it's going to be a sad sad day if they ever have to close up shop because the city doesn't know how to bring anything other than noodle spots and dollar stores to this mall. Shirtique should be your 1st and only stop at this mall.

    I went here to get three baseball jerseys personalized on the back with a number and last name. I walked in a little bit worried because of the wide range of reviews I read on here, and really didn't have the time or options to have these jerseys messed up since they were for my daughter's 1st birthday party and I bought all three items online for the party. If he destroyed one of them, then I would be screwed because there wasn't enough time to get another one and I would be pretty upset about that anyway because none of these were cheap. Anyway, I decided to give them a shot. First impress when walking in is that there are tons of jerseys up for sale here. I didn't spend much time looking around, but it seems like some of the pricing is pretty decent as well. Tons of different teams and players. When I walked to the front, there was one man working and I started explaining to him what I wanted on the back of the jerseys. I was feeling vulnerable, like I said, because I really needed this done right. I went into detail explaining what I wanted, and he sort of shrugged me off like, "I know what I'm doing," kind of thing. I showed him photos of what I wanted the numbers to look like and then another phone of what font I wanted the last name done in. Again, he acted and might have even said, "I know, I do this all the time." He finally pointed out that exactly what I was looking for was what the Raiders do on the back of their jerseys. When he pointed this out, I said, "Yes, exactly!" and felt more validated because it proved that he was listening. It would have been more reassuring if he would have pointed out the different options of designs, for example, and I could have pointed out one of them to make sure he and I were on the same page. He told me the price (this was slightly more expensive that other places I got quoted, but he was going to be able to get it done in "1-2 days" and was somewhat close to home) and that he would call me when it was ready. I think it ended up being about $44? Maybe a little more, I don't remember exactly. I walked out, a little bit nervous, but hoping for the best. The next day came and went and no phone call. It was getting close to the end of the second day, and I didn't get a phone call either, so I called the shop, and he told me it was ready. I was expecting a call, but that's fine, I went to pick it up. I looked at the back of the jerseys and they were about 90% exactly like I wanted. The color was sliiiightly off. It would have been great if he had something where he could show me the different colors he has available and I could pick the shade I wanted. The color I was looking for was a read that matched the embroidery on the front of the jerseys and his color was very close, but not exact. Secondly, the number and last name on the baby sized jersey was slightly too high. It had a collar, and where he put the last name/number, with the collar down, it did end up covering the name a bit. It was slightly frustrating because I feel like if he was more open to discussing my order with me, and not cutting me off as much, this was the type of thing we could have easily avoided. I want to point out where I wanted the number/name and he pretty much made me feel like none of that was important, that he got this, and it wasn't worth discussing. Thus is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. At the end of the day, the quality of the work was great.. even though the color and placements were slightly off, we were able to work with it, and it looked great in the photos. I do think the customer service could be vastly improved (with the lack of phone call and somewhat making me feel stupid for wanting my order to be precise), but at the end of the day, it worked and that was a relief. I probably wouldn't come here again, but not because of the experience, because I no longer live nearby.

    This cap was presented to Shirtique Newpark to sew on a patch. Although clear thread was used, it is 'clear' to see that the work was done with zero pride in the finished product. What Marine would wear this? We felt machine stitching by a professional would be the best representation however, after paying for this we brought it home and sewed it on very neatly by hand. Ask for samples, don't let this happen to you.

    I absolutely love coming here. I love that it's always the owners there. They are so nice to my family and have made shirts for us plenty of times. Our baby shower shirts, our sons shirt for asking our bffs to be his god parents, and recently our family shirts for the first trip to Disneyland. Every time we go to the mall they always make us feel welcomed and show so much love to our baby. Plus its nice they have our favorite teams for me and my boy to match.

    Shirtique did a fantastic job on our field day shirts!  Wonderful experience, would love to work with them again!!

But then I go to find out that it is not a store open to the public. *Unstoked*. But rather this is a Company Employee Store. Meaning a company or place of employment has to sign up with them (not really sure what that entails), then with a code/invite, the employees of said company can now enter the store and shop to one's content. I go to find out that my work gets involved in this annually, so I finally get a chance to scope it out. You have to bring the invite (a flyer for us with a code) and some proof of employment (a work badge for me). It is kind of a run-around but there is a benefit to all this. There are 3 glaring benefits from my perspective. 1. Being invite only and not open to the general public, the place is not crowded and cluttered. Very clean racks and displays. 2. Lots of legit inventory, so not a mish-mash of odd sizes and discontinued styles like factory stores. Felt like a kid in a candy store. Quite organized too, easy to find designated sections. 3. There are perceived deals/values here. Now I will point out that the brands sold here ie Columbia, Prana, Sorel etc are premium brand names and are usually not cheap. I actually find a full priced item to be borderline insane/expensive. Any Columbia gear I own are either gifts or things I got on some sort of sale/discount. Here at this store everything inside is 40% off (taken at the register). And even some items with certain highlighted tags, may be discounted even further to say 50-60%. A much better deal considering the quality. And after I went through their register to complete my sale, I was given another pass (good for 3 other guest too) to shop within the next 30 days. And there was a coupon attached where $20 can be taken off if spending reaches $100 (pretty darn easy to do). So another 20% off. They know how to market cuz ya know I want to come back for that. All things I restrained myself from getting on this last trip...will just wait til the next out. Bet!

I did get overhwhelmed but only because there were so many things that I wanted to buy! I didn't see one item of clothing that was not on a hanger or fallen off a rack. There was barely anyone there on a Saturday and it almost felt like we had the whole store to ourselves. All of the merchandise is current season and the prices could not be beat. 40% off everything is a shopper's dream come true. Add in the sale sections which were an additional discount and you couldn't ask for more. Others have mentioned being able to do catalog shopping while here, but we didn't have a need to do that since everything we wanted they had in stock. Sale sections are clearly marked and employees are easy to be found throughout the store to help you. I came out with a haul of items from Colombia, Prana, and Mountain Hardware. If you want another invite into the store, you can either spend $500 OR take the survey on the receipt which will give you an additional 10% off for your next visit. The 10% off doesn't expire so come back anytime. Will definitely do that.

Don't women enjoy sports teams as well? ;-p Good thing I can fit youth L-XL so I can buy jerseys. Staff gave great customer service as always (especially Itilia) and she helped me the best she could even when inventory was out of stock for the shoe I was looking for. There was no sizes in their store or online. She believed it was because it was on sale and very popular. I did treat myself and get a Warrior's hat instead. Go Warrior's!! I really liked it and haven't seen this design in other stores. I do recommend this Champs Sports store if you do want to treat yourself! =)

What should have been a routine return of a few online-purchased items quickly escalated into a humiliating, disrespectful, and frankly alarming incident that has left a lasting negative impression of the Columbia brand. Upon arriving at the store to process the return, the cashier was immediately rude and dismissive. Rather than assisting us courteously, he treated me with suspicion and hostility, as though I were attempting something fraudulent. Without offering any explanation, he called over additional staff to inspect the return -- making me feel publicly scrutinized and accused, without cause. The situation worsened dramatically when the store manager, who identified himself as Donovan, got involved. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. When we asked for clarification about why we were being treated so poorly, he claimed--incorrectly--that we were attempting to return more than 10 items, which was simply not true. He then demanded to inspect my phone to verify the credit card used for the online purchase. While I cooperated in good faith to resolve the situation, he proceeded to browse through private sections of my phone, including my account information and unrelated order history, without my permission. When I objected to this blatant invasion of privacy, his response was dismissive and increasingly hostile. When I rightfully asked for an apology for the incorrect accusation and invasive behavior, he escalated the situation further by threatening to call mall security to remove us from the store, effectively weaponizing his position rather than resolving the matter professionally. He also declared that he could refuse service at will, regardless of company policy or customer rights. He then flatly denied the return without legitimate grounds. This incident was not only humiliating and disrespectful -- it was a violation of basic customer rights and personal privacy. We have never been treated in such an aggressive and unethical manner by any retail staff in our lives. The conduct displayed by both the cashier and the manager was hostile, unprofessional, and deeply damaging to the Columbia brand. We have filed a formal complaint with Columbia's corporate office (Case #000552987), but I feel it is important to stress the severity of this matter. If this is how customers are treated for simply making a return, I can no longer in good conscience support or recommend Columbia products.

First, I came to the store because I want to do return. At the same time, I found other item that I wanted to purchase. Then, I asked the staff to do return and purchase separately. It seemed like she asked the manager some questions regarding the return. Next, she did the return and purchase in one receipt. Done, I left the store. A week later, I changed my mind and wanted to return 1 item (on that same return and purchase receipt) and noticed only store manager can authorized the refund. He came to the counter and got explained from his staff about I was using store credit to purchase. He started giving me hard time. He did not deliever a professional customer service skill nicely nor problem solver to customer. He was yelling at me and asked "Do You Know What Are You Talking About" in front of lot of other customers. I tried to explain the confusion of returning and purchasing on same receipt using store credit. He ignored what I was trying to explain. He kept underlying item on the receipt and asking me lot of questions. He gave me the feeling that he looked down on me cause I am Asian while he is white. I felt that I got discriminated by him. To store manager, I come to purchase, and I am not begging for anything. Please, act as an adult and be professional to suite your title. To Columbia: great products, but bad managing staff crew.

I'm writing this review to shout out Froy in the bike department!!! He is the MVP! My derailleur was whack and he fixed it so quickly. It gets quite busy at the bike department (esp in the summer with kids wanting to get out with new bikes!). Froy also took the time to teach me the mechanics of the bike that I'll never forget since I want to try to maintain my bike myself. I highly recommend becoming a REI member if you aren't already one! Amazing perks such as discounts all the time and you get a return warranty up to 1 year instead of the 90 days. I also like their credit card which gives you 5% back! If you already know you're a regular customer for REI, why not! You'll also get higher cash back on full priced items too. Also just FYI they do not supply bags at check out! So bring your own bag to haul away your purchases!

    Brought my bike here for maintenance and repair (Wheel Truing). Bike lost brake and made me crash. Motor (EMTB) has grinding noise. Tune didn't last. Brake has a small slice or cut causing to brake to lose oil gradually until gone. This cable dont brake like this and this is the first ride after the service. Brake wasn't bad before the service.
