The chicken yakisoba is a personal staple for a quick in and out order. The people running the place always have a positive attitude and willing to accommodate. Never once been disappointed in the taste of my food here and my Doordash and in-person order history on their Clover information rack me to about 18 visits. A small restaurant but lively with moderate of foot traffic of to-go pick ups and occasional diners. Free water station with easy to access disposable utensils so no worrying about asking for those nervous people pleasers. My only minor complaint is sometimes ordering goes so fast that putting in your Clover number for their reward points is futile. Easy fix by asking to do so and I see it as a gesture of efficient service in order to get your food ASAP. read more

My first time here and seems worth repeat visits. I had Bulgoki, a Korean dish and example of some of the variety they have in addition to teriyaki. The beef was tender and freshly stir fried with vegetables plus came tender rise and good portion of salad. Teriyaki places always have a certain kind of dressing but this was better balanced as to sweetness and a little bite (wasabi or something?). Man, this is the SPOT. This is really the only place we get our teriyaki. My favorite items on the menu are their hot and spicy chicken (breast) teriyaki, and the veggie stir-fry. Whatever they got going on in the hot and spicy sauce is fire. The katsu is always extra crispy but moist. The teriyaki is just teriyaki.. but they don't give you the fatty parts like some places. The portion size is generous, and the people that operate the establishment are decent. They've been a long time staple in the community. read more

Disappointed in the quality. I expected the chicken to be breast meat and it was dark, almost gray in color like others have described. The curry katsu sauce was lacking flavor and very thin consistency of sauce when the picture in the menu looks like a thick gravy. The curry katsu is also the only combo meal listed in teriyaki combos that's not actually a combo... so be prepared to pay extra for the salad...that should be included like it is for the other combos. Not worth the $ for the low quality food. read more

Ichi's prices are reasonable. And they're extremely friendly on the customization. (I am not a super fan of egg rolls, so I like to sub for gyoza when possible.) Be wary of the spice level! Looking for a quick Teriyaki Bowl that's delicious? This is your place!! We had just gotten into Seattle from Reno and we were hungry at a later hour. It was almost nine (their closing hour) and they were happy to serve us right at 9pm. We ordered just 3 teriyaki bowls so the order was simple and easy. I really appreciated they were not rude or short with us given the circumstances. I honestly could not get a feel for the ambience because they were cleaning up and we were the only ones in the place. I can tell you that it is a locally owned place, possibly by a family and its quaint and perfect for all ages. They had a great selection of drinks and even unique sweets for desserts after! We took the food to go, we were starving and I engulfed that bowl in what seemed like record timing. The flavor was great and the rice was cooked perfectly! The teriyaki sauce was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Great portions for the price! I really feel like we found a tiny gem in this place. They really caught us by not turning us away at closing time! Thank you for feeding us!! Very disappointed to say the least. Ordered the chicken breast teriyaki meal yesterday for dinner and it was horrible! The meat was not fresh and not even chicken breast. It had a really odd slimey texture. For the price i paid it should have been actual breast meat. Not sure what type of meat they are using but it is not coming from a quality source.
